Nice but noisy stay

Food was ok, room was pretty nice and hotel was clean, location near the see and the surrounding area cosy. Buses went just some meters from the hotel and the nice walking route to the city was just across the sreet. Receptionists were really helpful and friendly.

The noice was horrible before midnight for a bad sleeper. I had asked a room with a most quiet location and otherwise it worked but in the evening there was a show in a pool area with a really loud music. Because it was outside, the noice was all around the hotel. As well there was a mosque on the same street so you can hear all the calls to prayers. So if you want to go in bed early and have nice sleep, don't choose this hotel. But for those who like shows and loud music it's OK.

Хорошо , и ВКУСНО

Пишу ПРОДОЛЖЕНИЕ , своих похождений по Алании, т.к. не написал отзыв когда был в ноябре 2023года , пишу сейчас , дабы отдать должное , девочкам на ресепшен , которые помогли и, правильно , подобрали номер, и Я класно отдохнул, и "поработал" при обустройстве своих приобретений , кстати это ТЕЖЕ Девушки о которых Я написал предыдущий отзыв , всё же Я помню что им не всё равно , очень милые симпатичные Леди:, Гизем и Виолетта !!!,Видимо всё таки действительно , часть номеров на реконструкции , и не было возможности лучшего варианта но они ОЧЕНЬ СТАРАЛИСЬ , и все недоразумения мы решили , ГИЗЕМ отдельно хочется ПОБЛАГОДАРИТЬ , хрупкая утончённая , знает хорошо русский и английский , мы с Женой отметили её вкус в одежде и доброжелательность в общении . ПОВАРАМ просто большое УВАШЕНИЕ , готовят либо ХОРОШО либо ОЧЕНЬ ХОРОШО , подружился с ребятами и рад их видеть , всегда улыбчивые, На баре весёлый и твердый руководитель , присматривает за официантами , как в ноябре 2023 так и в Феврале 2024г. Ребята очень быстрые , и внимательные, и сразными прикольными штучками , то цветочек из салфетки сделаю то просто улыбнутся , есть еще тоненькая Девушка официант очень усердная и расторопная, в общем спасибо

Иногда по утрам шумят уборщицы , но Я так понял они на АУТСОРСИНГЕ , и коллектив часто меняется, но убирают ХОРОШО, с этим проблем нет.А после просьбы не шуметь , стали потише В целом Я и дальше буду останавливатся в этом отеле , да и друзья еще в феврале приедут , числа после 18.02.24, так что , до встречи

Прокуреный, беспокойный , нервный,🤪 "отдых"🤯

Отель неплохой , но как ПОВЕЗЕТ С НОМЕРОМ , похоже персонал в принципе не разделяет номера на КУРЯЩИЕ И НЕ КУРЯЩИЕ , могут заселить в номер после КУРИТЕЛЬНОЙ ПАРЫ , провоняетесь ПОЛНОСТЬЮ , на просьбы что бы поселили в номера где не ПРОКУРЕНО , реагируют быстро и селят НАД ГЕНЕРАТОРОМ или над кухней где КРУГЛОСУТОЧНО работают вентиляторы кондинционеров, вибрация КРУГЛОСУТОЧНО на низких частотах🤪 вам обеспечена, ВЫСПАТЬСЯ , будете мечтать!!

Да забыл еще могут подселить КУРЯЩЕГО СОСЕДА , который курит конечно на балконе у себя , НО ВЕСЬ ДЫМ И ВОНЬ будут идти к Вам в номер, а еще эти соседи с детьми помимо того что курят , так еще ВСЮ НОЧЬ СМОТРЯТ ТЕЛЕВИЗОР , ну и каждый час выходят покурить, так что насладиться МОРСКИМ БРИЗОМ с моря НЕ ПОЛУЧИТСЯ , будете дышать сигаретами или спать в душной комнате без ПРОВЕТРИВАНИЯ , т.к. если оставить балкон у себя открытым вся ВОНЬ БУДЕТ У ВАС В НОМЕРЕ, под утро когда беспокойная ночь , всё же даст знать и ты просто ВЫРУБИШЬСЯ , от усталости! Прийдут УБОРЩИЦЫ часов в 7-00 и будут так ГРОМКО хохотать и двигать стулья, столы в фое, греметь инвентарем , так, что будешь ПОДПРЫГИВАТЬ еще час а там уже и завтрак... правда есть выход НАПИТСЯ ТАК , что бы все стало пофиг , ну это если ПЕЧЕНЬ ПОЗВОЛЯЕТ , .Резюмирую отель 50/50как повезёт , персоналу жаловатся БЕСПОЛЕЗНО , проверил сам , будет только ХУЖЕ.

Если бы не первый день, все было бы отлично

Отель в общем и в целом понравился. Номер был комфортный, виды с балкона открывались отличные! Персонал помогал решать нестандартные вопросы (например, понадобилась пищевая сода для полоскания горла, — в ресторане насыпали. Понадобилось срочно в воскресенье купить лекарство — проложили в телефоне маршрут до ближайшей дежурной аптеки, разрешили бесплатно на время экскурсии оставить вещи, уже после выселения). Пляж был близко, питание на 5+. До этого отдыхали в отеле 5*, питание было разнообразнее во всех смыслах. Здесь вроде скромнее, но зато без разочарований. Что бы не брали, все оказывались вкусным. Особенно десерты! Тортики фантастические! Хотя этот пункт, наверное, нужно отнести к минусам, так как про диету с исключением сладкого пришлось забыть 🤪 Все бы было круто, если бы не день заезда. О нем — в разделе "что не понравилось".

