Very comfortable and convenient

The location is superb, right on the beach, surrounded by restaurants and shops.

The weather was awful for a week, tropical storm. No fault of the apartmant or the resort though

Vi havde ledt efter en lejlighed, der ikke havde for mange trapper op, og det fik vi.

Fantastisk beliggenhed for vores vedkommende. Vi boede i E-1, med en kæmpe terrasse, og vi havde solen fra morgen til aften, og få skridt til stranden. Dejligt fredeligt sted. Masser af madsteder meget tæt på. Sebastian og frue kom med vin og champagne og ønskede os velkommen. Fantastiske hjælpsomme værter, vi kunne ikke finde ud af at bruge vaskemaskinen, og bad derfor om hjælp, og de var der med det samme. De svarede på alle spørgsmål vi havde.

Madrassen var lidt hård, men da vi spurgte om en topmadras, blev den leveret omgående.

Christmas on the Beach in Puerto de Mogan.

It was in very good condition, spacious for the two of us and had a separate bedroom from the living area. The facilities provided everything we could possibly need, including dishwasher, washing machine, cooker microwave and much more. The location was ideal for us. Less than five minutes from the beach but a little bit away from the busiest area. Sebastian gave very clear instructions on finding and getting into the apartment which made it so easy after a long journey. Would definitely recommend.

I can't actually think of anything particularly negative.

Veldig sentralt og kort vei til stranda. Var installert aircondition. Ren og praktisk leilighet. Kommer definitivt tilbake hit.

Great place to stay

Proximity to beach and restaurants was great. Very quiet. Plenty of space. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Very effective air con ( a bonus we didn't expect). Spacious balcony (too hot to sit out long though!). Sebastian was very helpful.

A cafetiere would have been useful. We couldn't work the percolater and don't like the pods. Couldn't get the free TV channels to work, but we didn't try very hard!

Small thing, We would have liked a proper oven, but it wouldnt put me off staying again, as we have booked the apartment for October.

Great apartment in charming resort

Really nice apartment virtually on the beach and near numerous restaurants etc, Our apartment had a fantastic large sun terrace facing south and overlooking the beach. Parking in a private basement car park was really useful. The resort is calm and quiet in the evenings no clubs/ late music etc.

Everything was good, no negatives.

Hidden little gem !!

Sebastian greeted us outside the Apartment. Had his telephone number if we required it at any stage. Safe & secure apartment with everything you needed . Off the beach front ,shops restaurants ,coffee dock , bus station ,taxi rank all within a short walk away .

cannot find any dislikes.

Great location very close to beach. The apartment has everything that you need. Spacious and bright. The apartment is very clean and modern. There is a TV with Netflix and outside balcony at the rear which catches the morning sun. Sebastian is very helpful and friendly

Great location near to beach and bars but the apartment 2b is above the dive centre and their staff tend to arrive early each morning and they make a lot of noise opening the shutters and chatter noisily outside the bedroom window with their clients as they arrive. If you're not an early bird that could be a problem

Fantastic location, amazing views of the beach, peaceful, comfortable beds, apartment equipped with everything we needed for our weeks stay.

Superb

Spacious apartment and just a few yards from beach and promenade. Small balcony with a sea view to the side, but there was also a huge rooftop terrace two floors above with amazing views of sea to one side and dramatic mountains behind.

The only slight problem was that our balcony was above a dive shop and they spilled out onto the pavement with their equipment so the chatter from them and their clients was a bit noisy at times.

great apartment with lovely view over the ocean. the location is great and the apartment big and nice. The host Sebastian was really nice and helped us so much! he really cared for us and was so serviceminded and great! the woman who cleaned the apartment was firendly, helpful and cleaned very well.

excellent position. 30 second walk from the beach. Very close to the Marina

I am a very light sleeper and I was woken by delivery vehicles at 7am. My wife heard nothing and slept right through

Absolutely wonderful Christmas break in the best apartment we have found in this area.

The location was perfect, amazing views over the beach at Puerto De Mogan. Huge terrace for sunbathing benefiting from sunshine all day - great for people watching. Retracting sunshade, plenty of sunbeds, chairs and outdoor dining table. Very relaxing setting and many bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep.

The property was at the end of the block and unfortunately we did hear rubbish collection and road sweeping early most days but we do sleep with windows wide open.

Superb

Clean and spacious apartment with modern equipment, large balcony, comfortable beds, washing machine, high chair and baby cot were provided. Friendly staff. Location is super close to the beach and all stores for daily needs are nearby.

Warm water boiler is a little small so you can't have a warm shower for too long. The rear side is facing to a garbage collection point / supply road but still has a beautiful look on the hillside.

Everything was really great!

Everything was really great! A wonderful, clean and cozy apartment at a perfect location right by the beach. We had a great time and we are looking forward to coming back sometime again!

Basic apartment but clean

The location was spot on. Very clean

There was no oven which we found strange. The kitchen was extremely basic- no scissors for example. The bed was beyond uncomfortable but the host did give us a mattress topper once we complained. The balcony only had around four hours of sun.
