Apartment desperately needs help. Broken mini blinds on most windows, plaster falling off ceiling above toilet, broken couch, very dirty common entry way, strange heater or something old on bathroom wall, only given 3 trash bags for our total stay. Strange and dirty large lazy Susan in kitchen cabinet so filthy there’s no way we would have used it . I have picturex

Great proximity to train, reasonable prices for Boston area, walkable distance to grocery stores

Home needs some TLC but overall it was as expected. It was clean, we had a little trouble coming in but it was a little miscommunication on my part. It was easy to reach out to manager. No central air but coming from Cali I had that expectation. AC units were okay but were loud. The one my kids room was right by the bed my son powered through (teen) but between the air in his face and the loudness I would have not been able to sleep.
I think that was our biggest thing, the ACs, we loved having a washer. We did a quick load right before checking out.

We really enjoyed this place and the host was fantastic to accommodate our parking needs.

Everything was clean and not surprises. The only Bathroom is spacious and bathtub. It has AC for visits during summer and great location. Only take in consideration the parking situation if you have a car. The landlord offers paid parking. I didn’t use it because I had family closed by where I parked my rental at.

Neighborhood was good with restaurants and grocery nearby. Main floor apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable... note that there is an extra person charge for 4th person even though there are beds for 4. Airconditioners are loud and the only one that cooled sufficiently was in the living area...Bedroom units just circulated air. It's a long walk to the Wellington Station from this location, and, during our stay, the orange line was down for maintainence which meant taking a shuttle bus and the traffic was awful which made for a long and frustrating commute. Washer and dryer are shared with the apartment above which is only a problem if they leave things in the machines, which our neighbor did for the majority of our stay. Loved Boston and this worked fine but I would not stay here again.

We were visiting the area for the week and worked from the house while our son was looking at apartments to relocate. Served our needs okay. Couple of quick points:
- we took advantage of the parking behind the building. Arrived after dark and could not find the keypad. I walked around to the front and found the front door was not fully closed. It needs to be pulled tight to properly secure.
- we found it a little light on blankets. We usually like to keep the house a little cooler at night and rely on blankets but found we just had to keep the heat turned up.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Vrbo property in Medford, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The location of the property was simply perfect, as it was conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, making dining out a breeze.
One standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Maria. She was truly a gem, and her dedication to ensuring our comfort was evident throughout our stay. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed promptly and with a smile, which greatly enhanced our overall satisfaction.
The property itself was well-maintained and clean, offering all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The combination of a prime location and Maria’s attentive management made this Vrbo property in Boston a memorable and enjoyable choice for our trip. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and delightful stay in the city.

Perfect location, very close to orange line subway. Unit definitely needs some much needed TLC. Replacing broken blinds and doing a little paint work would definitely improve the first impression of the apartment. Towels were in short supply. Apartment would present so much better with a few low cost fixes.

The place is older as you can see by the listing. However, the bathroom floor was dirty and the tiles in the shower wasn't the cleanest along with the grout and caulk and the window ledge in the bathroom. The beds were pretty hard as well. I was expecting more for the cost

Super easy to get to the T and into Boston. Many stores and restaurants in the immediate area. Parking was free ample at the bottom of the hill.

Our stay at Leonard's was great. Everything we needed was there and the grocery store across the street was perfect. On street parking was very easy to find close by. The grass needed cut when we arrived, and it REALLY needed cut when we checked out the next week. Other than the grass, it was an amazing place to stay!

This property is a good value for visiting the Boston area. About a mile walk to the T station that goes right downtown. Better instructions for entering the property would have been helpful. We did struggle initially to get in, but a phone call to the owner helped. Lots of food and shopping options in the area, but the main intersection is just awful to drive through or cross on foot. Owner was accommodating about allowing me to plug in my EV, which is always a bonus. We'd definitely consider staying here again as a good low-cost option.

Let me begin by saying that Medford is great. Sometimes it feels like everything you need is there without even going into Boston. There is a cute urban shopping area called assembly Row with the restaurants Tatte, Mike’s pastry, and others. it is a walking distance from almost everything you need.
To begin, I requested water and ice upon my arrival. This is not typically provided, so I was very appreciative of the hosts efforts to accommodate me.
My daughter had an ear infection that required two visits to the urgent care center while we were staying there. Fortunately, it was within walking distance, and CVS was almost next door, which proved very convenient. We went to serenity in the city, which is a lovely spa right down the street a few blocks, maybe a 10 minute walk.
There were only small things that might need improvement such as communication with people who can’t check the Verbo site, a few tiny ants near the sofa in the living room, not the most comfortable beds, but clean, hello, broken threshold between the kitchen and dining room. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. The washer and dryer were very nice and convenient. The kitchen was new and a pleasure to use. Compared to staying in an over priced hotel in the Boston area, it is a reasonable choice.

