Close to food shops and night establishments, nurseries and activities for children and the winter ice rink, 100 meters from the alpine ski (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF departures and also cross-country ski (Beauregard cable car). Large private courtyard. On the edge of a watercourse.

L'emplacement est très bon appart bien restauré moderne trop bien chauffé et eau très chaude
literie moyenne , oreillers nuls, casseroles et poeles pas terribles, beaucoup de verres sans comparaison avec le nombre de sièges.

Appartement extrêmement bien situé par rapport au départ ski et cours Esf-
La situation / la distribution des pièces est bien même si les chambres sont petites -
La cuisine est bien agencée et bien fournie en équipements (plat / vaisselles / cuisson) -
La réception TV n est pas tres bonne

L'emplacement au centre ville. La décoration. La disposition des pièces et les salles d'eau très bien. Le placard à ski avec accès vers les remontées mécaniques.
Dommage que l'appartement soit très bruyant vis à vis des voisins du dessus, le plancher craque et les gens déménagent leurs meubles sans cesse de très bon heure le matin (6h) et tard le soir (22h30). Infernal pour se reposer correctement après des journées de ski.
Le bruit des véhicules de déneigement la nuit car la route est très proche, les véhicules qui patinent dans la petites côte, et les véhicules du marché qui s'installent de très bonne heure.
