The property and spa are beautiful and clean. Full disclosure- I heard a guest raving about how wonderful a staff member

It was comfortable, quiet and mostly clean

We were very disappointed upon returning to our room Sunday evening at 9:00 to find the room had not been serviced. The last thing we wanted to do was have to deal with getting fresh towels delivered and straighten things out before we proceeded to pack for our early morning departure. Our safe would not unlock so another department was needed to open the safe - the battery had died and needed to be replaced. This was not a good way to end our 3 night weekend stay.

Not told about the $75 incidental fee still waiting to be reimbursed

Wolfgang puck restaurant on site. Spa on site. Fitness center. Pool on site.

Staff was argumentative towards us both in the spa and front desk. Spa was over priced. No microwaves in the room had to be brought into the room. Fridge in room too small with no freezer. Not told about the incidental fee of $75 over charged at the spa.

Beautiful Hotel, highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay at Brownwood Hotel & Spa. Extremely clean facility and I loved the western theme decor. Our bartender Jennifer was very friendly and helpful.

Had a hard time using the TV remote.

it was nice enough. The staff was lackluster and definitely not as welcoming and enthusiastic as the waterfront inn

nice location

the gym was not cleaned properly. the dirty towels were overflowing and. it restocked every day. I did not like the use of the small bottles versus a water fountain to fill up my water bottle. The water was not restocked every day. There were two days, for there was no water at all, and the trash cans were overflowing. I requested maid service two days after I had stayed there, but they omitted to clean my room and freshen up the towels so I walked in that evening with a pile of dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom and my bed unmade.

Unresolved billing issue. My husband and I ordered two drinks at the inside bar where we added our bill to the room. The bill was $17.00 where we left 20%, which equates to almost $4. When we checked out the gratuity showed a $19 tip. I Explained to the employee checking us out that the gratuity was incorrect. she shrugged her shoulders and said "I'm sorry". i was looking for me too receipt but I did not have a copy which was my fault but I can assure you l did not leave $19 on a $17 tab. After I checked out I contacted the front desk staff Logan where he sent an email to his leadership team; Yomaira and Salmah and advised they would get right back to me. This was on October 30th. It is now the night of November 4th with no response whatsoever. I have followed up with two different emails with again, no response. I am not worried about the $19 but rather the principle of looking into this billing issue where a server overcompensated themselves without management looking into the issue after a customer complaint. Aside from this it was a wonderful stay, but poor leadership to not respond.

the older male bartender at the lobby bar was not very friendly, rolling his eyes twice when we asked for our drinks to be made chilled.

the room was lovely, as was the pool.

when we checked in, our room wasn't ready, so we went to the bar, but waited about 20 minutes before anyone surfaced to ask for an order. That was a bit frustrating for a high-end establishment.

The room was a great size. The bathroom was LOVELY. The staff is great. We would stay there again, and would recommend your hotel to others.

The safe in our room did not work. The hallways and lobby were freezing !!!!!!! The lobby and hallway decor was old fashioned, busy and not relaxing. The beds are too soft for us.
