We had a different property near by that was cancelled the day before. We had 13 people who had flew in from different parts of the country, and this was the only place we were able to find that fit all of us and was available. We did have to wait an extra hour and a half past check in to get into the house, because the cleaners were still in there. But, once we were in the place, it worked perfectly for us.

The perfect place for a large gathering. We hosted our family reunion here and it was wonderful. The house is even larger/more spacious than the pictures make it seem. Plenty of room for our group of 14 to relax in. Everyone had their own space, and it never felt like we were overlapping each other even in the communal areas. 10/10 would stay here again

Fantastic home for large groups. Lots of positives about this one. A short walk to Peak 8 base to access all Breckenridge skiing, or take the gondola right from there to downtown restaurants and shops. Interesting split level layout that provides privacy and a cozy feel for the amount of space you get. Lots of stairs however. Great speaker system throughout the house and outside patio/hot tub. Easy on/off gas fireplace in living room. Good TVs. Nice kitchen for groups who plan to cook. Kitchen cabinets could maybe use an upgrade though. Wet bar area is a good touch. More than enough dining space. Basement has a great spot for booting up and ski prep. Host provides all information and easy check-in and check-out. We had a friendly fox visit us at the back slider which was very cool as well. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place for a group ski trip.

The location was perfect for Breckenridge resort access. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the base of the resort. The property was spacious, clean and well kept. Hot tub was great. The heated garage was very nice as well. The property managers also had very good communication.

House gave all of us a bedroom. Large kitchen properly furnished. Hot tub and outdoor fire pit let you enjoy the back yard too. Deep garage let’s you park a suburban with room to spare. We plan to come back and stay here again. Such great memories.

My children, their spouses & 7 grand children had a fantastic time! The fire pit was my favorite! The grands loved playing in the upper yard, where the tepee fort was! Loved that the 3 family’s all had their own private areas as well as multiple family gathering areas!

The property was ideal for our family of 31 (we booked two other properties run by SkyRun to accommodate all of us). The property was large with enough beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and the condition of the property reflected the photos. I would highly recommend this property.

Good location, house needs attention on basic issues
The house was clean, close and convenient to downtown and had plenty of space. There were some issues though. The layout was weird and inconvenient. Too many levels with almost a maze feel, and climbing stairs in high elevation is not easy. Door handle to back door fell off with a normal pull and multiple bathrooms had broken shower knobs, so the water temp couldn’t be adjusted. These basic issues should not happen at the price that was paid for this property. The house is also poorly ventilated, didn’t have blinds on all the windows, and was extremely stuffy even though the temp never rose above 75 degrees. Maybe in the winter that isn’t an issue, but in the summer it was. Fix the basic issues and it’s a nice place to stay.

Great Place to stay
the house was great. We loved the hot tub, the slope in the yard for kids to sled, the fire pit and gas grill. We did like there were some condiments and spices in the cabinet. and the family games. we would stay again.
we didn't like that the back door did not lock, humidifiers were filthy, shower handle on one bath did not work, and the house was not ready until after checked in time. which was very frustrating since we landed in Denver at 7:30 am. we had to dry our towels, twice. and there could have been salt in the garage to celar the driveway. or someone clear it. it was challenging getting in the garage.

Ski trip 22
We really enjoyed the property and were able to accommodate all of my guests. Although, the dryer was not working and there could have been more towels and bed sheets for guest on the sofa beds. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplace almost every night. We also made good friends with the fox. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

70th Birthday Party
We had a wonderful family gathering; 3 families and 3 generations. The best part about the home could be the most difficult. The bedrooms are located on 4 different levels with lots of steps. For us, this gave each family some privacy.
The kitchen is stocked with every conceivable small appliance; double toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, insta-pot etc,
The outdoor patio is lovely but we had cool, wet weather and did not make use of this. Fortunately, the house was comfortable and cozy.

Three Generations Enjoyed This Beautiful Home
This property was everything that it was presented as online. Spacious with ample bedroom options. A beautiful kitchen with a gigantic island. Multiple living spaces. A gorgeous location. Walking distance to the activities at the Breckenridge Ski Resort and a quick drive to downtown Breckenridge. Thanks for a great week!

Great family mountain home
The house was great and well equipped. The outside fire pit and hot tub was perfect for our family. The only surprise based upon the online photos was that we thought there would be more space in the “backyard “

Fun in Breckenridge
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. Each adult couple had their own bedroom and the kids loved the bunk beds. We made good use of the grill, fire pit, and hot tub. We would love to return and would recommend the house for any large group.

Great house and great location. Very simple resevation, check-in and check-out processes. Well equiped house with great patio and jacuzzi. Kitchen very well supplied but some on the appliances and tools require a better cleaning as do the outside grill that is very dirt.

Beautiful Home, Not ideal location
9 of us stayed here. We all traveled into Denver from different airports. Our flights arrived in the morning. We took a shuttle from the airport and arrived into Breckenridge around 2:00. We were not able to check into this home until 4:00. Skyrun was nice enough to let us leave our luggage at their office while we waited and they told us it would be easy and quick to call for an Uber/Lyft to take us to the house at 4:00. However, there were no available Uber/Lyft drivers when we needed one. It was very cold, frustrating and inconvenient as we waited outside with all of our luggage. It would have been great if Skyrun offered their own shuttle service since check-in wasn't until 4:00 - we would have even gladly paid for this service. After a 3-hour wait for a ride and much aggravation, we all finally arrived at the house at 7:00 pm. The house was big and beautiful, but cold. We turned the thermostats up but the house remained cold for 4 days and we all wore jackets, sweaters and hats in the house. By the 5th and 6th day, the house finally warmed up. The location of the house is not ideal. It's a solid 10 -15 minute hike up to Peak 8, especially with kids and carrying all our ski/snowboard equipment. Then when you get to Peak 8, be fore-warned, Peak 8 is mostly an expert mountain with black diamond trails. Again, not great for kids. So then you need to catch a gondola to Peak 7 for blue intermediate trails. Peak 9 is the best for beginning and less advanced skiiers/snowboarders, but you have to take a bus. The local free shuttle/bus service is not hugely reliable. And if you miss it, you have to stand in the freezing cold waiting for another 10 - 20 min for the next bus. If you want to head to downtown Main Street at night, the bus system is even less reliable at night. We ended up staying home most nights because the one time we tried, we all nearly froze to death waiting outside for the bus. If you rent this home, it is best to have your own car, otherwise be prepared to walk a lot or wait for a bus. We assumed the local transportation would have been much more convenient and reliable, which is why we did not rent a car. Anyway, had I known all this, we would have rented a home or stayed in a hotel that was much more conveniently located. It definitely was not worth the absorbent amount of money we paid during peak season. I'm just giving heads-up to anyone who will be staying here with kids. I wish we had known...
