Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Appartement.

Übereinstimmung mit Online-Angaben: 100 % Lage: Einfach mit PKW zu erreichen, ruhige Mitbewohner in nahezu neuem Mehrfamilienhaus. Der Bäcker gleich neben dem Gebäude hat sogar sonntags geöffnet. Wohnung: Alles vorhanden, was wir für einen Kurzurlaub mit Tagsüber-Abwesenheit benötigen Ausstattung: Sehr schön, neuwertig, sauber. Mit Backofen und Spülmaschine richtig komfortabel. Bad: Alles funktioniert, sauber, heißes Wasser sofort verfügbar. Kontakt mit dem Vertreter der Vermieterfirma: Unkompliziert und hilfsbereit am Telefon. Der Zugang konnte so auch ohne das kurzfristig übersandte Video erfolgen. Allerbeste Empfehlung.

Betrifft nicht das Ferien-Appartement und glücklicherweise uns auch nicht: Das Appartement und der Weg dorthin sind stufenfrei und für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität leicht zu erreichen, mit einer einzigen Ausnahme: Die Eingangstür zum Gebäude weist eine Schwelle mit 5 cm Höhe auf. Diese Schwelle wäre bei sachgerechter Bauausführung leicht zu vermeiden gewesen. War für uns nicht von Belang: Zwei Sessel für den Fernsehabend würden die Ausstattung vervollständigen.

I didn’t receive the same Appartement who is in the pictures it’s was more small and there’s only one window next to the bed witch you can not open because everybody can see you from outside so that’s mean i was not comfortable , the hole building was Dirty the floor and elevator was extraaa dirty

Equipamiento del Apartamento muy completo y cama muy cómoda. muy limpio.

Solo había un rollo de papel higiénico en el apartamento.

zweckmäßig gut.

Selbstversorger App. Bäcker und Supermarkt auf dem Gelände. App Sauber, Parkplatz vorhanden, Hund akzeptiert, Aufzug, moderne, zweckmäßige Einrichtung.

Lange im Gewerbegebiet manchmal laut. Für zweckgebundene Aufenthalte gut. Wir kommen schon mehrere Jahre zu einem bestimmten Termin, mussten jedoch feststellen, dass Kleinigkeiten nachgelassen haben, zB Sitzpolster auf den Plastikstühlen fehlen, was nur ein unkomfortabels Sitzen ermöglicht, zB auch nur ein einziger Sessel im Doppelzimmer usw.

Fijne overnachting voor onze doorreis

Soepel en contactloos in- en uitchecken, mooie kamers met goede faciliteiten, parkeerplaats voor de deur, net als een bakker, goed uitgeruste keuken. Snel contact met beheerder via Whatsapp. Babybed stond klaar.

Verwarming is niet individueel te regelen, waardoor het erg warm was in de kamer.

Zum 2. Mal da und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Top!!!

Tipptopp sauber. Abwicklung (Schlüssel, Zugang etc. ) optimal. Per WhatsApp alle Infos erhalten. Wir würden gerne öfters kommen. 😀

Spülmaschine war voll. Wir haben sie angeschaltet, sie lief aber nicht durch. Die 2 Gläser, die wir benutzt haben, wurden handgespült. Alles andere war super.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.

Uns hat das Apartment insgesamt wirklich gut gefallen. Die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, die Ruhe und die für uns sehr verkehrsgünstige Lage. Von der Ausstattung her ist alles vorhanden. Sogar an die Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine wurde gedacht.

Just what we needed for visiting family in the area. We'll be back.

Location was very good for what we needed. Lots of shops and a bakery nearby.

A hair dryer would have been great to have and for me the bed was a little too hard.

If you want a town centre location, this is perfect

This apartment is superb, sets the benchmark for all other booking .com properties to set their sights at lovely modern apartment clean comfy and every facility you need is there. Its only 10 minutes drive from the motorway system, But in the town centre. we were only passing through so didnt do any sight seeing

I cannot say we didnt dislike anything about the apartment, maybe some aircon would have been nice but noticed none of the apartment had them, did not detract from this apartment is superb.

We liked the cleaness and the location. It was perfect to have good supermakets, bakery, bank and drugstore nearby.

It'not easy to say...maybe more hooks for jackets in the hall and for towels in the bathroom.

we found out when we arrived that a message had been left for us on line, think it was tik tok, but we do not have that so we never saw it, however their office is in the same car park, and we was assisted by a young man from their and shown into the apartment not a problem, everything was just perfect

Overall the stay was pleasant. Not too far from downtown, plenty of places to eat in the area.

The ability to gain access keyless was a, well how about that moment. Also the fact that we did everything without having to meet up with anyone, was a very new experience for my wife and myself.

The shower was a concept that my spouse was not thrilled with. Also given the fact that in recent years the heat index has become more extreme, no cooling system built into the facility. However, knowing this might be a factor, we did bring our own ventilator (fan). The neighbors downstairs were a bit loud and someone was building furniture together in another room on our last night there.

It was easy to book, to "check-in", to park, baker next door for breakfast comfortable bed, lovely shower...

The layout of the apartment was a bit strange, but we only stayed one night, a bit noisy in the morning (when sleeping with open windows).

Convenient location and just enough

Location, clean, the bed was great!!! Sheets were clean. The apartment is new and decorated very nicely. The darkening covers & noise dampening on the windows are perfect!!! They have a Nepresso and provide coffee! This is a very nice touch. We were very happy with the stay. You can also take a nice bike rides in the area. We would come again.

Only that the elevator did not work but that was not much of a problem. I dropped a glass jar and did not have a way to clean it up. It would be handy to have a dust pan and something to sweep with.
