This 3 bedroom plus den/ 4 bath three-story condo located about 5 blocks from downtown Ketchum offers 2394 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 8 guests. From the ground level entry, there is a full staircase up to the main level on the second story. The main level is the living area with high ceilings that bring in great light, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is spacious with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There are 4 bar stools at the countertop for extra seating. The dining table seats 8 and has access to a patio with a gas grill and outdoor table that will seat 6. The third bedroom is located on this same level with 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. It has its own full-size bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. The den has a Queen sofa bed, ceiling fan, and 16-inch TV and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only.
Up a full flight of stairs is the third floor with the master and second bedrooms. The master has a King bed, ceiling fan, 26-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a small deck with Eastern views. The master bath is large and spacious with 2 sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and 20-inch flat-screen TV (DVD only). This bedroom has its own full-size bath with a single vanity, sunken tub, and walk-in shower.
Down a flight of stairs from the entry is the garage and laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. There is street-side parking for one or two cars. This condo does not have garage access.
Complex Features: The Timbers condominiums are located at the entrance to downtown Ketchum, walking distance from shopping, dining, galleries, and nightlife. There is an underground parking garage with individual garages for each unit.

There were 6 of us (3 couples), and we enjoyed our stay very much. Our check-in was easy, the unit was sparkling clean, and the staff at Alpine Lodging was courteous and helpful.
We highly recommend this unit, and we will definitely return.

Beautiful property just outside of downtown Ketchum. It is walkable to town but we chose to drive as the road was a bit busy. Garage parking underground was great. Unit was clean and well furnished. Check in process was very easy. Really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Ketchum!

Property is right on the highway and is very noisy. In addition, they are building a house behind the condo with terrible noise. The deck of the unit has not been cleaned in months and unusable. The condo itself is nice and well equipped. I believe the property is mis-represented by the management company. I told them as much and they did not care.

This is a beautifully maintained property, close to town but in a quiet neighborhood. We had a problem with the fireplace and the management responded immediately. No problem with check-in or checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo worked perfectly for us. Great location close to town,
sleeping arrangements with 4 bathrooms allowed us to each have our own space, and the large kitchen & family room were perfect for gathering. We all had a wonderful time!

Very pleasant stay, had an issue first night with the BBQ and the management company had somebody onsite the next day to fix it. Left my shorts behind, and after a week or so housekeeping came up with them and again, management came to my rescue and shipped them back to us for a very small fee. Kitchen was great, airco was chill, Ketchum very nice and Sun Valley ice skating rink a blast. We never did watch any TV, nobody could figure it out (but none of us tried very hard either). All in all, thumbs up if you have strong legs. One last item, we came in late, went looking for unit #40 - turns out it's Building four, unit "O" as in orange. A hyphen could solve a lot of confusion there (4-O).

Great spot
We had a lovely stay here! The place is beautiful. Check in is a little challenging—our unit was available on the late side of when we thought it would be, which was a bummer, but we made it work. Definitely stay here, but plan to not be able to get in until end of day of your check in day!

Olympic Gold
Gathered to celebrate my father's 87th birthday. He's in fine shape as there are many stairs in this property, but it did not deter him from getting up & down. Loved the number of bedrooms and bathrooms this property offered,, so very comfortable for our party of 6. First time ever to Sun Valley for our family and we all enjoyed the experience, from paragliding to bike riding, golfing and timing our visit during the Sun Valley Music Festival. So many activities to enjoy this time of year. The accommodations were phenomenal, the location perfect, and it's a small world as a hometown friend from Jeff City, MO, knows the owner of our VRBO condo. We were sad that neither of the 2 coffee makers worked, but we just walked to Starbucks in town for our morning coffee. Also, the Weber grill needed deep cleaning attention, but my brother & husband dug in to spic&span it...but think it needs more attention. Left a note for the cleaning crew about it. High five to Sara at Alpine Lodging-lovely lady & very communicative during the check in process.

Nice condo
Great place to stay. BUT we arrived 10 min prior to check-in, met with rude attitude, told no idea when it’d be ready. Condo had lock box but guests not given access. Why? Payment and forms can all be done online. 30 min later it was ready but Check in process is inconvenient.the other issue is the android tv system with two remotes which made it frustrating for even the most tech saavy 20 somethings in our group. Other than the check in process and the tv system this is a great place to stay.

Great location!
Wonderful property with great location. Approximately 2 mi. from the Big Wood River for fly fishing and walking distance to downtown Ketchum. The only reason that I gave the check-in a 3 was that we needed to go to the rental office to get a key and then had to stop to sign the rental agreement and then had to drop off the key. It was not a difficult or time consuming process. An electronic lock/key code would have been cleaner and easier. Other than that, I would recommend this property and stay here again.
