Our stay was fabulous. Breakfast was lovely, and Sarah was very accommodating, and we could have what we wanted on the menu. The view from the room was really nice onto the grounds. The bed was comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom clean with a good hot shower.
We found the host really hospitable. This meant a lot as we were there celebrating our anniversary.
The property is accessible to local areas. The new forest was lovely as it's nice to see the animals freely roaming and enjoying the land. I would highly recommend this venue, It is peaceful and quiet, a really nice place to have a retreat and very easy going. Parking is easy and there's enough space for a few cars if you are in a group.
It's a very intimate place that is also nice for couples. Or, if you wanted to go somewhere alone. We couldn't recommend it enough as Sarah is responsive to communications and also in person as a host.

It's a beautiful Victorian house at the fringe of New Forest with a lovely host. Breakfast is cooked freshly every morning. The garden is lovely and the view/area marvellous. There's a pub with good food around the corner. The room was spacious and well equipped. Be careful if you are tall though. I'm 6.3 and my head still hurts from the low bathroom doorframe. ;) The shower is also not made for tall people. But that's obviously nitpicking. It was a perfect stay on our trip through Britain. Thanks a lot Sarah!
Nothing. All good.

We were made to feel really welcome by our lovely host, Sarah. The room was large and airy, lots of antique charm in this lovely house, although a nice modern ensuite. A very cosy guest lounge is available although we only stayed a short time and didn't use it.
Really appreciated an unexpected morning tray of fresh tea and coffee with some complimentary pastries, as we are not early breakfast eaters, but I expect if we had ordered breakfasts or evening meals, they would have been exceptional.
This is no criticism, but just possibly helpful - I have mobility problems and found the step down into the ensuite and shiny floor a bit worrying.

It was exactly as the pictures and the gardens were lovely too: with places we were told we could use if we wanted to.
As well as the room there was a guest lounge we could have used in the evening.
We were greeted with offer of drinks (tea and juice) which were brought to the room (along with some complimentary chocolates…so good we bought some to take away).
A continental style breakfast of pastries and juice was included in the price but we paid for the full breakfast and didn’t need to eat until the evening!
We ate at the local pub a 5 minute walk away but there were plenty of other choices(including we could have booked to have dinner made for us in the house!)
Definitely a stay we would recommend.

A little too far from Salisbury but close enough for the park and ride which was ÂŁ2 return each

Nice spacious room, well cleaned. Owner lent us local maps to help us drive around, including direction to Stonehenge.
Could use a small mini-fridge in the room.

Our host was very welcoming and we were surprised and delighted that we had the use of a drawing room as well as our bedroom with ensuite.
The breakfast was exceptional and we felt guilty that we’d eaten so much the day before that we turned down a cooked breakfast. However, despite that there was still ample in the way of cereals (including homemade granola), fresh fruit and yoghurt, and the most delicious freshly baked buttermilk muffins.
Our room was spacious and beautiful, the facilities were all very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Situated right at the top of the New Forest meant that it was easy to get here without getting snarled up in the usual bottlenecks, and there was very good walking to be had close by.
The Kings Head pub is walking distance and we had a very good meal there.
Thank you for a little slice of paradise!

Room and bathroom facilities excellent Salisbury Town excellent
In such a rural location and for the money paid thought breakfast would have been provided at no xtra charge most of the time spent looking for decent breakfast sometimes noisy at night at time of our stay there was tree cutting going on which woke us up too early which to be fair was not hosts fault

Breakfast was delicious, on two mornings we plumped for the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on bagels - Sarah makes the best scrambled egg!
would like to have changed position of television when sitting in the chairs - not too comfortable sitting on edge of bed to watch it

We booked the breakfast option for ÂŁ15 each and it was delicious. The room was very characterful and beautifully decorated plus clean and welcoming, with extra touches like a lovely jug of flowers and a packet of tasty cookies.
It would have been good to know what the breakfast would have been without paying the extra ÂŁ30. I was under the impression there wouldn't be breakfast at all but actually I think there would have been plenty!

Redlynch lodge is ideally situated for all that the New Forest has to offer. We were delighted with our room, which was exactly as described. Fresh milk is a nice touch for that morning/evening cuppa. The breakfasts were exceptional, a delicious selection of yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals, then the freshly prepared and cooked hot options are scrumptious - I would highly recommend the pancakes. There's also pastries, tea/coffee and fresh juice, all served with a smile. We were delighted with our stay and would happily return.
We loved it all, nothing to improve on .

Location was perfect. Right on the edge of the New Forest, in a quiet village, and not too far from the Historical Salisbury.
Sarah is a great host, lovely to chat to and very accommodating. Bed was very comfy, and nice selection of tea / coffee's in the room. Fresh milk too, which was a nice change.
Breakfast was superb with such a fantastic choice. Muffins to die for!
Plenty of private parking.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

An excellent stay and so close to major attractions in the New Forest. A lovely king size bed, a massive room and super bathroom. We also had use of a lovely lounge to chill before bed. A very quite location through the north commons of the beautiful New Forest.
Nothing all excellent!
