2 Bedroom - 2 Bath condo located on the 18th hole of Pinehurst Resort Course No. 3! Completely renovated with Luxury Vinyl flooring, granite countertops and vanities, new cabinets, new appliances and new furniture! Perfect accommodations for a visit to the area for a golf event at Pinehurst Resort, convention at The Carolina Hotel, wedding at The Fair Barn, shopping in the Village of Pinehurst or the town of Southern Pines. Great for all kinds of groups. Centrally located for quick access to all area attractions and a mile and a half from the Village of Pinehurst for shopping, evening dinners and nightlife! Golf packaging available at most area courses.
Parking is first come first serve. Home includes drip coffee pot. Located on 2nd fl and does require steps.

Nice property with great #3, hole18 views. Had an issue when I arrived, couldn’t find the email with the code to get in. No response from the owner, service’s messages were full. Finally got in touch about 1/2 an hour later….not good when you have to pee!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was infested with cockroaches , both dead and alive.So many we had to leave early. Lost a day visiting with family. Someone knew the situation because the were roach bates everywhere. Notafide manager with no concern or refund.

Nice location if you're staying in Pinehurst. Really nice view of the back nine of Pinehurst number 3 which was enjoyable in the mornings.

This unit has a beautiful view and is well updated. Beds were super comfy. We wished the fridge had an ice maker. The outside stairs are very steep and not the best choice for older people, like my friend, especially with luggage. Good place to stay and quiet

The rental agency moved us to this unit after our initial unit on Pinehurst number 3 (Pine Valley condos) had the A/C go out. House was nice and well kept, and the response from the rental agency moving us was appreciated

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Short walk to the Cradle and No.2 is a huge bonus; Outdoor deck could have been much cleaner as it was caked in pollen. Upgrading fridge to include ice maker would be bonus. Contacted management company to get early checkin and never got a return call or email.

Nice place, pretty quiet, although there was a group of young adults who came in that were pretty noisy until about 12:30 1 night. The space is clean and well decorated and set up to accommodate your group.

It's a short drive into downtown Southern Pines and Pinehurst as well. This place has everything you need and is very comfortable. It was relaxing sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course. We will definitely keep it on the list for our next trip to Pinehurst!

Perfect location for golfer’s playing pinehurst. eat breakfast at the Pinehurst Harness Track Restaurant. Its 1 mile away and you won’t be disappointed.
