Convenient location but it as not possible to get the appartment we had rented

Good location if you want to be closed to the airport. Clean and quiet comfortable

We did not get the appartment we had booked as very often in Egypt. We were supposed to get 120 m2 with two bedrooms with large double bed, one large living room with dining table, a large fully equipped kitchen and two nice bathrooms according to pictures. At the beginning we only had a much smaller appartment with 1 two twin beds bedroom and another twin beds in the living room, no dining table, just a kitchenette in the entrance hall. We then changed to a bigger appartment, with bigger kitchen and living room, two separate bedrooms but still only twin beds and only one bathroom that was not nice, all much smaller and less comfortable than expected and described by the pictures. Pay attention with bookings in Egypt as what you get never corresponds to the pictures and is always expensive for what you get in reality.

Nice apartment, not such nice staff.

The apartment itself was great. It was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed, including a washing machine.

The staff wasn't friendly at all when we arrived. They didn't speak English and hurried us. All they could say to us was: passport, passport! We didn't understand what was going on and didn't get any explanation. The property staff didn't want us to enter through the reception area, we had to walk around and take the back door. We unfortunately didn't feel welcome. The swimming pool in the pictures is available, but costs a whopping 13 dollars per person to use. This is not mentioned on the page anywhere. Neither is it mentioned that the available housekeeping costs 15 dollars.

Posizione comodissima vicino all'aeroporto. Appartamento ampio, ristrutturato e molto confortevole. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Eravamo in 4 e ci hanno dato solo un'asciugamano a coppia. Almeno un paio a testa dovrebbero esserci.

The host was helpful, Miss Khloud. The apartment is clean

I had to wait in the street not in the reception. The security did not allow me and my family to the reception desk. We had to wait in the street until the host came. The secruity members are not decent.

Very good

i liked everything. The only think it could be improved is having toilette goods such shampoo and conditioner and some coffee. For a short stay travelers do not usually bring these items along with them.

The view is really bad but the location 7 injures from the airport is excellent.

The host’s communication was great. really friendly. also allowed us to check out a bit later than the normal check out time. very understanding towards our later flight time. would definitely book again if in the area or flying from Cairo. very close to the airport.

Nice apartment but THIS IS A SCAM. Not Sheraton at all

Nice apartment

This is NOT Sheraton - you should stop matching Sheraton’s name to your accommodation, it’s a SCAM. We could not check-in at the reception and had to wait 45 minutes for the landlady to arrive. The apartment is nice and recently refurbished, but the overall service is very poor quality. lastly, despite the hotel is close to CAI airport, the reception doesn’t even offer a transfer to and from the airport. We had to agree on that with the landlady directly.

Supporting staff, the apt. is is clean, tidy, the pool is looked after and the parking facility is good

Very good staff, clean, fastest internet I have seen so far in Cairo, the pool is looked after, very modern from inside.

Some furniture needed renovation, close to AlNasr Rd which make it little noisy night time.

Awesome experience and worth the price.

The apartment was great. The arrangements to provide us the room at the last minute was awesome. We had great communication and the apartment had the necessary conditions to bring us comfort.

I did not like much that we had just one towel for the two bedroom apartment. As tourists, we should be told to bring that but we were not local tourists so that is something that can improve. Other than that, we really enjoyed the time we stood there.
