Friendly staff and good location
The room did not meet expectations, the Bed i assume has been used for years. As for the bathroom sink, it was blocked and took a couple of hours to drain the water, toilets is leaking water on the floor. The entire set up of the room was devastating.

They didn't put me in the room I paid for. I paid for a family room and they put me in a double room. The bathroom is so small. The toilet seat was broken, the drain cover was rusted. The water come up from the drain when you shower. There is no space between the toilet and the basin cabinet. The light plug is loose and wire were showing. The manager was not on site to deal with the matter. They didnt even have proper coffee or two ply toilet paper.

If appropriately managed the place has the potential to be a serious competitor in the market.
The check-in is not so clear where that happens if you are going there for the first time. You do not get a remote for the gate where you park so you always have to wait for this guy to come open and close for you, and after parking your car there is a small gate that you can use to get to the room but the gate is locked, why, don't know, so you have to walk around to get to the room, and then you get to the room, you get taken back to the early 2000s, there are other nice looking rooms though, but mine had cables poking from the ceiling, the toilet seat does not stand up by itself, the shower has no place for you to put shower gel, soap or nothing. It is more functional as a rinsing place than a shower place.

It would be nice if they had back up power

The place was so dirty, the walls are stained, including their white doors. The curtains had dust, the rails were broken.
The toilet had stains, water was not coming out properly. The shower was disgustingly stained.
It is nothing like what you see on the pictures
1.0
The staff and the food.
The lodge didn't have backup during load shedding we stayed in the dark in the evening and early hours of the next morning. No candles were provided.
