Apartment on the first level (entrance level in R + 1 on the ground floor) of a residence of two levels, of 14 apartments, built in 1988, located 50 meters from the ski lifts, set back from the Col des Aravis road, and 3.5 km from the center of LA CLUSAZ. Direct access, behind the residence, on the track of the "Combe des Juments" allowing to reach at 30 m the chairlift and the transval. 150 m from a ski bus stop (free). Quiet, beautiful view of the Massif de l'Etale and Beauregard. Summer: access to a private heated pool (24C°) at the residence unsupervised.

LIVING ROOM: (parquet floor) 11,48 m2, 1 pleasure couch, television, French window giving on a south balcony, splendid view,
KITCHENETTE: sink, hob 4 burners induction, roasting pan, fridge 128 l, hood, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette set, items with all the necessary kitchen
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

- Central heating, water, electricity (except for long-term rentals (billed according to meter reading)

To order 10 days before your arrival:
- Mini wifi box, for unequipped apartments, € 7 / day and € 39 / week (limited stock)
- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels... to be collected at the agency or at the dry cleaners. Order form attached to the contract, must be returned completed 10 days before arrival.
- Baby equipment: to order and collect at the Pressing des Aravis
- End-of-stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the size of the accommodation (€ 50 to € 250), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
