1) Mentre tutto il resto dello Staff si è mostrato disponibile, accogliente e gentile, il Sig. Giorgio della reception ha tenuto un atteggiamento diametralmente opposto agli altri, a tratti indisponente e pertanto assolutamente inadeguato (in tutte le occasioni e durante tutta la permanenza).
2) Appena dopo il check-in ho segnalato che la TV in camera non riceveva alcun canale.....dopo altri 3 solleciti e 24 h dopo finalmente sono venuti a sistemare il problema.
3) la sera del secondo pernotto non mi è stato consentito di accedere alla mia camera (tra le 17 e le 18.30) e sono stato costretto ad attendere 1 ora e mezza alla reception perché avevano deciso di cambiare la porta della stanza per ragioni di stile e non in conseguenza di un problema.
4) il gusto usato nell'arredamento è discutibile
5) Sebbene la camera (chiamata ZEN) fosse spaziosa, la metà non è risultata fruibile in quanto ricavata nel sottotetto e pertanto la pendenza rende metà della superficie non abitabile per l'altezza cosicché le finestrelle non risultano raggiungibili se non a carponi.
6) La colazione è di buona qualità, ma con offre una scelta limitata per un 4 stelle.

The biggest problem was the noise from the nightclub next door. It was so loud, the DJ could have been in the room with us. I don’t know what the hotel can actually do about it, but it was an issue for sure.

Option for early breakfast (4 am). It didn't include much but at least you had a glass of juice, a cup of coffee and a biscuit.
I expected a comfier mattress since I was staying in a hotel. They said they had free airport shuttle service but it wasn't working the first day I arrived (from the airport to the hotel). I needed it again the next day from the hotel to the airport early in the morning but they said it started at 8 am so it wasn't available. They instead offered a taxi that had an agreement with them and charged €23.50 but once I took the taxi the man charged me €25. It is not a considerable difference but it was not a good experience because I was told something else. Location was not even good once you take into account that the airport shuttle didn't work when you needed it.

Taxi to this location costs 2 time more than to Naples. For 3 km from the airport to the hotel we paid 30 euro. The prepayed breakfast was not served to us. There was no shuttle to the airport. They suggested to call the taxi for 24 euro for 3 km!!!

I liked the staff; they truly made the difference in the Hotel. Friendly, attentive, they really do their best to make your stay comfortable.
First, for being a 4 Stars Hotel, it doesn’t have an elevator. I had 2 heavy suitcase which I had to take up the stairs to the third floor; luckily the receptionist helped me with one; thank you so much.
The room had a good size and bathroom was comfortable but I had a hard time finding the switch to turn on the lights. Then, my room was missing the curtains but one of the Hotel staff apologized for not being ready; my booking was a last minute one and they didn’t have enough time to finish the room, they were being cleaned.
The location was next to a nightclub or banquet hall. They were having a party so I heard the noise until 3am which ended with fireworks that illuminated the whole room because of the missing curtains.
The hotel advertised a shuttle to the airport but when I asked for the service they don’t have one, what they do have are taxis at a discounted price.

The staff was friendly, but didn't speak much English.
Calling this a 4 star luxury property is a strong over-statement. My mom and I were given a room on the 3rd floor (which looked very different than the second floor - so perhaps there are better rooms downstairs?) The entire floor was lit by red lights, no natural light or even white light to see clearly. Upon entry the room, which was also lit by red lights, smelled terribly of smoke. It was so bad we didn't even want to enter. While the room itself is quite large, the ceiling slants so you can only stand up in about half of it and have to crawl on your knees to reach the windows, which were blocked off by curtains that were secured in place so we couldn't open them. The cleanliness was very questionable (especially when we could only see with red light, though the bathroom did seem clean and decent) and we felt very uncomfortable in the space. There was a lot of noise from other guests. They also wanted to charge 20 euro for the airport shuttle, when it's a 6 minute drive from the airport. Given the circumstances, we decided not to stay the night and had to book ourselves in a difference hotel.
There is no elevator, so plan to haul your luggage up stairs.

Terrible location. Close to the airport but no transport. You can walk 25 min to the nearest train station Casoria Afragola ( like I did). And the transfer to the airport is 20 euros discounted especially for the hotel.

The hotel was a low end hotel compared to hotels in the USA that claim luxury The walls were paper thin and you could hear the TV next store. The front door to the room felt like cardboard. The restaurant was not open but we’re were offered in room dinning from a limited menu which we thought about and once we saw the menu declined. We had to ask for cups for the room and no coffee maker. The Wi-Fi was non existent. The desk staff was very helpful. But beware….there is no elevator and our room was 2 flights up. The desk clerk did carry our luggage up to our room. The spacious hotel room was clean but sparse The hotel was 15 -20 minutes to the airport The hotel claimed closer They have a negotiated rate was a cab company to the airport

I spent one day in Naples on a business trip and stayed overnight in this hotel.
Although the name is Masaniello Luxury, the accommodation is nothing to do with luxury...
Simple room overlooking of an empty land, cold night without a proper blanket, shower not functioning perfectly, dirt and hair over the toilet. The restaurant was closed.
The staff at the reception speaks only a few words in English, we had to communicate through Google Translator.
Upon arrival I requested an official invoice for my company, they promised to hand it over later in the evening. In the evening they promised the invoice to be ready the next morning, at check-out. At check-out they said they would email me the document later, during the day. I hadn't received the invoice, so I kept on texting them. Every time they just kept on promising and delaying, and finally it took 4 days to receive the email from them. But the so-called invoice was full of mistakes, although I gave them the company details 3 times. The date was also incorrect, and it was not even written the hotel's name on the document, nor what I paid that amount for. I just simply gave up explaining what I need. I do not recommend the hotel and its services at all.

I have to be honest I like the entrance. Plus the reception staff was nice and tried his best for me
I didn't like the mirrors at the side of the bed . I felt it was creepy, also on the Web site there are flat like cushions on the floor 😳 I found this all very strange It felt weird and not unlike a brothal like atmosphere that you see in the windows of Amsterdam. Red lighting dark walls ..mirrors. I even got to thinking were the mirrors 2 way . I also found the place eg skirting boards , shower...very dirty the thought of sleeping well even staying in the bed creepy ...so I left and spent the night in the airport

I was looking for a quick night stay. The taxi from airport to hotel is DOABLE because it consider next city. 8 minutes taxi cost me 37 euro. CALL the hotel for help. They can get you normal price taxi.
The hotel is next to a partying rental place. Someone throw a birthday party and it was non stop for the entire night. Damn good thing I got earplugs else this would be a 1 star stay.

The big plus here is the mattress; excellent support, apparently new foam-type. Let down slightly by flat pillows and no spares; had to fold pillow in half to get anywhere near comfortable. That said, the rooms were clean, and we got good sleep. A/C is quiet and works well.
THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!!! We are all retirees, staying here because of the hotel's proximity to the airport and our ridiculously early flight out. Not only is there no elevator, there are no rooms on the ground floor and there was no one to help us hump all our stuff up the stairs. Even though we prepaid, the somewhat surly desk man wanted to keep our passports until we left (at 4am) and wouldn't be dissuaded; it took intervention from his (far more friendly and helpful) superior to get our passports back before we went to bed. Decor is outdated and tacky. Hotel stands right next to a fairly busy road, so having the balcony door open was noisy, but with the door closed and a/c on, it was acceptably quiet. Price included breakfast (no choice), but since we left before breakfast was being served, we feel we should have received a discount. There was no provision for making tea or coffee in the room. WiFi was incredibly slow. In sum, we got a decent night's sleep, but we're glad it was just one night.
