We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The property is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated. It offers all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and a lovely outdoor space. The location is perfect, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
My only minor complaint is that the bathroom is located on a different floor than the bedrooms. While this was a bit inconvenient at times, it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the property.
This is a great place for a vacation, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Thanks!

Clean, cool A/C, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a nice and quiet neighborhood. Location is less than 30 min from tons of beautiful hikes in the summer. What more could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in SLC.

Accurate description, nice host.
Great 2bed 1ba guest apt on a beautiful property.
FYI - side of the home is near a busy road (?) so you can hear some noise at times. Also amenities are minimal which was fine for us.
Overall great value for the price.

We stayed three nights here while in Salt Lake City for a competition and summer vacation. Great quiet location and the guest house was perfect to relax and prepare our own meals. Definitely recommend this one. I’m glad I made the decision to stay here instead of a hotel.

Pros: well appointed location, we skied Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Deer Valley, and Brighton and found it an easy commute in our car, The unit was a good size for our family of four. Prompt and friendly communication with Liz. Cons: no hooks for jackets at the front door, an additional tray for our boots would have been good. Overall we had a wonderful stay, thanks Liz.

We couldn't have asked for a more ideal location in a beautiful upscale area. The only thing that we can suggest is because the stairs to the bedrooms are so steep that it would have been nice to have a railing (bar) on the other side as well. I am 80 Years old and had to be very very careful not to slip. I had to hold the one railing with both hands and walk sideways going up and down. Other than that, this was a perfect place to stay. I would give it a 4.5 stars.

We stayed in the apartment for a week whilst visiting SLC. We had a car, and the proximity to the freeway made getting around easy. As our visit was about much more than visiting Downtown SLC, the location was ideal …. We did scenic drives and hikes as well. The unit was very well equipped for self catering which we appreciated. The owners were super easy to deal with. The only possible negative was that it is located close to the freeway so a little noisy (freeway is also a benefit though). I must say that if you are someone who is used to using climate control and leaves the windows closed, then it is not a problem. As we are fresh air fanatics who like to have wide open windows when at home, it was a little noisy. Would however stay here again!
Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Only thing that wasn’t good was NO mirrors in the bedrooms. We had to go buy some from Walmart just so we could get ready for the wedding (since there was only one bathroom)

This is my second time to stay at this property and we will be back again hopefully in 6 months. We love the value and the beauty of this location. Liz and Dane provide you everything you need to feel at home. The back of the property has a fun little playground with a Victorian style playhouse that my 5 year old granddaughter fell in love with. One of the days we came back from the zoo and found deer just roaming around. It was surreal. Two bedrooms with a king and queen. Fully stocked kitchen to make any kind of meal or just store some snacks and water. The neighborhood is very secluded and makes your feel like you are in a wooded resort area. Close to great restaurants, I highly recommend Tuscany and Bandits Bar & Grill. About 15 minutes from the ski resorts and the Big Cottonwood Canyon.
We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you again Liz & Dean!!

Delightful
The property was clean and tidy. The hosts were our neighbors and were very kind and accommodating. Excellent communication. Great location for local shops, grocery, and interstate access.
We very much enjoyed our stay but a few considerations. The stairs to the bedroom were narrow and steep. Also, the bedrooms have huge windows which are great for the view...but in the summer with the long days we went to bed late and woke up early in constant sunlight. Winter visitors will probably have a different experience.
Just a few things to consider before you book.

Spacious and clean home with easy access to the highway.
My wife and I stayed here for six nights while we visited friends who live in SLC. The house was clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The house is located close to the highway. I slept in the bedroom closest to the highway. I used a white noise machine on a low setting and didn't hear the traffic on the highway. When driving from the house it is only a mile or two to the highway entrance/exit which makes it very easy to quickly head in any direction. Make sure you have coffee for a Keurig - we had to make a trip to the store to get the K cup pods. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay
The place was clean and spacious in a beautiful neighborhood. The only detraction is the noise from the nearby highway.

We loved our time at this property. It was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a yummy meal, and the neighborhood was both close to the ski hills and safe to run in. We'll be back!
