Location was perfect, friendly reception. Good price - quality balance

When we entered the room, there was sprayed so much with an airfreshener.

Great for families with young children

We loved the children's playroom, which provided our preschoolers some much needed space to unwind, and we loved the sauna and jacuzzi as well. Staff was super friendly and even before our stay reached out to help us organize tours and transportation. Beds were really comfortable.

Great modern hotel with friendly staff. I highly recommend it!

It’s the most modern hotel we have stayed at in Mexico. Very comfortable room. Free water bottles every day. Mongrammed pillow cases, great cable tv and best of all a great experience in the relaxing spa and sauna.

45 min Spa included in your stay, very clean and nice staff, really huge and comfortable bed. good wifi

Perfect for San Cristobal

Everything, from the location to the comfortable room, to the great staff. I just wished I hada had more time in San Cristobal. I had to leave early in the morning. I would have loved to have breakfast in their garden.

The hotel staff was very kind and gave the best service. Gave me and helped me in anything I needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The location is very close to the center, 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend

Clean, safe, comfortable

Modern and comfortable room. Room cleaning and two bottles of water provided daily. Reception helped with airport taxi. The street felt safe and is a few blocks away from main walking street. No problem walking after dark. Sauna and jacuzzi included for 45 minutes were relaxing and spotless. Pleasant surprise was that our room was ready when we arrived before 10 am.

Breakfast not included, but there was an abundance of nice cafes in centre walking distance. No complaints.

Great hotel, wonderful stay. Friendly staff, the free jacuzzi & sauna is excellent. Clean rooms, strong wifi, comfy beds, great location. Highly recommend.

Honestly can't say anything bad about the stay - it was all wonderful.

What I liked about the hotel was the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spacious the bed was amazing, wifi could be better but overall a 10/10.

wifi could drop out but considering it’s in a mountain jungle town this is only a minor inconvenience.

We only stayed here for one night but we really enjoyed it. The hotel is located in the center but in a quiet street, close to everything you need. The room was very spacious, huge bed and good shower. It was also really nice that we could use the sauna and jacuzzi for 45 minutes (included in the price). We enjoyed this a lot, it was very relaxing. Staff was kind and helpful, overall we had a great experience.

Brilliant hotel I'd love to return to.

Amazing place. Beautiful rooms, very modern and clean. Art work on the walls, lots of plants in the common areas. Individual heater in the room if needed! Lovely staff and you can reserve a private 45 minutes in the spa. Good wifi, restaurant on the premises.

The hotel was comfortable

on the days I stay it was a guest that was screaming in the night and freak me out the personnel whom was doing guard in the night didn´t react to fast to stop the noise.

Our stay at Villa Mureno was relaxing and the rejuvenating experience we needed.

The private spa was the main reason for our stay at Villa Mureno. It was beyond our expectations, especially in being private. We purchased an additional hour because we loved it so much. The hotel provided us with complimentary green drinks which was a lovely surprise. Manuel was very friendly, charming, and made sure to make us feel comfortable during our stay.

The stay there was good and easy walking to center of town. Parking was a little tight.

We ate at other places near by. I did eat a couple meals in the room and one meal at dining room. Meals were ok that were delivered to room. The torts I ate in dining area was a little chewy. Could not eat much of the atrochara beef in torta.
