Very quaint little cabin. Easy to find and easy communication with the owners. Matt was very nice to us. Was comfortable for the most part . Just need a love seat or something downstairs . Was only two straight chairs to sit in downstairs and the bed . The Area is very beautiful! We enjoyed the stay and will be back.

We spent one night. We are seniors; so, the steps were a challenge, tv was a challenge and there was no place to sit and visit.

A very quaint and cozy place where we spent 1 night. Loved the small friendly town of Jasper.

Everything was great except someone smoked in the cabin before we arrived. I went to a local store and bought and sprayed a whole bottle of Febreze extra strength fabric in the cabin. Helped a little bit.

Good stay!
The only downfalls to this property come from not knowing the area before arriving. The main thing I am referring to is weak or no cell service which occasionally made it difficult to use Google maps to get around. The property did have great wifi so that's helpful and it allowed us to plug in our Roku and stream shows at night before bed. The cabin was pretty cozy and the AC was amazing. That was really important to me due to the insanely hot weather during our stay. Also, the water pressure in the shower was great. THE ONLY real complaint I have is that the bathroom door does not fully shut and does not lock. That should be fixed. If you are going to be in the area for hiking or a float trip, try out Little Switzerland, you will not regret it.
Also, I gave 3/5 stars for cleanliness only because there were dead insects around window sills and there were what appeared to be slug trails on the ceilings along with spider webs that had flies in them. BUT it is a cabin in the woods so that is to be expected. There were no live bugs inside and the toilet, sinks, shower and beds all were very clean. I would gladly stay again.

Elk Viewing
The directions and communication were very good. The cabin was just as nice as it looked online. We went to Boxley Valley to see the elk and we’re not disappointed. The leaves in the area were absolutely gorgeous.

Jasper trip
Needs updating and plumbing repairs. Pictures are not current. Lots of Highway noise and traffic. Dont recommend cabin 1. Too close to the highway. No privacy when sitting out on the little side porch. But overall would stay there again.

Good room for the price
This was a last minute trip and then we had to move our dates because of an illness. The property owner was very accommodating to move our dates and make cost adjustments. The room was located in a central location for our hiking and canoeing. The only complaints are we couldn’t figure out the tv operation (there were no instructions) and the mattress was well worn. We also noticed the carpet on the back of the room became a little damp after record setting rains in the area. Overall, a good stay for the price. The WiFi worked fine most of the time.

Room was adorable! Very clean! Had everything we needed! There’s no kitchen (which was fine..we grilled out front) just microwave and fridge. It’s located right off highway...reviews had mentioned it was loud. But it wasn’t at all..and it’s easy access!Overall enjoyed our stay! Oh and make sure to bring your own alcohol...it’s a dry county.

Better then expected!
I booked late and this was the only cabin available for our dates anywhere! The reviews were good, saying it was very clean but the photos of the property looked a bit dubious. We decided it was only for one night and booked it anyway. When we arrived with low expectations we were VERY surprised to find a lovely overnight accommodation. So don't let the photos put you off, this is a lovely, clean, easy to find and access property with delightful owners. Although we never actually met them their correspondance was excellent!

We enjoyed our stay.
The cabin was about an hour away from all the major trails. It was right off the the highway which was good for getting in/out, occasionally you could hear the semi trucks outside, road was decently busy. Hotel was clean except for the millipedes, frequently found, to be excepted for being in the woods though. They were mostly in the bathroom though. Beds, floors, furniture all clean. The beds were only fulls so a little cramped. I wish for being an individual cabin that there was some utensils or plates for cooking food in microwave. Check in was easy. Had no issues with finding the place or things going wrong at the cabin. Good value for money.
