Room was very well appointed with a lovely shaded balcony. But it was a bit small for two people. There was only one chair for sitting. We brought in one of the outdoor chairs. The unit was advertised as a “condo with sunny balcony“. There was however, a small microwave and a tiny refrigerator. I was expecting a kitchen. But, to be fair, the photographs of the unit did not show a kitchen, so I suppose I should’ve paid more attention.

This studio room was perfect for our weekend in Leavenworth. It had everything we needed and it was just a short walk into town. We loved the mini golf course at the Resort!

I don't like to leave Long reviews, I'll just say that the place was clean the bed was comfortable the tub was nice and don't have any complaints about the space or the price. Late checkout was a bargain as well.

Loved the location to front street. Rental had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. No coffe was provided. But there was cups, wine glasses, and coffee mugs. Even soap to wash dishes. Perfect for 2 adults.

Had everything we needed. The disconnect between the hotel in front and private property in back was a little confusing. Overall pleased and would recommend staying here.

We had a great weekend stay here. The property was very clean and so close to town. We really enjoyed getting to have a private balcony space to enjoy our coffees from the shop just walking distance from here. We did notice that the adjoined suite (which can be rented together with this unit or separately) was occupied and the sound carries through the walls pretty strongly. It wasn't an issue for us, but might be good to be mindful of if you need more quiet!

We did not realize prior to arrival that there were free bicycles for checkout, nor that we would want that feature...but it really shidlfted our experience, allow more time and energy for exploring. We enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness.

We were supposed to get a suite, all we got was a room with a small tabletop frige and and small microwave on top. Very disappointing.

The property was 3/5 stars for our overall experience. The check in and check out processes were very easy and the unit was fairly clean. I was super excited for the jacuzzi tub but unfortunately, there was a ton of pink mold in the jets so I wasn’t able to use it. There was also a couple stains on the comforter but the staff were nice and replaced the comforter within a reasonable amount of time. We were grateful to have a smart tv with Netflix and Amazon prime already signed in and available. The pillows need to be replaced because they are super clumpy, thin, and very uncomfortable. Other than the mold and pillows, it was a nice place and would probably book again.

We loved our room with an outdoor patio, the tub was super relaxing after a long day. Some few things would have been nice like a hot water kettle with tea and coffee pods for the mini bar. We had a machine but they might’ve forgot the coffee. Minor thing but overall really loved it! And we’re coming back next year for sure. Thank you!

When looking for a place to stay in Leavenworth the room was advertised at $107. The room had been booked but when I later saw the booking with the added fees(including $124 fee to the owner, $85 dollars for cleaning fees and a few extra fees) the cost was $289. I went on line to cancel the booking(3 days before the booking) the site said no refunds would be given for cancelations. When I called VRBO I aw told that Vacasa used a differnent booking system. This was outrageous and I would not use this system and would suggest you stay clear.

I’ve stayed at the Icicle many times but never in one of the privately owned condos. The room is nice and I enjoyed having a balcony. My complaint is the extremely stiff bed and no ice machine near by. There’s the smallest ice tray I’ve ever seen in my life in the tiny part of the very mini, mini fridge. If you want more ice you have to walk to the main lobby and ask for a bag to go get some from their ice machine. And you have to use it all at once because there’s not enough room in the mini fridge. There was also no key in the room to use the pool. So again I had to walk to the main lobby to ask for one. And it’s obvious that they don’t want to help you because you’re not staying there. They kept saying “ we’re not sure we don’t run the private condos”. Next time id prefer to stay at the main resort.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to everything. We stayed in the summer so pools were great. Great place for kids as they have mini golf, playground, sports court. Wonderful for breakfast free when staying. Great hikes close by.

Had a great stay! The walk is a little bit to town but everything you may need is at the resort or gas station next door. Best burger joint in town across the street! The jet tub was the best after a long day of shopping. Can’t wait to book another stay in the summertime!

Perfect condo for a tourist location. No living area, just a sleeping area and a beautiful bathroom. We were gone most of the time, so didn't need a living area. But, the double sinks and jetted tub made us feel like we were in a luxury hotel in the mornings and evenings - the only time we were actually in the room. Great setup for someone looking to enjoy and explore the area and not spend much time in their vacation rental. Would definitely stay here again!

Over all this is a nice place. It’s a clean hotel room type rental. Nothing fancy about it, but we weren’t expecting it to be. Plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner which was appreciated. The only negative is the mattress slants down from the feet to the head, not the most comfortable thing for a bed to do.

Liked the amenities. Was somewhat confusing when ordering because the condo is associated with the hotel but you call the hotel and they wont help, they were pretty clear about that.

Easy to book & comfy bed. Close to town (half mile walk), big spacious porch, liked not having a keycard. Big jetted tub was super nice especially since I’m 7 months pregnant. Only down falls were: •wifi password & username not left •not enough towels (only 1 per adult) •there was hairs in the bed :( •blinds were broken/hard to use