Номер мы забронировали месяца за 2-3, оплатили полностью. Нам должны были предоставить номер 28 кв.м., одно из заявленных условий - большая двуспальная кровать. Но заселили нас в какое-то Богом забытое место! Комната 7-8 кв. м, две раздельные кровати, изрисованные детьми стены, кроме кроватей, мебели нет, все вещи пришлось оставить в чемоданах. Кондиционер грязный, дул прямо в голову, в какой части комнаты ты бы не находился. Одеяло не выдали, посоветовали настроить кондиционер на подогрев. В итоге, я на следующий день заболела((( Ночью выяснилось, что номер находится над мусорными контейнерами, нас разбудил процесс вывоза мусора, надо сказать, очень громкий. Полотенца, пенно-мыльные принадлежности были на 1 человека. В общем, это был какой-то ужас! Нас явно не ждали, и отдали наш номер кому-то другому. Я так поняла, что это была комната для персонала или подобных целей. На все вопросы нам говорили, мол, извините, отель укомплектован полностью, свободных номеров нет. Будто мы только что пришли к ним с улицы и попросились на ночлег... На следующий день нас переселили в хороший номер с отличным видом. Там была хорошая двуспальная кровать и все необходимое в нужной комплектации. Но осадочек остался. Ну и пришлось поболеть в разгар отпуска, что особенно жалко(((

Will not visit this hotel again!

Pictures and the rating of this place that they submitted to your site are very misleading and you should investigate this as people like myself whom have used you site for many years rely on what is presented there... The hotel was run-down. The rooms were rundown and barely clean... Did not get cleaned for duration of our stay! Floor was beyond filthy. AC was a joke. Safety deposit box had an ancient key which we had to pay for in advance at the reception. No towels and sheets to start with. had to constantly remind reception until we got them. Dirty plates and glasses filled the hallways. Unsafe environment! Pool area was extremely slippery, even with footwear. Pool itself was filled with sun lotion! nowhere near clear, not suitable for swimming. The rented beach area (some distant away from the hotel) was not much bigger that the hotel's swimming pool with tired beds and umbrellas. Bar area was not pleasant with no service to the beach. Drinks and snacks if any, had to be paid for separately. Horrible customer service, worst experience ever. We cut our trip short, left as early as possible because we just wanted to get out of there! Waste of money!!!!

Disappointing

While they are young, the daytime front desk staff are excellent. They are eager to help and always offer a smile. (The nighttime desk staff was somewhat rude. The management were sometimes absent.) The beach "owned" by this hotel is good although the one next door is much better.

This hotel has inflated reviews because they ask their staff to come to your room and panhandle for a 10 rating. The staff member said to me "they will fire me if you leave a poor review." I suspect this may be standard practice. As an "all inclusive" hotel they are cutting a lot of corners to get by. Many add'l services are either unavailable or only available for a fee. The buffet has an abundance of options but is only open a limited time and much of it is of mediocre quality. We usually chose to eat in local restaurants rather than eat the free meal. Towel service is unavailable after 5pm; this makes it problematic to swim in the evening. I tried the laundry service and one of my t-shirts was permanently marked as a result. I was refunded only the cost of the wash and not the cost of the shirt. The shirt was not returned to me either. The rooms show signs of age but seemed clean enough. When we first arrived the smell of strong cleaning products was overpowering. We were initially given a room with 1 bed when we'd reserved a room with 2 beds. (This was corrected when we pointed it out.)

Superb

The location is amazing. it is close to the beach, so it takes a couple of min of walk to get there. The food was also good. They are trying to serve different stuff every day and it also tastes really good. The hotel also has an amazing staff. they are super friendly and are there to help you in case of any needs. special thanks to Ibrahim for his professionalism and his help! hope we come to Kaila Hotel again! :)

just to note that the bathrooms don’t have an A/C, so there is always a humidity there, other than that no other comment

Exceptional

I arrived at Antalya Airport and took the bus. 3 hours is a bit rough, but then getting the hotel and it was so welcoming, The staff did their utmost to make my stay EXCELLENT. In addition; the room was clean and the location just excellent as on the pictures. In other words: I loved it!! Thank you for having me and a nice weekend in Alanya.

Fabulous hotel. Kaila city is excellent.

Fabulous hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, nice powerful shower. Located just two minutes from the nice beach, it's a great location with spectacular views. The buffet is great especially for vegetarians. Thanks to the staff for making it a memorable stay in Alanya. We will come again I'm sure.

The gym didnt have much equipment but at least there was one.

Great Deal and an Amazing Stay.

Wonderful reception upon check-in especially Mr Mustafa the manager ,he was an amazing hospitable person. The hotel is less than a block to the waterfront very nice and comfortable across the street from a taxi stand and has good food which can be included in the price of your stay.. internet was 6-7 Mbps , so not very fast but it was stable. Rooms are large comfortable storage for your clothes some drawers bathroom was spacious.. Rooms were very clean and done by very nice ladies. They supply water daily, a nice perk. Some of the rooms have Ocean view and the patio has two small chairs and a small table also a wall-mounted drying rack for your clothes if you want to wash them out. The hotel is in good condition elevators stairways everything seems to be very functional. I enjoyed the breakfast and the dinners and there was plenty of selection. There was lots of vegetables and salads and after dinner there's lots of desserts.. like I said in my other reviews the only people I found unimpressive with the bar men I found them to be unhelpful and even ill mannered. I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to the area that wants welcoming reception nice food and a clean and comfortable room. Thank you again,Mr. Mustafa and the Kaila Hotel staff..

Bar staff was somewhat off their game and the Wi-Fi could be faster but not a deal breaker..
