great place to stay for travel to and from the airport - we found it very relaxing

the kitchen. well equipped and spotlessly clean. The garden. the facilities nearby - shop, takeaway, bus stop. Close to Harmondsworth moor so we could go for a walk.

somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom - tap on sink loose and wobbling. could not get tv to work?? Nothing major though. A small improvement would be a couple of outside chairs, but so great to have a garden regardless.

NICE FACILITY, TERRIBLE HUMAN RELATIONS. THEY WONT HELP YOU WHEN YOU ARE STRANDED!

Location - Fine WRT Heathrow. Facility - Fine

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE While booking @around 0400hrs 26/05/2024, I had stated clearly that I was stranded at the Heathrow airport(I came in 24hrs earlier than my flight due to a scheduling error). I requested for an expedited Check-in on compassionate grounds under the "Special request" session I paid the regular fees on the site. Then got an extra 1pound security refundable charge request again (FYI - it has not been refunded yet) - I paid. After paying all the fees, I was told there was no means for an expedited check-in as an occupant was checking out by 11am. I then requested for an avenue to drop my luggage (I was travelling with my wife, we had several bags with us), this request was also turned down. That we cannot access the facility until 1500hrs, and refund is not possible. My wife and I left Heathrow Bus station at around 0900Hrs, with the belief that when we get to the facility, we will speak to a staff onsite to just help secure our bags so we can roam around Bath till 1500hrs. On getting to the location, there was no access to the facility or staff onsite as it was remotely managed. The customer care was not helpful as they insisted on the 1500Hrs clause, stating it was not an hotel but a Homesafe facility. With all my plea, there was no form of compassion from the administrators. My phone died (stores closed - SUNDAY). I had to ration devices with my wife to be able to access my mails for further instructions from Robin Doors (Facility owneR). In all of this topsy turvy, we was in the drizzles, light showers and sun for 7hrs. It was very cold. We just sat at the Bus stop regretting ever contracting this facility. I have stayed in atleast 8 places in the last two years - THIS WAS THE WORST FACILITY IN TERMS OF HUMAN RELATIONS. Yes, the facility itself was topnotch, the human part of it was DEVILISH to say the least.

Not what i expected☹️. Disappointed to say the least.

Next to the airport which was really ideal. Secure system- the no key but passcode on doors was the most secure thing for me and it made me feel safe instantly.

Spacious room that was freezing cold. If I had not brought in my emergency blanket pack, might have frozen up. There was only a very thin duvet and 1 thin sheet on the mattress. Heating remained on very minimal - instructions of controlling heating were not clear nor accurate! “No screen with control panel”…room was still very cold through out the night. Could not sleep at all. The most UNCOMFORTABLE bed I have ever used, Toilet door doesn’t shut! Tv doesn’t work! Broken chair! Small table light doesn’t work Shower drain that wasn’t draining well:( There is NOTHING soundproof about this place. A little bit of honest always goes a very long way!! Movements from upstairs and even heavy breathing -snoring could be heard as if they are sleeping or are in this room! The outside noise even worse! Could not sleep at all What’s the point of overpopulating the room with things that just doesn’t work. My assumption is maybe salt, teabags, coffee, sugar and milk could be readily available as a welcome of guests but nope there wasn’t anything.

共用部分を使う時間的な余裕がなかったので、本当は見ていないが、この系列のホテルには共用のキッチンや冷蔵庫がついていて何かと便利。最初に泊まった時には一階のお部屋を案内されたが、自宅にいるかのような気分を味わえる。

部屋の洗面所のミラーが落ちる寸前で取り付けられていたこと。ミラーを支えている、支柱が曲がり、壁から浮いて斜めに垂れ下がっていた。そこに本来あるはずの、物を置く平板ガラスはなくなっており、不自然に突起状の金具が突き出していた。とても危ないと思った。私は、わずかに引っかかっていた状態のミラーを落としかけた。こんな最初から壊れている状態なのに、さらに壊して賠償とか取られたら、たまったもんじゃない。チェックアウト後、時間が経てば、勝手に落ちる可能性だってあるじゃないか！

I did not enjoy it.

The location was good. The bed was ok.

Unusable appliances. Broken furniture. No staff on hand. Scruffy decor and marks on walls. Broken cupboard door. Other occupant had no remote for the tv. The owners have no pride in this building or the service they provide. I will not be using booking.com again if this is an example of places they are prepared to have on their list. Too many processes after the initial booking. Airbnb is not as complicated to use.

Simple place, not quite as nice as the photos show, but good value and close to airport.

Great location close to Heathrow, good price.

