Our sister recently moved to Paso and so we went to help her celebrate! We enjoyed early check in which helped us get our weekend started. The house is restored beautifully and is very comfortable. There is a real vintage feel to it, but the amenities are modern, including AC. The backyard is bigger than the pictures looked. It's especially beautiful with the lights on at night. It's important to note that 3 of 4 bedrooms are en suite, so the 4th bedroom used the full bathroom downstairs. If you're open to suggestions, the shower heads could be improved, and the beautiful original tub in the primary could use a refresh. However, I'm not sure how to refresh a 100 year old bathtub. We would absolutely stay here again, and have already recommended it to friends. We lived the framed photos of the house before and after the restore. Congratulations and thank you for sharing it with us!

Definitely could use some updating in the showers and other areas of the home. There's a lot of wear and tear. With that being said, it is spacious and great for a group. The upstairs does get significantly hotter than the downstairs so it's something to know if you are staying during warm weather. Ceilings are low, tall people just duck. Backyard was nice and we used it both nights of our stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Neighbor to the south was very nice.

This trip we decided to try a place in town. 1521 Vine is a really great location on a quiet street just a couple block from great coffee (Spearhead) and great food (LPC).

Loved this cute house and how close it was to downtown. The stairs are a little tough, narrow with a low ceiling, so would be hard for those with mobility issues, but there's a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs so not a reason to pass entirely.

We LOVED this property. The location was amazing. The house was fully stocked with coffee, creamer, hair dryer, steamer, iron etc. The beds were comfortable. The backyard adorable for warmer days. 4 bathrooms made it easy for all of us to get dressed without tripping over each other.

Very comfortable for our family, close to restaurants and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hospitality team was fabulous. We didn't have heat the first two days so they quickly brought space heaters and ensured our comfort while the repairs happened. Thank you!

We were in town for the EOD Warrior Bike ride and this home was a great location to get to our event and be able to walk into town to visit the different restaurants and see the quaint city.

The house location is great. It’s a short walk to town square and on a peaceful street. Home was very clean. The furniture in living room is a bit worn in terms of comfort and needs a few extra seats to accommodate a larger group. Beds and bathrooms were clean. Stairs are a bit steep although have a hand rail. We enjoyed our stay at this home and would rent again.

Stayed to do some wine tasting in the area with friends. We like to cook and although kitchen is not large we were able to navigate! Took advantage of formal dining area too. Outdoor was lovely for appetizers and before dinner drinks! Private space for each couple, would recommend and look at staying again in the future.

We chose to stay in Paso for our daughter's graduation this past weekend from Cal Poly.
The house was perfect, and the lawn out back was just heaven on a warm afternoon. We travelled with our little grand-daughter, and we were so happy to see some toddler play toys in the yard that she could play with.
There were issues with the hot water our first night and we were very impressed with the speedy response and that they were able to replace the water heater after business hours on a Saturday. The property managers were very easy to work with and the communication was excellent.
The house is a short walk from the square and all of its restaurants and activities. It's so nice to be able to park your car and just walk everywhere. We will definitely be back!

Great space for friends to gather! We enjoyed it tremendously! It’s a historic home which means some things can be challenging, like keeping cool on a hot day. But we were gone anyway, and the nights were fine. Street parking was ample, though neighbors believe they “own” the street in front of their home and insisted that we were supposed to park in the back. Something you may want to address with the neighbors. 😉

great location, it was perfect for our weekend in the wine country. had everything we needed. only recommendation is a new mattress in the front bedroom upstairs and the lower bedroom. The fireplace did not work, which in it self was not a problem but it would have been nice to be able to use it. Probably one of those things that could be checked after each stay to make sure it works. Great house!! and fabulous location!!

Amazing Medium sized historic home about 4 walk-able blocks from Paso Robles downtown. Rooms had plenty of room in them. House was impeccably clean. Shower remained hot for all 7 adults to shower in the evening. Beds were comfortable. On a busier street but it was not loud at all. Perfect for 7 moms to get away and enjoy ourselves. Staff was very fast to respond to questions. We will be staying here again

My siblings and our significant others met in Paso for a long weekend to celebrate our brother’s birthday. The house was immaculately cleaned, from door frames to light fixtures, baseboards and furniture. The house was spotless. There are also a lot of different places to hangout and play games or have cocktails. From the front porch to the backyard, living room and dining room. There was plenty of seating for all of us especially because the coffee table in the living room has stools tucked underneath. The backyard was well groomed and equipped with furniture, heaters and a BBQ. The kitchen was large and had everything you needed to cook with. The neighborhood was nice, safe and just a short easy walk to the downtown square. The property management company was easy to work with and always respond to any questions I had in a timely manner. The only non positive thing I could say about the property is that, from an esthetic perspective, the inside of the house needs a little TLC and refresh. However, that would not deter me from staying here again. If you are looking for a clean relaxing getaway with plenty of space and amenities, I highly recommend staying here.

The location in the historical district was so convenient for my friends and I to walk to shopping and dining and wine tasting. The house and yard were great for us, although bathroom access upstairs is awkward- there are three sweet bedrooms but the one bathroom is not in the hall but off one of the bedrooms. (Our group often gets up to use the bathroom during the night.) We were all bery happy to stay there and checking in and out was simple. Thanks!

The house has a nice backyard and is in a good location. You can easily walk into town. The only comment is the house is 4 bedrooms, 3 of them have their own bath. One bedroom upstairs has it’s bathroom downstairs and the carpet is a little worn.

A group of eight ladies had a very nice stay at this rental that is located in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. The house had great sleeping and bathrooms for a larger group. It is an older property which adds to the charm of the area. I would stay here again.
