Bello ed al di fuori del caos

Struttura pulita, moderna, camere ampie con tutti i confort. Piscina grande, illuminata, ottimo ristorante a prezzi accessibili. La posizione non è comodissima ma tutto risolvibile con un auto. Nelle vicinanze belle spiagge, meno caotiche di Phuket e con un parco nazionale abbastanza vicino

คุ้มค่าทำเลดี พนักงานน่ารักมากมีรถไปส่งที่ห้องด้วย ได้ไปในราคาที่ถูกมาก

ความสะอาดไม่ค่อยสะอาด ห้องน้ำเหนียวเหนอะหนะ บนิเวณดอกไม้ที่วางตกแต่งมีฝุ่น เก้าอี้ด้านหลังระเบียงไม่เหนียวมากค่ะ อาหารเช้ารู้สึกไม่คุ้มค่า 199 บาท

Rooms were very nice, breakfast good, nice pool. Staff could be a bit more cooperative

Our rooms were located close to the pool, we were there end of January for one night, so there were not a lot of people, very quiet, but in the evening there was a live band playing anyway. Since we were alone in the restaurant the breakfast was made on our order, liked that.

We had to wait a bit longer for our taxi back to Phuket, so we wanted to stay a bit longer 1 or 2 hours in the room, but that was not possible without a late checkout fee. When I left, I also wanted to have e receipt, of the payment but the staff didn't understand me apparently. I had speak over the phone to the manager to explain what I wanted, but that didn't worked to either. So I left without.

Super Hotel für Zwischenstopp oder Urlaub in Natai

Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und sehr große moderne Zimmer mit sehr leiser Aircon!

Da es abgelegen vom Beach liegt braucht man unbedingt ein Auto!

Vi har slet ikke tilfredse og det er for dyrt i forhold til hvad man får

Gode senge og hovedpuder Fik vand hver dag Transportservice til mountainview restaurant Cykler til frit brug indtil “byen” Lækker pool

Kold vand i bruseren og kunne derfor ikke bruge vores badekar. 5 liggestole og 2 parasoller til hele Resortet. Poolen ligger lige ud til vej/parkeringspladsen uden afskærmning. Man skal leje poolhåndklæder. Personalet forstår ikke engelsk og man skal selv bede om rengøring af værelser, toiletpapir og få fixet wifi, som ikke virker alligevel. Ikke ordentlig oprydning til den næste gæst - der lå en barberskraber ude på verandaen da vi kom. Cigaretskodder bliver heller ikke fjernet. Øde by. Ligger 1 time fra Khao Lak og Phuket, hvor der sker betydeligt mere.

Eine Nacht ist ok! Eine große Enttäuschung!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön

Klimaanlage ging nicht, WC Spülung funktionierte schlecht! Duschschlauch 40 cm lang( man muss sich hinknien zum duschen. Dreckig dreckig dreckig Das Frühstück war abartig, nur der Kaffee ging. Eier, fettige Würste alles nicht durchgebraten. Alles zurückgegeben Geld nicht wiederbekommen! Das ganze Inventar wird zum Kauf angeboten,selbst den Teelöffel kann man erwerben🙄 Nachts laute Musik ausm Restaurant wo nie mehr als 2 Leute saßen im Resort! Ich empfehle hier nicht zu buchen!!! Einfach lieblos das ganze Hotel/Resort

The resort isn't far from the airport.

The bed was super comfy, i didnt want to get out of it😀 Staff were so lovely and friendly, pool is huge and clean. Lovely balcony outside my room....it is definitely worth more than the price.

Good facilities. I’m sure my disappointing experience would be an edge case.

Great pool. The hotel has good facilities on site and there’s a 7/11 a short walk away. A good place to stay for a couple of nights.

My rating is down to my personal experience, I think most people would have a good time here. The biggest issue I had was a single staff member who made me uncomfortable during my stay. All I’ll say is that if you’re a young, single man staying here by yourself, you may get some unwanted attention. I was also staying close to the restaurant which has live music every night until 1am and that made it difficult to get to sleep.

Nothing. The room was only $37CAD/night so I guess it was a gamble.

Rooms were dirty, sheets were stained, cockroaches in the room and garbage from previous guests were left in our room. This area has almost no taxis. The hotel can can taxis for you, but the rates were about $100CAD for a 30minute ride. The staff is very unhelpful and does not care about their guests whatsoever. There is a nightclub on the hotel's property that played extremely loud music until 2am. It is impossible to sleep at this hotel given the music and the poor sound isolation in the rooms.

Very noisy when there is life music

Rooms are big, luxurious and well maintained. Pool looks great (although I didn't use it). Staff does not speak English but tries to help (and that works out well)

Ask whether there is live music at night. If so, be prepared for noise until 0100h am. I got a room far away from the restaurant and still had the windows vibrating (I had to ask to be moved). If it wasn't for the noise, this would be a great place!

Very comfy rooms!!

Our room was brand new, spacious and comfortable. Beds are comfy too and great shower! Really like it! We didn’t use, but the hotel had a pool and gym (that looks bit and good). Location is good depending on your itinerary and if you have a motorbike or car. If you want to enjoy the beach, it will be a 15min drive to Natai Beach. And there aren’t many taxis around, so you will have to rely on the hotel drives. We stayed here two night in different weekends to attend a Circoloco parties and because the region was packed, taxis from/to the hotel were expensive and the wait was longer. But I think in a regular day it should be fine.

The hotel restaurant was a bit overpriced and there aren’t many shops or restaurants around. If you have motorbike than you are fine.

nice room, very comfy, good WiFi

first, the googlemaps address is wrong, about 8km difference, then the name of the hotel is wrong too !! a nightmare to find it. checkin was very long, parking is far from the room. checkout early at 6am, nobody at the reception, I wrote a note to transfer the 500 thb deposit but still didn’t receive it after a whole day.
