Perfekter Aufenthalt und außergewöhnlicher Serivcelevel

Angefangen vom Empfang bis zum Check-Out alles auf höchsten Servicelevel. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und wirklich zuvorkommend. Offenes Frühstücksbüffet mit reichlich viel angeboten. Einfach das perfekte Hotel, wenn man eher ein Stadthotel haben will bzw. näher an der Stadt. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und überlegen zukünftig unsere weiteren Aufenthalte dort zu planen.

Es gab keinen Mangel oder was uns nicht gefallen hat!

It was very cute and clean with beautiful tasty breakfast , they welcomed us some nice fruits, my dad loved it 😂

İt felt like coming home when i returned to the hotel after a tiring 5-6 hours of training daily.

As a solo traveller going to Antalya for a 5-day training i picked this hotel as it seemed smaller, cozy and more personal. İt turned out to be exactly that. Cozy, comfy, clean rooms. Modern minimal design and new (all other options i considered seemed rundown in photos). İn a pleasantly walkable area with access to pretty much whatever you might need-supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, malls a short taxi ride away. Small park in front (where stray cats and dogs are taken care of). All staff very attentive and genuinely friendly.

Great restaurants around, great beaches around too

Staff were very lovely, decent breakfast with little changes each day, comfortable bed and clean rooms.

Wifi would drop out here and there but nothing serious. Also, they don’t actually do airport transfers, so best to just catch a taxi from the airport cost me around 550 LIRA but might be able to bargain for cheaper.

A nice place to stay at a good location and friendly staff.

The place was simple and no fuss. The from receptionist and bell boy were welcoming. The location was also good. Few minutes walk and the view to the ocean was excellent. Decent breakfast. Good local restaurants near by for dinner. Terracity shopping mall was 15 minutes walk away or 100TL by taxi. The receptionist was resourceful by lending me an adapter for the night for free. Small gesture but goes a long way and shows the management are friendly.

Very good choice and localisation

I had a wonderful stay. The localisation is perfect. You can do a lot by walk or rent an electric scooter. The room was nice . Brand new. and confortable. Breakfast is very nice. Staff is welcoming and helpful

nice and good value of money

the staff were friendly and the window in the rooms are huge and can be open half way electrically. breakfast was nice as well. the location is excellent as you can choose from so many restaurants around the hotel

not a big issue but I think the house keeping can do a better job as there was rubbish in the trash can in the bathroom from the previous guest. if you are renting a car I think you will struggle a little better with the parking.

Modern Club Hotel Falcon.

The air conditioner in my room 6209 was excellent, and the cleaner (the lady, I don't know her name) worked very hard, was very polite, brilliant doing her job and always smiled; decent bathroom with a shower, I also liked the all-around hotel; many places to eat, coffee shops, etc. In a room, in a fridge, plenty of water to drink for free and a plate full of fruit on arrival. Believe it or not, I had Netflix for free to watch. Very clean everywhere. Good location

The Internet does not always connect in a room, not much variety to choose from for breakfast; also, the juice from the machine wasn't that good either; in the reception, not any information, or a guidebook for exploring the area, in the night time even at 2-3 o'clock every noise from outside of my windows people trying their motorbike and speed the engine and you can hear very loud. Very hot in the reception area, not a restaurant in the hotel or a gym. Otherwise, I would recommend it.

Reseption can, elena, bellboy, waiter they were so nice and friendly,Breakfast was ok.

Reception who has black hair male was so rude he is not polite at all, Room was dirty and small, There was no iron in the room if needed you have to pay for it.

I definitely will be back at the hotel everything about it was great

Breakfast was very good a lot to choose from. The staff were amazing very friendly and helpful . Rooms were very clean overall great place to stay walking distance to beautiful restaurants.

Nothing only there was no pool outside area was very small.

Superb

Very nice cozy family-style hotel, not far from the sea. We stayed for just one night and loved it very much! Our room was ready earlier than the official check-in time, and when we arrived at 8am we were offered breakfast. Sweet place, recommend!

We stayed for 11 days, we looked for a small quiet hotel and it meet our expectations.

*Friendly Staff, Helpful and great services. *Great relatively quiet location, has everything nearby. *Fresh delicious breakfasts *Warm and clean rooms, was comfy in the winter.

Superb

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Mr. Oytun Yosun (Reception in-charge), who receieved us and checked us in and out smoothly with a genuine smile.

The room allocated for 3 persons was very tight with 3 beds fitted in it. The hotel location is close to the sea side but not directly by the sea, just around 5 minutes to the cliff overlooking the sea.

I liked the hospitality. Very helpfull staff, always welcome with a smile. Location is good, easy to reach any place by Taxi, and close to restaurants, safe to walk and have good dinner out. Many thanks for Ms, Buse (receptionist) who did a great help to coordinate sending something, we left behind on our departure. Would recommend to others.

Disappointing

Location in eski Lara is great. Conveniently close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Property is relatively new and thus modern in appearance and comfort.

The electronic door lock on my room was broken and I had to be accompanied by someone from reception every time i wanted to enter my room. During my stay, no apparent effort was made to repair it (and if they did, it obviously didn't work) and housekeeping was apparently not able to open the door as well, as no room cleaning was performed during my stay. When i finally gave up and decided to check out early (despite having a prepaid reservation), the person at reception did not only start to explain why she felt it was not her personal failure (which was true but very much beside the point) but she was also not able to provide me with a proper invoice because my reservation had not ended.... no apologies, no effort to express understanding.

Good value for money, nice staff and good location!

This hotel is located in a very area of Antalya, if you like small coffee shops, and good restaurants. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good, exactly what you need, not more not less. Don’t go too late, though, after 9 they won’t refill fruits etc

The cleaning was uneven, some stains in the bathroom from soap, a used (?!) towel, and a lot of fingerprints on the doors.
