Nice, open and very bright apartment with terrace, from where you will enjoy incredible views of the bay and beautiful sunrises.
Located in a privileged zone for being quiet but at the same time with everything nearby.
The apartment has wifi included in the price. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine and private access to the terrace. The big terrace has furniture so you can enjoy meals outdoors.
AC in the living room.
It has a private parking lot in the same building.

Bedroom with 2 single beds
Bedroom with 2 single beds

If needed, single beds can be put together to make double beds.

LOCATION:
The apartment is located in a residential zone, privileged for being quiet, its incredible views but at the same time near everything.
Distance from the beach is just 8 minutes walking. Restaurants are 4 minutes walking, there is a little supermarket 6 minutes away and a big one, 10 minutes away.
Just 8 minutes away, you can find the old walled city "Vila Vella". A really beautiful place.
The sensation of being apart from the noises and living that peace in plain summer, listen to the birds sing, and decide when to leave this peace and go to the center, without car, its one of the best qualities of this zone.
SORROUNDINGS:
Tossa is a beautiful and quiet town, with a lot of charm. Ideal to travel with your couple, family or with the kids.
It is one of the most beautiful town in all Costa Brava, where you can steel feel the little old town atmosphere and where is not allowed to build tall buildings.
Besides enjoying the beaches, there are a lot other things to do. For example: walk around the old and narrow streets from the walled town "Vila Vella", go the the lighthouse and relax at the "Bar del Far", while you enjoy the incredible views of the rugged coastline and the cliffs. Walk around the comercial area, full of little shops, incredible tours to the mountain, bike rides, ship tours, visit all the little and hidden beaches around, and so many other things we can recommend, according to your needs.
For young people there are nice things too. There are no big discos in Tossa, but there are a lot of nice musical bars where you can enjoy nice moments.
Tossa is a little town, where you can find all kind of shops and services.
For your staying, its not necessary a car, because distances are really short and go all across the town will take you no more than 20 minutes walking.
However, if you are interested in visiting the surroundings, we do recommend a car.

You can reach Tossa by:
Own car or rented.
Bus, from Barcelona or Girona City, and from their airports aswell.
With train you can only go to Blanes, and there you can take a bus to Tossa
Nearest airports are Barcelona (100km) and Girona (40km).
It will be a pleasure, to suggest the best option, depending on your landing time, you departure place, if you come with kids or not, etc. Please do not hesitate on asking us.

DO NOT USE THE INSTANT BOOKING
Before booking, ask us to accept the group. If you are a young group and you book instantaneously, it may be possible that we cancel the reservation and that you loose the service fees.
If we accept the reservation a specific contract for young clients will be signed at the arrival.
ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED
-You need to provide us an e-mail address.
-We need to know at what time you will arrive, your flight number or by which means you will arrive to the apartment.
-As dictated by the law of our country, you will fill up a form that we will send a few days prior to your arrival, with information about each occupant
AT THE ARRIVAL -If there are any changes concerning your time of arrival. It is important that you let us know as soon as you can so that we can reorganize ourselves. -If you want us to meet you at the appartment you will have to give us a call 30 minutes before your arrival (no messages, please). -Otherwise you can pick up the keys at our office during working hours. These can vary depending on the season. -At the arrival we will read the electronic counter in order to verify the consumption after your stay. Electricity is included in the price if it is used within normal parameters. If you make a responsible consumption of the electricity there will be no extra fee. -At the check-in you need to pay the tourist tax for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under the age of 16 are exempt. -Is mandatory that all the occupants identify themselves at the check-in. -You will need to sign a basic rent contract that is mandatory in our country. -The person who made the reservation must be one of the occupants and must be the one signing the contract.
DURING THE STAY -You have to follow all the indications that we will give you at the arrival regarding the good use of the property. -We will furnish some basic elements for the first few of the days (toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, a sponge). Once they are finished you have to buy your own products. -Our towels can not be brought to the pool or the beach. -Animals are not permitted in the properties. -It is forbidden to smoke. -Parties in the properties are prohibited. -If you don’t comply to these norms or if we get complaints from the neighbors, you can be evicted immediately from the property without necessarily being reimbursed. -Before the check-out : the dishes have to be cleaned and you have to throw the garbage and the remaining food. If you don’t want to bring with you food that is still in its packaging of origin, our team will make sure that is not thrown away.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES The check-in time starts at 3PM and the check-out time is until 11AM. Additional fees:
-Late check-in : 30€ after 9PM -Late check-in : 60€ after 11PM
Depending on the availability we can have certain flexibility :
-Early check-in: 30€ before 2PM
-Late check-out: you will be charged 50% of the price per night if you leave between 12AM and 8PM.
- Late check-out (high season): you will be charged 75% of the price per night if you leave between 12AM and 8PM.
REMARK: The norms are the same for all of our properties. When we mention the air conditioning, the pool or the beach we refer to the properties that have access to these utilities.
SECURITY DEPOSIT The non-compliance of a norm can lead to the retaining of the security deposit.
Here are some advises to avoid any problems with the security deposit return: -Do not host more people than the ones you have indicated in the reservation. -The stay time of your day visitors can’t exceed the 50% of the time of your occupancy. -Be respectful and careful with all the elements of the property. -Throw the garbage, throw the remaining food and clean the utensils before you leave.

Great views and excellent Managment company. The property needs updating including the electrical which was constantly tripping breakers. The automatic roller shades were nice as was the washer dryer.

What an amazing stay! I knew it was a great setting based on the pictures on the listing. But once we were there, the reality surpassed the expectation.
We had an amazing view of the bay, the church and the old town, Vila Vella. We were greeted with beautiful sunrises every morning.
Our host, Kristjan gave us a wonderful orientation to rhe apartment, the town and the area.
The apartment was very comfortable.
We had an awesome time. Can't wait to go back!!

