Muy buena estadia

La ubicación era muy buena, cerca de la calle principal y había de todo cerca. Salíamos todos los días caminando del lugar. La habitación muy moderna , limpia y cómoda, con excelente vista. Siempre impecable. El desayuno muy bueno y con mucha variedad en un salón amplio, la decoración no era de mi gusto eso si, no era acorde al resto de lo que vi.

Lo que no me gustó para nada , era que a la entrada del hotel había olor a alcantarillado muy fuerte, cada vez que pasaba por ahí. Creo que deberían mejorar eso , porque el hotel esta perfecto. Y la gente también es muy amable.

Although the hotel itself is nice and has everything you need, I wouldn't stay there again!

liked the hotel as it was new. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed in the room. There's nothing else I liked.

The location turned out to be not convenient!!! Very far from the airport and the area is not cheap, far from Patong and other beaches in the center. But the worst thing is that there is no beach, you have to take a shuttle bus at a certain time. Next to the hotel pier for boats and not swim! Regarding the staff I can say not convenient to constantly write, ie if you do not have a smartphone - you don't have communication with the hotel staff. Also nothing was indicated in Booking that it is necessary to leave a deposit at check-in. And what upset me most of all that they did not allow me to take with me a plate of fruit from breakfast. I explained that I was not feeling well and could not eat it now, but later I was eaten, the staff refused. So I wouldn't stop here again.

Very disappointed

Nice big room, very comfy bed. Good coffee at breakfast.

There’s still a lot of building work going on. This isn’t solely a hotel, the rooms are mixed with residential apartments that are still under construction. The stairways were so dirty. Breakfast was underwhelming and full of cheap produce. This place is aimed at a certain type of tourist..if you’re expecting a 5 star hotel you’ll be sorely disappointed.

Great stay, comfiest bed ever

Great location, modern and chic and newly built

In building number 6 which I stayed in January 2024, there was a lot of ongoing construction not the heavy lifting kind but room fit outs so through the day there was a lot of noise, it didn't really affect me as I was out most of the day but on the occasion I had to return to my room, it was super loud and I couldn't have relaxed in the room or had an afternoon snooze. It was high season and the hotel was full, I booked last minute and the cost was over 100 Eros which is a lot for this type of hotel so not great value for money, I only stayed two nights and moved to somewhere more affordable. The bed and pillows were the comfiest ever it was like floating on clouds!! I would recommend if you have a high budget and are willing to pay the extra for a super super comfy bed and pillows :-)

Nice hotel for a short stay

Nice pool, Starbucks in the lobby.

Lots of construction going on in the area, the restaurant did not have a lot of options. Kind of far from public transportation.

Worst stay ever, in Thailand.

The view, the size and confort of the bed. Decent Gym for a hotel.

This is not a 5 star hotel, is an apartment hotel. Definetly not a 5 stars, maybe 3, 4 max. Still under construction, workers making noise during resting hours.Windows not cleaned.Room not yet finished to build. A big problem with the cleaning staff. They have an app to book cleaning but the staff is not properly trained. Breakfast definetly not for a 5 star. Worst cofee ever, actally instant cofee. I am not a racist, but a lot of people from China at the breakfast, which were eating from plates and put back the remaining food, which is not normal. Thete is a starbucks but the cofee is still bad. Same breakfast for 16 days. Not enought parking spaces.

Hotel still under construction,

Nice room everything brand new and lovely massive comfortable bed. Pool area was great for kids with slides and swim up bar. Breakfast was nice, bit basic but it was enough. Location was good, half way between rawai & nai harn.

We were put right at the back of the hotel with a horrible view of pylons that were sizzling and buzzing all day. Not sure how safe that is. Also made us feel quite isolated as felt like we were in apartments rather than a hotel. There was a terrible smell in one of the rooms - we told the staff but they did nothing to rectify. Although our room was brand new the surrounding hotel blocks were still under construction which made the hotel feel very unfinished - such a shame. There is no bar available after the restaurant closes.

Has potential but very much still under construction

The room was very nicely decorated and spacious and we were upgraded. Free water daily. Long adult pools away from main children’s pool if you wanted a more relaxing swim. Great location 5 mins walk downhill from beach and a free shuttle to another beach where swimming is permitted. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the app was very useful. Decent hotel gym.

The hotel is very much still under construction which would have been good to know before booking. Although the spacious lobby is almost complete with reception and a coffee bar, there was still a lot of work going on so the sound of hammering and drilling was noisy. Likewise if you looked out of your room you can see other rooms still under construction. It would have been nice to have the lobby completely finished with bar before opening to the public. There was a lot of Chinese coach trips arriving which were often a bit rowdy and noisy in the pool late at night likewise the hot food at breakfast seems to be catered towards the Chinese with every option containing meat or fish. It would have been great to have at least one option like vegetable noodles kept without meat for vegetarians. The air con unit is very good but noisy and clicks a lot which kept waking me up. We needed to call maintenance as the shower would only stay hot for around 1 minute and then would lose pressure and temperature. It also flooded every time. Although they repaired it, the flooding still occurred albeit not as bad as when it flooded the entire bathroom and the water still didn’t stay hot for long. Has lots of potential but also seems to be a bit rushed in opening with lots of minor errors.
