Great apartment hotel because of the location. Facilities can be precarious but the staff is friendly. It’s a excellent

Fairly new property with friendly people at the counter. Excellent ski inn location with a great indoor ski rental shop and a great pool with jacuzzi options.

The apparent had some defects. The stove did not work. The microwave did not work. In the bathroom the bidet had no water. Sometimes no towels for the pool. The restaurant looks beautiful but was closed. Chef resigned.

Очень нравится этот отель, близко к подъемнику, рядом с детским лыжным лагерем, бассейн, сауна, хамам. Все было отлично.

Уютный номер, для двоих - отлично, я была с ребенком, вечером к нам приехала подруга с сыном и в отеле предоставили доп кровать.

Все было супер.

Отличный отель, комфортные номера. Очень приятные сотрудники, всегда идут на встречу.

Хорошее размещение, в пешей доступности от подъемника. Просторный номер и красивый вид из окна на горы. Теплый бассейн, джакузи, сауна после дня катания очень расслабляют. Дети тоже в восторге. В соседнем здании лыжный детский сад для детей, поэтому очень удобно.» для людей с детьми.

Все было отлично, номер был в целом чист, но на полу валялась чужая резинка для волос и местами были крошки.

Все очень современно, стильный хороший ремонт, есть спа комплекс, очень круто прийти после каталки почилить. вежливый персонал огромная благодарность Давиду за его помощь в любых вопросах. Благодаря таким людям хочется возвращаться в отели и не только в отели но и в Страну. Несмотря на общую энергетику вокруг.

Как то проблемно было позавтракать до 9:00, так и не поняли их систему. Приходилось ходить в соседние отели и платить от 50-70 лари за человека.

Good option for families

Nice place to stay with family. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. It had 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 3 sofa beds and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms were decent size and so was living room. View was ok, our apartment was on 2nd floor out of 3 floors in total. We could see the adjoining hotel Gudauri Residence hills. All rooms face this hotel. Not much view of the gigantic hills all around the hotel. Overall good option for families.

Norma option to stay in Gudauri

the staff is very unprofessional, they are not helpful at all, not even smile.for example: - We called the reception to send somebody to open the balcony door and they didn’t send anybody. - We asked about the restaurant at the hotel and they didn’t give us any information and advised to eat outside, so we decided to eat at the hotel nearby and it was much better than ours. - We called at the evening to send some drinks to the room like tea or coffee, and they answered that they don’t have and we had to go to the shop at 1:00 AM - for all tourists planning to come, you can see other options at the same area. they are some nice hotels with good staff.

Ski depot (storage) can’t make your boots dry for one night. Cleaning guy makes his job bad. Spa is switching off at 6:00 pm, and I don’t understand why.

The location is great, it’s just steps away from the ski slope and close to the main road modern and contemporary hotel with a very friendly employees and wonderful customer service and spa. Me and my friends checked in on 02.03 and checked out on 07.03 we really enjoyed staying in this hotel and highly recommend it if you are looking to have a great ski experience along with spa and tasty food. we would love to come back here next year and hope to enjoy the restaurant in the hotel on 2d floor where the views are just incredible and there is a feeling of a winter fairytale.

not worthy the price tag !!

The location was on a different building, went to the other one without any help knowing that we were 15 of us, no concierge service, the value vs no breakfast options is somehow shocking, difficult to communicate .WIFI wasn’t working until we chased for it, swimming pool was nice though but not the in charge

no service or concierge , or small help, like asking for a toothbrush since it’s rated as FOUR STAR !! and you don’t have one piece it’s not really worth it. language barrier since it’s a burden to try to communicate with the staff

Good Hotel, Staff can be rude

The rooms were very nice although small for a family of more than 6.

The receptionists can be a bit rude and does not seem to have the concept of going the extra mile or being hospitable. Not completely sure if it's because of limited understanding of English. Although a last minute booking and being more than 6 hours from arrival time when booking was made we were allowed to go up to our room while still being cleaned and had to wait in the corridor for them to finish.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staffs The rooms are very spacious. The kitchenette has a sink, stove, microwave, cutlery, plates, pots and utensils.

They don’t provide any dishwashing soap, detergent, tea, coffee or sugar

Room is big,good kitchen with almost all necessary staff. Washing machine.

No water,coffee or tea in room itself. Bad planning of showers, all water is on floor on whole bathroom after taking the shower.