Our stay in Tossa was outstanding. The property was ideally located, comfortable, and well-equipped to meet all of our needs. We so enjoyed walking to town and the beaches (we loved Cala Codolar), and the large balcony with its magnificent views and gentle breezes was the perfect setting for morning coffee, meals, and glasses of wine in the evening. Communication with the agency was efficient and they attended to all of our concerns. We look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful Area
Property was nicely appointed and location and proximity to town was good. Excellent communication with property managers. Walk into town was about 5 to 10 minutes and involved hills or multiple stairways. Views from property were sensational and neighborhood was quiet. Property could use some upgrades (new dishwasher, beds, linens) Beds were not comfortable. Master bedroom had a small double bed and door did into it did not close. Overall a lovely property with great potential with a few upgrades.

Amazing View, Great Location
We loved our stay at this rental. Communication with the rental agency was great. Parking was easy. Once we parked, we did not have to drive again until we left. We were able to walk to all of the things we wanted to see and do.
Our only wish was that the sun came out while we were there. We still managed to have an amazing time. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Forcément faut grimper pour la mériter mais c’est chouette de pouvoir poser la voiture et faire à pied (plage, resto, vielle ville) Grand, spacieux, propre et bien équipé, rien à redire ! Place de parking, ultra pratique. Attention aux lumières du phare qui peuvent apparaître vis le store. Nous recommandons cet appartement et l’agence sans hésiter, vous ne serez pas déçus,

Kristjan was a gracious host and provided suggestions for restaurants, etc. The apartment comfortably accommodated our family of four, incl two teens...keep the windows open for nice cross-breeze (or use the aircon, which is very strong). Beds were comfortable and the unit very clean. If you have a car, drive north along GI-682 for amazing views...we preferred the beach at Cala Giverola (~15 min drive) and we're the first ones on the beach at 9am everyday. Pack a cooler and bring the umbrella that we bequeathed to Kristjan. Lastly, if you have the chance, Girona (Games of Thrones) is a wonderful medieval picture-taking haven and Cadaques (Dali) is, perhaps, the prettiest village in Spain. Enjoy!

Llegamos un poco mas tarde de lo esperado debido a un atasco por un accidente. De todas formas Kristjan nos recibió perfectamente. Nos dejó indicaciones de muchísimas cosas que hacer por la población y recomendaciones de lugares donde comer. En la salida fueron muy flexibles en cuanto al horario e intentamos salir un poco antes de la hora finalmente acordada debido a ello. We can't say enough about our time in Tossa de Mar. This apartment has the most amazing views and a great location. It is very close to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops as well as the castle. Relaxing on the balcony and looking at the few was the best part of our day. The apartment is very well furnished and comfortable with all of the amenities. And last but not least, the Let's Holidays team is amazing!! They are friendly and very responsive and Eric spent extra time with us giving us tips about grocery stores and special restaurants. We can't wait to visit again!!

This apartment has a view of the whole town, beach and walled city that you cannot believe. There is a climb to get down to the town. The town is small enough to walk around in once you are down. There are plenty of lovely restaurants, shops and so on. There are three lovely beaches to swim. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment has all needed for a stay of a few days.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie in Tossa gehad . Ana heeft ons heel gastvrij ontvangen en stond klaar met tips en ideeën. Het voelde goed en vertrouwd om Ana en KristJan in de buurt te hebben . Ze reageerden vlot op SMS . Het appartement was prachtig en het uitzocht was precies zoals op de foto's was aangegeven. Enorm genoten van prachtige luchten /kleuren. Genoeg te zien / doen en ontdekken in de buurt. We gaan zeker weer terug / hebben zelfs al geboekt

Very comfortable apartment. It is on the hillside and the view of Tossa is breathtaking. We arrived a bit early and Ana arranged for us to meet her sister to get the keys. KristJan later checked in with us and gave us info on things to do and places to eat. Park your car and walk everywhere. Everything was just perfect.

We were two couples travelling around Spain. This apartment had a terrific view of Tossa de Mar. It was a little difficult to find given all the one way streets but once there it's easy to find your way into town and then back to the apartment - we ended up walking most of the time as parking in Tossa can be quite difficult. Nice apartment and views.

Beautiful house with amazing views! We had a great stay. Would love to come back here. The route from bus station to the house is very simple you can figure it out on the map easily. Road to the house is a bit steep. Ana's friend was there to receive us and she was very helpful! She and her husband helped us get all our luggage to the house and gave all important information. Thanks Ana for the wonderful stay!

I can't say enough about this apartment, our hosts, Christjan and Ana, and the coastal village of Tossa de Mar! Christjan and Ana were always quick to respond to our emails, very flexible regarding our uncertain arrival time and extremely thoughtful, providing a list of restaurant recommendations and an offer to make dinner reservations for our New Year's Eve celebration in Tossa. Additionally, Ana offered to help us find new accommodations after learning that our first reservation in Barcelona (with a different host) had fallen through. She even offered to meet up with us in Barcelona if necessary! We arrived late on New Year's Eve in Tossa de Mar and Christjan was there to greet us with a bottle of Cava (Spanish sparkling wine). When he discovered that we were unprepared to celebrate the Catalan New Year's Eve tradition of eating grapes at midnight, he insisted that we must enjoy this authentic local experience. He returned with grapes in hand, generously taking time

All amenities are available. Near the old town and the beach. In the season on the beach a lot of people, so it's best to leave by boat to other beaches or looking more wild places on the rocks. Very nice hosts, everything we needed, they provided. We were very pleased with our trip.
