The house is charming and has everything you need to be comfortable. It is located 5 minutes driving from any kind of general shopping like grocery and pharmacy trips.

I would have liked a little end table in the living room.

The host had supplied several amenities: shampoo, body wash, coffee maker, bottled water, paper towels, etc. The place was cute and comfortable and clean. The host was prompt in answering when I texted.

There's nothing that I didn't like. It was clean, which is my number 1 priority.

Great place to stay, for a home feel!

Very nice accommodations, private and clean, lots of supplies safe easy access great quiet Neiborhood excellent communication with management will stay again!

Furniture and beds could use updating adequate yet worn out and uncomfortable, suggestion upgrade to a bigger size television to accommodate to size of the room!

Convenient stay with everything you need.

Location is perfect, close to food and close to where I need to be. the neighborhood is safe as well. The place is spacious and the kitchen is large. They provided a water kettle, smaller coffee maker, larger coffee maker and everything else that you need. Heating and cooling available.

I pulled out the electric parfum thingies, but to each their own.

Very comfortable and a great home away from home experience.

The property is located close to restaurants in a very quiet area. The property was very clean, and comfortable, well stocked with coffee and kitchen ware, and even showering essentials. The owner was accommodating and very prompt in his response to correspondence.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like, we were very comfortable.

We had a nice, relaxing stay.

Quiet, off main roads in a neighborhood. It’s a small post WWII style two bedroom. It was comfortable, on a really quiet backstreet. It has everything you need, even a stack W/D if you need it. The beds were comfortable and clean.

It was fine. Just a basic house. Not Lux, but I wasn’t expecting that.

We felt comfortable and secure there. Will try to book this house next time we visit Peoria.

No contact with other people for check in or during our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. Near all the places we wanted to visit during our stay.

It could have been cleaner. The bathroom floor was not clean. I could not find towels to dry the dishes. For our one night stay we were pretty happy.

Our son graduated from college this weekend and this was the most convenient and reasonably priced stay we found. We've stayed here before, and decided it was definitely worth doing again!

There were some issues with the fridge. But the owner was not aware of them as we found out.
