If cleanliness is the top priority, as it is mine, this is a good choice. Comfort rates about a 6 out of 10, though.

Fantastic hotel and staff.

The hotel suites were fantastic and clean.

Sorry to say breakfast was very limited and on our stay one Sunday they ran out of nearly everything with an hour still to go.

We stayed in a suite really cute all the amenities needed if you were staying for a week or longer kitchen, etc.

The door on the shower was not properly installed and kept sliding open during shower, had to shove a washrag in the door to keep it closed.

Wonderful stay and loved the location, will stay here again!

I loved the customer service received from front desk and the breakfast staff. Tree and Malik greeted us so kindly during our stay. Walter from the breakfast staff was super friendly and you can tell he works hard. I hope they all get a raise soon! I enjoyed the breakfast but wish they had the inlet station like before. I liked the coffee and creamers. The facility overall was super clean and bed was pretty comfortable. Good water pressure and enjoyed the soap/shampoo/conditioner provided. I think next time if we can get the suite since the room we had was a little tight fitting but was fine overall. The pool was nice and I saw a lot of people using the workout room which looked nice.

The property needed minor updates. The 1st level hallway smelled frequently during our stay of sewage and other food smells that I am not sure where it was coming from but thankfully this smell didn’t enter our room. Also, I wish the temperature would stay at the setting it was at. There would time we would turn down the temperature but it would not stay there and the room would become stuffy. I wish there was a little more hot food variety but breakfast served its purpose for myself and family.

microwave wave was not clean, looked like something exploded. there was a beep every minute for 3 days. notified desk who said it was probably fire alarm batteries. They were never changed and no one came to room to investigate.

Would definitely stay at this location again

The room was spacious and clean (felt homey). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very dog friendly and the area is walkable.

The hotel room we had could use a little TLC (example: the bathroom and closet doors need to be adjusted).

Great stay because of friendly staff, exceptional facilities and hot shower water.

Everything. Staff and facilities were great and the showers had very hot water. What more could you ask for?

Loved walking in and it automatically put my mind at ease like a at home feeling

the staff could've been a little more friendly. I noticed they was extremely nice to older people showing them the breakfast room and how to work things but when it came to me it seemed like they didn't care as much. They handed me my keys and that was it not telling me what floor it was (luckily it was common sense)

A little apartment

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. King suite is very spacious and has everything you need.

Checkout isn't until noon, but housekeeping started tapping on the door at 9 am. Shower water was starting to pool in the bottom due to hair clogging up the drain from previous patrons.

Stay was enjoyable and would stay again.

Breakfast was well made and hot. Room was clean and bigger than expected. The check in staff was super nice and helpful!

The only issue was low shower water pressure.

Clean and comfortable with a wonderful staff!

The hotel looked and smelled very clean. The staff, especially Nicole, Erica and Cathy were wonderful! Breakfast was good, and the cook was awesome!

Housekeeping was nonexistent! We were there for 5 days and 4 nights, and they never came and cleaned our room! We called the front desk about it, and they immediately came up and took care of everything we needed, even though that was not their job.