Great little spot, very comfortable for the 3 of us that stayed. I loved the kitchen the most, very modern but the countertop made it a little rustic. Would stay again and would recommend.

Great place to stay! PERFECT for our family of four - my husband and I and our two college-age kids. Easy access to everything in Boston. We wanted to just chill last night, and just sat on the sofas and watched TV. Quiet. This home was ideal for us!

Not a great place, misleading information regarding parking. Door security code stopped working,we were locked out for a horrible time ( under n hour) but still

The location was great-we needed to be close to Boston and be able to travel north a little farther so was a great location. The house was very clean and perfect for our little family and could’ve easily had more people staying with us. At first getting into the unit was confusing-we couldn’t figure out how to use the electronic keypad but the host was very prompt and helpful. The pin to getting into the unit was the same as the pin for the outside door so I’m not sure who all has access to the outside door. Overall was a nice and convenient stay but we could hear people walking around upstairs during the middle of the night(2-3 am)Not a huge issue during the day but it woke us up a few times while we were sleeping

This property was in the best location. It was a short drive to Boston. Also, it was a short drive away from so many places. We were able to go to Boston, Main, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Cape Cod all while staying here. It was clean and the property manager was super responsive. Parking isn’t too clear but you can pay extra to get the parking in the back of the house which was perfect. The only issue we had is that this was the downstairs floor. Which was fine the first couple of days as the people above us were very respectful and I think aware that they had people below them. The last few days, the people above us were walking around at all hours if the night one day till past 2am. I don’t know if it was a new set of guests but that was the only thing. We still loved this stay and would stay again. That is something that we are able to look past as it wasn’t super disruptive to our stay. The beds were comfortable and they provided extra blankets in the closet which was great. We couldn’t get the heater on but when we told the owner he offered to come to check on it quickly but the extra blankets were enough. We found them after we couldn’t get the heater on and that was more than enough warmth for us. I loved this house and it will definitely be booked again if I ever go back to the east coast. This is definitely a place worth booking.

This house was a better option for us than a hotel, as we made good use of the kitchen and eating area. Having a separate bedroom for our son was also nice. The kitchen provided what we needed to make meals. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathroom was functional and clean. House has a nice eating area that can double as a workspace. The living room was sparsely furnished. Walking distance to an Aldi, CVS and several restaurants. There is also a park nearby with some nice walking trails. The free parking option was fine for us – had to walk an extra minute or two to get to the car. This house is a duplex, though this unit has its own entrance. You will need to be able to climb some steep steps to get into the house. There is also no central AC, but a window unit in living room and each bedroom seemed to keep the unit cool.

This clean, multi-family house (3 floors) is a great spot for a quick stay in the area. Comfy main bed w/ cold AC, a large/functional kitchen, and good size LR. The location of the house parking in back was "not obvious", but the provided video of the area/landmarks helped a lot.

Just what we needed
Overall, this property was just what we needed. There are a few improvements that could be made, but it still met our needs.
The good: Good location, close to the Wellington Station, walking distance to food, pharmacy, grocery, and coffee. Paying for private parking was worth it- no worrying about where to park at the end of a long day. Even though the property is located in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet in the unit. We could hear neighbors, but everyone seemed respectful of quiet times. Cleanliness: The property was clean- 5 stars! The kitchen had what we needed to make simple meals. Note- the kitchen has a standard coffee machine, not a Keurig. We stayed during one of the hottest weekends in Boston and the window A/C units, while loud, kept us cool.
Areas of improvement: While check-in was easy, we were concerned that the key to the shared backdoor was the same as the key to our unit. I would recommend changing the unit key. Comfortableness: There was not a single comfortable surface in the unit. The beds were rock hard, the kitchen chairs were uncomfortable, and you could feel every metal bar in the couch.

Great Location
Property is larger than pictures led us to believe. Convenient to the subway and within walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores. Great experience. Thanks!
