Tragica nottata e pagata molto cara

Posizione gradevole ma un po’ scomoda

Partendo dal presupposto che l’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori… posso continuare con elencare tutto ciò che non andava bene… camera con poca illuminazione in quanto le luci dei faretti in alto erano fulminati, luci del soggiorno non funzionavano, condizionatore non funzionava , nemmeno una coperta in camera ( abbiamo dormito vestiti ) in quanto nella stanza non vi era nemmeno una coperta.. la temperatura esterna era di 15 gradi… divano pieno di terra o qualcos’altro di simile La stanza come del resto le lenzuola puzzavano di fumo, letto con rete che cigolava ad ogni minimo movimento… camera superior .. ma di superior non aveva nemmeno l’ombra 🙈anzi si il prezzo … totalmente inappropriato! Dimenticavo abbiamo chiesto un succo e una coca cola .. il succo di frutta era quello nel bottiglia da 0,75 L e la scelta purtroppo non era molto assortita !

Très agreable.

On a rendu la chambre à 10h00 mais on nous a gentiment proposé de continuer à profitez des installation jusqu’à 16h. ;) Le personnel est très accueillant, merci;) Et les lits sont très grands ce qui est agréable.

Seul bémol, le parking est payant…

La propreté des lieux laisse à désirer Le buffet très pauvre et peu varié Peu de réactivité du personnel (6j sans climatisation à 40C) Les linges n'ont pas été changé j'ai du réclamer à 3 reprises. La terrasse a été nettoyée 3j apres notre arrivée très cher pour la qualité et le service offert

War mal eine wunderschöne Unterkunft die nun in die Jahre gekommen ist, aussenberreich ist nicht gepflegt, liegt schmutz herum, alles loddert und ist instabil. Bilder sind leider täuschend. Zuviele zusätzliche Kosten Schade

Sehr schönes Resort, weitläufig, sehr sehr schön für Kinder. Die Zimmer mit schönen Terrassen liegen direkt vor den Freizeiteinrichtungen, was das aufpassen auf kleinere Kinder leicht macht. Das Personal, angefangen an der Rezeption über die Zimmermädchen und das Personal beim Frühstück waren sehr Hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant und das Personal im Restaurant, super umfangreiche Abendkarte mit einer sehr großen Auswahl an Getränken . Unsere Bedingungen am Abend war immer sehr freundlich und eloquent.

Un bellissimo weekend in famiglia

La gentilezza dello staff è sicuramente un punto di forza come lo è la presenza di diverse alternative per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in famiglia: campo da tennis, minigolf, giochi per bambini e piscine (una all'aperto e una al coperto). La colazione è varia con torte di loro produzione e molte alternative. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la possibilità di restare ancora qualche ora dopo il check out usufruendo della piscina ancora un po'. Un bel gesto non sempre possibile nei resort/hotel. Letto e cuscino comodi.

Per arrivare al dieci mancano alcuni piccoli dettagli: un kit accoglienza un po' più ricco (ci sono solo il sapone per le mani e lo shower gel corpo e capelli) ma soprattutto la cura della stanza che era pulita ma con qualche pecca e andrebbe un po' rimodernata (il bagno). Ho avuto cura di segnalare alcune cose alla reception che mi ha accolta gentilmente con i suggerimenti.

In any case, we would like to come again when the weather is better.

The breakfast was very good, however the scrambled eggs were mostly cold.

Deluso, non ci tornerò. Merita solo la Spa, ma molti i costi “nascosti” non indicati.

Le aree in esterna, i campi da gioco e le zone di svago La camera era spaziosa e dotata di ogni elettrodomestico La Spa, prenotazione e pagamento a parte, molto curata e funzionale.

La colazione è risultata non inclusa (opzione a 18€ a testa) quando con buona sicurezza abbiamo prenotato una camera con colazione inclusa ma non potendolo dimostrare (effettuando una ricerca il giorno stesso tutte le camere offerte su Booking la riportavano come inclusa) È stato richiesto un pagamento extra di 18€ per il parcheggio senza indicarci che fosse a pagamento e chiederci se volevamo usufruirne. Era già stato segnato tra i costi da applicare con la spiegazione che “le camere prenotate su Booking non hanno il parcheggio incluso”. La pulizia delle stoviglie presenti alquanto rivedibile.

Dirty, damp and moldy rooms

We travel a lot for holidays and for work and stay in many hotels in many countries but it was first time in my life when I saw such dirty and smelly room. In general, the price for renting a room in this facility does not correspond to its poor quality. The curtains had dirt and black mold stains on them. The apartment has no ventilation, only airco that moves the air inside. All the moisture from the bathroom lands in the room and causes stuffiness. When we entered the room for the first time, the pungent smell of the strong chemicals used to clean the room hit us. The windows of the room were dirty from the previous guests and after opening the terrace door we saw a bag of dog poop left by the previous guests. In addition, at 8:30 the handy man started to work on a grinder on the level just below our apartment while we wanted to enjoy our morning coffee on the small front terrace. Staff seemed to be surprised when we asked if this is really necessary to start such a noisy works at this hour.

The staff were nice and the restaurant was nice too.

The room was blank decorated without daily clean service. The indoor pool was freezibg to swim and made a complaint but the owner really didn't give a care. I do not recommend at all for the poor value!! Don't go!! Until they upgrade a bit.

A wonderful surprise with breathtaking views

I only found this place because I was searching for a hotel with a charging station for our electric Kia Niro. It does have one and another one for a Tesla. It’s an Aparthotel very close to the ‘autostrada’ up the hill a bit with breathtaking views. We booked a studio, which, to our surprise, also had a bedroom. It wasn’t just one room. Spacious enough for 2 people; mini kitchen we didn’t use, but everything was there. Nice little balcony to enjoy the view. Breakfast was awesome and so was dinner at their restaurant. My personal favorite was the heated, covered pool. I can absolutely recommend this place!!

I would have liked a shower in the pool area. More hygienic!
