Honest & warm Sicilian Welcome.

Great and beautiful. The owner (and host) is so friendly and sincere. We felt like coming home from the moment we set foot in ' the Borgo' . all you want for is there. A kitchenette, a very comfortable bed, good airco and a really nice bathroom and shower. The furniture is simple and functional. Fresh chocolate or marmelade croissants for breakfast. The owner makes you your espresso. For us it felt as we got close to sicilian life. You can be yourself and come to a rest in this peaceful oase. The pool and garden (where you can use a BBQ) are relaxing. We stayed an extra day, just to enjoy this all. We received very good suggestions what to do, where to go and info about the area. Milazzo has a great castle, well restored, true to its origin and nature. A boattrip to one of the islands made it complete. We followed the advice from our host to go unorganised. Just hop on a boat.. Perfect.

Ideal place for a family holiday amongst the locals.

Very friendly and welcoming host, in a peaceful environment with a lovely pool and garden – really a nice place for a family holiday. Clean and practical appartement with good beds (!). The location is an absolute plus, you are far enough from the bigger roads – so no noise pollution – but very well located for day-excursions to Etna, Cefalu, Taurmina, Catania and Syracuse, or to the Isole Eolie. The city of Barcellona and Milazzo are closer by, and while they don't have touristic highlights, they do give you an authentic experience amongst locals and in that way are really a great way to experience your holiday. Our host recommended us a few restaurants which were all really great - you eat among the locals and not between tourists.

Overall enjoyed our stay as it was the first time in the area. But will not return.

Comfy beds, very good AC, nice bathroom, very friendly owner

NO WIFI, kitchenette was a disaster, no pots or pans, no cutlery, broken tap, non-working stove- total disaster

The breakfast was basic but fresh the owner was very attentive and very welcoming along with Tommy the dog who was always pleased to see you.

Great stay that can be well for couple on the roads or families with kids

Charismatic place with a nice garden, a nice pool. It's an ideal place for 1-2 night if you're on the run or if you have kids with you. Not too far from Milazzo and on the road between Messina & Cefalu. Beds were confortable and the location is very calm during the night Owner is great and told us great advices for our trip It can be well suited for couples 👩‍❤️‍👨 & families 👨‍👩‍👦

Staff is super friendly and polite, Cosimo and his family are amazing people always try to accommodate our request and needs in the best possible way; the place is stunning with a patio where is served a gorgeous Italian breakfast and the swimming pool is just super relaxing with a near patio to spent your time, the room are very big, super clean and with a full equipped kitchen and any amenities, plus we had very good time with a little puppy called Tommy, (the mascot) Super experience and stunning place, we will be back soon... Thanks a lot again Cosimo and family.. We can just Highly recommended.