Place did not quite match the photos. Back door was unlocked and not obvious how to lock it. After several back and forths with service people, did managed to get it locked.

it was cheap. and clean

this is a house (more than one house) with security code pin entry into the house and into the rooms there are a lot of extra stuff to fill in (including ID watch out for identity theft if they lose that) an extra charges that they make you pay to get in, read the fine print carefully. the service was terrible, once you have paid for your room they do the bare minimum, if there is fault in there system it is your problem not theirs and it will delay you getting into your room. half of the stuff in the room did not work (TV etc) no wifi their communication was terrible all the good reviews are plants or they were very lucky.

The accommodation was an attic bedroom in a security code house, which was not shared with me inspite of me making full payment. They insisted I use an automated bank payment link for a security deposit in case of damages and made me and my family stand in the rain while they processed it and let us into the house after that. They charged £1 in the payment link then later charged my card for £29 for unexplained payment. The advertised price is misleading and they scam ppl this way. The windows could not be shut completely and let a cold draft in all night in a badly heated room.

BE WARNED. ENSURE YOU READ REVIEWS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. I WISH I HAD.

The location is opposite the bus stop which leads to Terminal 5. Close by are corner shop + McDonalds/Takeaways.

- Extremely awkward booking process. Once paid on Booking.com you are contacted by the owners to sign an online document, then email your ID, then pay an additional £1 fee via online form for the service they choose to hold a deposit. - You receive a lot of messages from them. I received 12 messages on booking.com, 2 texts, and 2 WhatsApp messages within 24h. - The house itself has zero signs that it is a guest house. I had to call them to find it, after which they sent me a WhatsApp message with instructions on how to actually enter the building (which I assume should have been sent to me ahead of me call.). No lights in the building (I arrived around 18:30), no doorbell. You are given a code to open the door. Then another code for your room. I had to use the torch on my phone to find the room number as it was pitch black. - No member of staff present in the building. I did not feel safe. - The room was filthy. The bed had hairs and dirt on it. One of the towels was stained. The toilet seat was broken. The shower was dirty with green grime on the surface where you stand. - The mattress was unbelievably uncomfortable. I often sleep in guest houses, lodges, B&Bs, hostels... I have never experienced a mattress like this. I could feel every spring, and I mean literally every single spring. - Having just come off a 13h flight, I was extremely exhausted and just wanted a good nights sleep. But this experience was so awful that I ended up just booking the Thistle hotel down the road, which ironically only cost me 7 pounds more. - I then made the mistake of actually letting the owners know that I wasn't staying the night (conscious the order was non-refundable, and I did not ask for a refund, I simply wanted them to know the state to room was in including a broken toilet). They marked me as a 'no-show' to Booking.

Exceptional location that is very easy to access

Location is exceptional for anyone looking to easily access London Heathrow Airport, being a 5-10 minute bud ride from Terminals 2/3 and 5. It is also next to a convenience store and other food shops, and a 5 minute walk to McDonalds. I found the check-in process was seamless.

The accommodation has a minimum check-in age of over 25 years, though luckily the staff were accommodating enough to wave it in my circumstance. The toilet seat and shower screen inside the room were not fixed properly.

More than anywhere I've been, I regretted booking the place

As a solo traveler, a slept with one eye open. The name is exactly the opposite of what it is. It’s a purposely built terrace, which ought to be a private resident. If you have the misfortune of booking it, you’ll never get to meet your host. And when you call, no one will pick. If you’re lucky to have your call picked after several calls, a nasty fellow will issue a command and drop the call on you.

Basic Rooms but good Value

Good clean room with all the amenities you'd need and great value for money. No frills but exactly what I needed. Great Internet connection and speed. Very pleasant ensuite and rainfall shower. Great kebab shop 40m up the road...

Annoying booking process. Lots of additional mails, e-sign contract, send photo of ID, pay an extra £1 invoice. Just additional hassle each time you book. Just put the extra £1 on the bill!

Need to be a sign so it is easy to find. Check in was strange, need to be a sign and or just free wifi so if you have to ring some one you can threw whatsapp. The bed need replace far by expiration they where full of springs. If they spent a little bit of money on a sign and new mattress it would be a great place

Very close to the bus and just a few bus stops to the Airport. There is a community kitchen with a large refrigerator and working kettle. It's a large house converted into rooms.

For a cheap place by the airport its fine. I wouldn't have my mom stay there. The deposit takes several days to get back. Code to enter and a separate code for the room.

The bed was rough… felt every spring. Could have used some type of mattress topper. Slept poorly. The bathroom door was a crudely cobbled together closet bi-fold door that they scabbed into place awkwardly.
