Centrale e comodo

Non è stato facile accedere perchè la comunicazione con la struttura avviene solo per mail e noi abbiamo prenotato dal cellulare pochi minuti prima. Manca su Booking l'indicazione di guardare la mail al momento della prenotazione.

I have stayed at L'Arsenal three times already, and I would like to stay there again next time.

The location is great, as it is close to the city centre and the tram. There are a lot of restaurant and museums nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, there is Wi-Fi and Netflix.

Location great, clean rooms, easy access. Price / quality in balance.

Location, close to city center. Ease of access to rooms.

Nice stay, short and comfy in Mulhouse

Excellent position, 5 min walk from everything and good middle point to visit the region. Good for family with kids, for a short stay. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to find some coffee and espresso machine. Very good bed, romantic room under the roof for a couple. Nice design of the furnishings. Nice area, quiet at night, although close to cute bars and restaurants.

The sofa bed was good for the kids, but not comfortable for an adult. Few details are missing in the kitchen, such as a sponge or other complementary things.

Great apartment right in the center

Location right in the center. Apartment is super spacious and modern. We only stayed for a night but it was great.

Keep in mind there is limited parking around the apartment.

Very nice, clean & tidy apartment. All check-in / out done unmanned but very smooth, no issues.

The apartment has many level differences on the floor which are not highlighted enough, especially,, there should be color differences on the floor, in such places.. This makes some unsafe conditions,, in fact one time it wounded one of my fingers on the foot.

Excelent place in the city center, the room was very nice, clean, comfortable and had many amenities for guests such as a big tv, coffee machine, fridge, a small kitchen and a few things more.

I could communicate with the owner through e-mail. There was a double check with the method of checking-in, which was kind of the owner.

Wi-Fi was not as fast or strong as I wished.

The apartment is easily reachable by foot from main train station or by tram. The instructions for key pick up are easily understandable and it was no problem to find everything. The connection with other parts of the city was very convenient due to close tram stop.

Wifi is not excellent all the time, seems that router had problems with more than one connection.

Great location, smooth check in, decent facility. We loved your small suggestions on what to do and where to go.

The bad was kind of small (short and not normally wide) for two pretty slim persons of average height (1,80 cm).

Great city break mixed with working remotely in the center of Mulhouse

I stayed for 5 days at L'Arsenal to work remotely and explore Mulhouse. It was a great experience, as the building is right in the city center, close to everything you might need (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, train station, landmarks) and it is equipped with everything you might need. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is very spacious, and the apartments are nicely decorated. And thanks Stephanie for always answering my messages asap!

Can't think of anything at the moment, everything was on point.

Modern Rooms, good location

Communication with the host was not great, we did not have sufficient towels and bed sheets. On the existing sheets were many hairs.

Great little property to stay in, had everything you needed and the bonus of a coffee machine stocked with americano pods perfect for arriving late like I did! The bathroom was a really good size and the apartment as a whole was super spacious and super clean!

Apartment is in a very central location, close to everything, recently renovated, spacious, very clean, has excellent Wi-Fi.

Fraud price 41€ on booking.com. Real Charged 77€. without pre notice. Never recommend. I asked teturn. But refused. / If charged higher b4 u get in, ask to booking.com to cancel, immediately. Once u get in, u lost it.

Nice attic apartment with very good location

Beautiful attic apartment with big tv and lot of day light! Small but very well equiped kitchen, perfect for 2 persons. Great location

The apartment was cold when we came (End of november) but on the other hand we heated it quickly. Would love if I saw pictures of this aparment on the booking.com
