Pretty decent for the price.

It was close to the airport. It was also easy to go in and out of the house at any time of the day. The bathroom and facility in general was very clean!

There was other rooms being used right next to ours and we had to be very quiet after 11, and also not using the shower after 11. The fact that there was no AC was a bit of an issue for us, since the fan in the room was so small, it was still very hot in the room.

The room and house were super clean and pretty.However airplane noises sometimes were quite annoying. Anyway , thanks Brunilda 10/10 for sure .

Definite recommendation

The place was beautiful and very clean. Together with Brunilda, who was the most lovely host, the house makes you feel right at home. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and it's just too bad I couldn't stay for longer.

Super nice host with amazing flat

Very nice host and very clean place. It offers everything you need and is very affordable for accommodation prices in Toronto.

(from downtown, it'll take you a while, but taking the express bus at Islington Station helps ;))

Good setting but not a comfortable stay. Host right away threw out valued item that we left.

nice bright room with fan. took pets so happy about that. well equipped kitchen … able to prepare food we had brought. fridge in room was nice . nice plants in living room and comfortable sitting area . nice bathroom with good shower. The television had no sound so we could not watch TV and even when we texted the host she could not give us information to fix it. The room was clean but there was a lot of dirt under the bed. We ran out of toilet paper and none was available. We only had one blanket and we were cold and there was not another one available. The room was stuffy so we opened the window and then we’re cold . We did not sleep well. Felt uncomfortable in the home because the stairs creaked and I was told by host to be quiet as there were people sleeping in basement . It was difficult to be quiet with the creaky stairs.

Please refer to negatives up above as I typed some in that box. We left a valued item in the room by mistake and the host immediately threw it out after cleaning the room. She knew it was ours as we had just left the room. She had our number and could of texted us. When I texted her when I realized I had left it she told me she threw it out tight away and was not responsible for left items. I find this unacceptable and unethical. I do not recommend this host and this behaviour is unkind and dishonest.

Very nice place to stay for a decent price.

It is close to the airport (about 22 CAD with Uber), nice house, clean, shopping mall about 15 minutes by walking, wi-fi works fine, owner sent all necessary information as soon as booking was completed.

It would have been nice to have the pool cleaned although I was not planning to use it.
