Nice enough
The cabin is sweet and just fine for one or two people. Any more would be a bit crowded. Very nicely stocked kitchen and the bathroom is great - although a full length mirror would be nice. I did not know in advance of renting that there was no trash pick-up, which was a bit challenging. And had several large black ants to contend with. The fridge makes an odd noise, which makes it rough to sleep. Cobwebs on lamp shades.

Great place.
Stayed 10 days. The location is excellent both as a base for traveling the area and for staying close by. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Enjoyed our time there and would certainly go back again.

Best friends getaway
The property was charming, obviously well-loved by its owners. We had a great time there and were able to relax and visit the surrounding area. The only problem was the refrigerator door that couldn't open entirely. This meant that the vegetable bin was inaccessible since the door couldn't open entirely. Anyone who plans to cook while staying there might object to this. I also recommend adding a vertical grab bar near the shower to make it safer stepping out. But overall it was great. Thanks!

cabin near the lake
The property was clean. Had a nice porch. No view of the lake, several blocks away on steep incline. Kitchen decent. One queen bed and hideabed sofa. This property is not for anyone that has difficulties climbing the stairs. We are in our 80's. We liked the place but stairs were a problem. Also we were locked out. Not aware that shutting the door would automatically lock it. Had to find someone to call for us to get the number so we could get help to get in. Took a few hours. Be careful to check the locking mechanism.

Small but cozy, nice location
This little cottage was perfect for my husband and I for a quick anniversary getaway. I think it would definitely have been tight for more than 2 people. Very clean and and had all the basic necessities but no extras. Bring your own TP, coffee pot liners, per the property manager instructions. A quick walk down a few flights of stairs and we were on the walking path leading around the lake. We have a van which left us just enough room to get in and out while parked in the garage area, so a larger vehicle would need to park roadside (which there is room to do). Dollar General, Dunkin' Donuts, Bojangles all very close by. The only negative was the fridge sounded like a tractor idling in the kitchen when it turned on to cool. Because everything is all in one open space, it was a little distracting but we eventually got use to the noise. The checkin/out process was very easy to navigate. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Cute cabin
Everything was great, but you been blankets and pillows for the sleeper. Sheets alone are not enough in the winter.
