Convenient, but overall this place is a little depressing.

Price was good and super convenient location close to airport for our morning flight.

Nothing special about this place and location on 3rd floor of old building was a bit off putting.

Very bad experience, staff was not friendly at all, no service, the location was pathetic, AC was not working, hot water was not available. Really never recommend anyone to stay there

Hotel has no kitchen. No friendly behaviour of staff. rooms were clean for sure rest nothing was upto my expectations for the 3 star property. credit card they denied to accept. no geyser, no water in room. no cable in working condition.

location is on the 3rd floor, from the ground floor the stairs are very dirty and lift is very small.

Rooms not clean , twin bed for couple, short stay paid high prise , near to Intl Airport

Breakfast good and location good.

Booked online room for two adults with single bed , but when went to check-in I was told twin beds and were not able to help me to put them together or change the room .I had no choice that night as all hotels around the CSIA was fully occupied .

No board. Hotel is in third floor. No mention even in lift. Enterace is littered with stray cats and dogs Small bathroom. Defective bathroom door. Cleaniess not up to mark.no eateries near by. Useless resturant.

Overall was good. I don’t mind to stay again. Thanks for the staff

Food was fantastic sorry, I did checkout early in the morning so, I did not have breakfast. Most important the staff were very friendly and nice behaved. Specially the boy who was giving room service to provide food and stuff. Very decent and very good attitude little boy. I am sorry, I didn’t see that little boy while I was checking out otherwise I wanted to give him some money as a reward

Very disappointed, lack of customer service , room is not same as picture which is shown on booking

We stay at the hotel only one day , and at the arrival they took full payment with us . Then we had an emergency to leave mumbai they didnt want to refund us the money for the 3 days left . Cheap people !!! They scam customer by their fake pictures!!!
