Great Location to all key sites in Zaragoza!
Questionable air conditioning.. though they had a floor cooling version that was supposed to cool the apartment. It didn’t!
However they supplied a fan on a pedestal which on nights that were 39 degrees C ., it helped.

Proximity to the town - amazingly close. Quiet. Warm. Lift. Clean. Comfortable beds.
The kettle was already broken when we arrived and there was no replacement.
We used the hob but guests should, in my opinion, tell management when items break.

Excellent location and great kitchen facilities.
Asked for a double bed and got two single beds pushed together and made up as single beds.

Very central so great location. Good communication and they allowed us in an hour early so were flexible.
It was very hot in the bedrooms. The air con didn't seem to work in there although we tried hard to make it work....
4.5
Almost everything was very good - service, facilities, interior and room/hotel comfort.
The location of the apartments is on one of main touristic Zaragoza streets so on some days you can only imagine how noisy it can be

One of the best places I’ve stayed. Apartment is very conveniently located to the centre but extremely quiet at night so a good night’s sleep was possible! The place was very clean and contact with the hosts was excellent. We wanted to leave our luggage safely on the last day as we had a late flight and they provided us with a quick and thoughtful response.
Nothing: it was great!

Great location. Perfect to walk to all the main sites.

Should’ve given me the code beforehand, instead of letting me waiting at the door and calling for it.

The apartment itself was good
Awful check-in process. I had to call 2 different numbers and wait about 40 minutes in the street before the hotel would send me the link to do the check-in.

Absolutely amazing self catering experience. Located basically few steps from the centre and the landmarks like Goya museum and Maria del pilar catedral. Clean spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen and communicative staff.

Liked the central location and the facilities offered.
The balcony was dirty and we had to clean the table and chairs.

The Silken Casa was a beautiful and newly renovated apartment. There was plenty of space for six people with comfortable beds and a sofa bed. The two bathrooms were both convenient and nicely renovated. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the location in the heart of Zaragoza was perfect. It was an easy walk to the all of the major attractions in Zaragoza. We loved our stay in this beautiful city at a lovely location.

It’s right in the middle of the center. Parking is a problem though if you arrive by car
The kitchen has limited utensils for cooking. For a short term stay it’s ok for longer stays can be challenging

This is a smart new building and the flat is spacious, with very good facilities. This included very good unobtrusive air conditioning, very necessary in the Zaragoza summer.
The location is perfect, in the very centre of the old city.
As a very new building, there were some problems with the wifi, water and aircon but the staff were very responsive and got them fixed promptly
