Unbeliavable Views in the Swiss countryside

The view is spectacular! The property was charming with a modern up-to date bathroom and a comfortable bed. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The host had great recommendations like getting your groceries before you get to Ladir since there is not very much in the little town. The only restaurant is town was a brisk walk away. It had a limited menu but a charming owner and great views of the mountain.

The host requested that we call her when we got to the place and it took us 15-20 minutes to get in touch with her to be able to access the place. I would have preferred that the instructions to get the keys were provided via email

stunning alpine view in quaint hamlet

absolutely stunning view. well equipped apartment. great communication with host. There are few places we come back to because I generally like to explore new areas, but this is an exception to that. Ladir itself is very quiet.

In summer, a peaceful place for exploring the walks and food of this part of the Grisons

Nice little garden with a lovely view for morning and evening. Appreciated the nice paintings by Alois Carigiet - a painter from up the valley who had a worldwide renown.

Totally recommendable: very cozy and well equipped apartment

Very nice apartment. Incredibly well equipped kitchen with more than you need, renovated bathroom, all very clean. The heated floor and the fireplace make it extremely cozy! The landlord was very friendly. Perfect for skiing and visiting different ski resorts: Laax, Obersaxen, Vals are 15 to 20 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Although it is well connected with the Post bus it is more convenient to have car. The bed sofa is ok for kids, but not very comfortable for adults.

Amazing apartment, stunning view; would highly recommend!

The view from the apartment is stunning. The sofa bed is really comfortable. The only room in the apartment is spacious, and the whole flat is well furnished - everything you need, you'll find it. The host was available when we struggled to find the keys during the check-in. The location is great, not too far from Ilanz train station, from where you can go visit the whole area. Graubünden is just amazing, during any season! I would highly recommend it and would definitely go again.

The check-in process could just be a bit easier, but nothing special to mention apart from that. If you travel with more than one car, please not that there is only one parking spot. However, Ladir is well connected by bus.

Cozy and luminous apartment with amazing view and everything else you need to feel at home

- ease of access to the apartment - helpful and kind host - tasty welcome presents :) - warm ambiance provided by charming furniture and the little decoration details - cleanliness and all the accessories that make you feel at home (all kitchen appliances, couch blankets, bathroom toiletries provided) - amazing view of the valley below and the surrounding mountains at daytime and well-equipped terrace so you can enjoy the sun - fireplace for more coziness in the evening (and extra heating if it gets colder)
