Voor 1 nacht prima, maar dan zijn er ook nog tal van andere mogelijkheden.

Het personeel is netjes en behulpzaam. Het restaurant is ook prima. Er is voldoende keus. Het ontbijt is oke, maar wel elke dag hetzelfde en weinig keus in bv beleg terwijl er wel weer veel brood is. Het zwembad is ruim genoeg met prima ligbedjes ernaast.

Het zwembad is niet overal even veilig. De trap het water in was enorm glad en de leuning was niet meer aanwezig. Er is flink wat achterstallig onderhoud ook in de kamer en flik gedateerd allemaal. Echt goed schoon was het helaas ook niet.

Amazing staff, great pool and room. A great experience.

The staff here were amazing. I booked this hotel with a friend for her 40th and made a note in the booking. On the day they put a beautiful display on the bed of rolled towels and flowers to look like a cake along with a lovely note. A friend from back home wanted to organise sparkling for us, and the staff managed to get me alone to check out the bottle and approve it and figure out when to serve it. I didn't know a slice of cake was also coming so when they came out with that whilst we enjoyed the sparkling, all the serving staff sang happy birthday and played guitar for her. It was done so beautifully and made for a memorable experience. The airport service was also amazing and on demand and the pool divine. We had massages most days which were also great and in a nice environment. Overall a wonderful experience here.

A water refill station would have been great. We had this at many of our other hotels.

Posizione Top. Camera e Letto molto comodi. La Cucina molto buona. Staff molto disponibile e super accogliente.

Poca pressione dell’ acqua per poter fare la doccia e anche dal rubinetto usciva pochissima acqua.

Everything is very clean and well presented. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has great meals and buffet breakfast. It has a big clean pool and a great massages at the wellness centre.

Shuttleservice naar het vliegveld is goed geregeld.

Helemaal verouderd. Behang laat half los in de kamers. Ruikt ook erg muf.

Good value for money

Pool area is great. Kind staff who help to accommodate in any way that they can. Great value for money

Beds were not super comfortable (but not terrible), and the room quality was not great. Our shower drain did not work well and kind of flooded the bathroom each time we showered. Also, most of the clean towels always had a bad smell to them.

Perfectly awesome.

Location, the pool, the breakfast was amazing, the employees were so polite!

Some older fixtures in the bathroom, and the floors got wet from the AC, it was strange, but that was all.. overall it was awesome!

Exceptional

Staff super helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and plenty variety to chose from , I want to mention also the supervisor in the breakfast area for being so helpful and inspiring his staff to deliver excellent customer service. Pool area was spacious and clean Free shuttle to the airport which is alllways a plus and nice touch to have. Will definitely return here when coming back to Puerto Princessa.

The tour I booked for Underground River , I didn't tought is worth the money, I mean for 2500php . But that's not down the hotel that's the tour company.

Good stay but some points to improve

They don't serve complimentary tea in the room, had to pay extra. And no tea during breakfast. Less options for vegetarian breakfast. Soup and veggies are also made with meat.

A huge appreciation to all the staffs for their great service, hospitality & sumptuous daily breakfast 💕

The staffs were accommodating, daily free breakfast was beautiful, the bedroom has balcony & so spacious. I really like the tall mirror attached to the bathroom door. The Christmas decor adds more beauty to the ambiance of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The welcome beverages offered to the customers was great. ❤️❤️❤️

Great staff, poor up keep of rooms. Could be exceptional.

The staff make the hotel what it is. To be honest our toilet block in 3 rooms and we had to be moved 3 times. Lights not working missing curtains and water in shower cold. But the staff where so professional and helpful. Very respectfull people can not praise them enough. The hotel needs maintaince. It doesnt seem to be a priorty to maintain the facility. Food is to repetative no rotation of menu.

Menu in resturant. Needs more varity and some rotation of menu to boring same thing every day

Good value for central Puerto Princessa

Location of the hotel is quite central and it provides a lush garden with pool to play. Price/ value is really ok and the free airport transfer is great. Staff was also very helpful and fast. Check-in fastest in our 3 weeks Philippines trip.

Rooms have seen better times and breakfast has limited choices. Pool is not so clean. Some renovations going on in the villas. Hope they will also upgrade the rooms accordingly.

The corridor noise was very loud all hours of the night and early morning. I ordered some room service and the lady who took my order called our room at 1am making sure we’d put the dishes outside our door… which they were… if she had bothered to check

the hotel layout, ambiance is nice. breakfast is great. and my kid really enjoy the pool. There is also airport transfer which was free of charge.

It is quite far from the city center and the city public transportation is worst. No taxi or grab/uber ride, only tricycle which charge unreasonable amount for their service.
