Stayed here for three nights. There were six adults and we were very comfortable and the sleeping arrangements. Big sky is wonderful. Where the lifts and visited Yellowstone. Had a blast.

Convenient for skiing. Seems to be that owner is improving the physical condition. Kitchen lacked mixing bowls and teaspoons. Needs more glasses and coffee cups. New high quality window shades were left uninstalled on floor. One electric baseboard heater never went on, in spite of call on day one asking for repair. Due to snow in parking lot, we had to vacate parking lot for one ski day for clearing.

location was great, just a couple minute walk to the base area. Unit was clean and parking was right in front of condo. Only had 2 problems. You can't get to the unit with any navigation app. We had to ask for directions (additionally Uber and pizza guy could not find the unit). Also Wifi never worked over our 3 day stay. Manager kept saying it should be fixed but no luck for our group.

The location is excellent and the best feature of the property. However there are physical problems with the condo. Specifically, the loft has inadequate headroom, no clothing storage and steep narrow stairs. The air gets warm and stale at night so, regrettably, we had to open the window. We were nervous climbing the stairs, which have beveled steps to further reduce the tread area. Although it has a queen bed, it is not suitable for adults and I would worry about children as well. The flood light from the next building comes through the transom so the loft is never dark. The bed was comfortable, but with the lights and temperature, we didn't sleep well. I wonder if the loft was added after the original construction. The other problems are inadequate lighting in the living room, weak internet (that also caused the TV to freeze) and steep steps outside. If we were 2 adults and 2 smaller children (that could have used the first floor bunk beds), it would have been snug but better.
I realize that the only things you can improve are the internet and lighting, but you should know that I didn't sleep a full night until I returned home.

The place has potential but it is a bit run down. And the low rating is based mainly on the negative experience I had the first night and the appalling response by the management company. Here's what happened. We checked in late, after 8pm. Whoever cleaned the place put the heat on maximum, so it was around 88 degrees in the condo. After we turned down the thermostat and opened the windows, it became bearable but one heating panel would not turn off. We called the after hours call service and, after one hour, had a call back, telling us that a repairman would be there the next day. That did not help us the first night. The upstairs was uninhabitable, and my tall (6'3") son had to sleep in a bunk bed downstairs. Neither one of us got much sleep that night. The repairman -- very nice guy -- showed up the next day and said, yes, the heating panel is broken and disconnected the wires and put in a work order to fix the problem. I found the reaction of the Big Sky Property Manager appalling. She said, pretty much in those words, sorry, but stuff happens; now the heat is off, so live with it. The Property Manager also said that the pre-arrival inspection did not turn up any problems. I wonder about the quality of such inspections. Besides the heat, two light bulbs were out (dining room, hallway). Ice maker on the fridge did not work. Sauna was also out of order (though I was in no mood to use it anyway). The teflon pots were all scratched up. All in all, the quality of the place was disappointing; the place seemed like a run down rental. That's not what we expected or paid for. It's a shame too, since the place has potential.

6 minute walk to the base area and ski in. Comfortable. Listing is misleading as it says 2 bedrooms but is actually 1 bedroom (lots of drawers) and a loft (no privacy). Nice TV with satellite, and Wifi OK although too slow to stream with a Roku.
Would have given 4 stars except that when we arrived we had to clean the kitchen and cookware which was coated in grease. And the kitchen was missing many things from the inventory list. I paid a cleaning fee, yet had to do some cleaning from the previous group. Mgmt was very responsive and polite, and apologized, but didn't really do anything. except drop off some glasses on the last day of our stay.
I would stay there again as the kitchen grease was likely a fluke, but super irritating as we like to cook. Mgmt should have refunded my cleaning fee as a gesture of good faith.
