About this apartment rental

Only 50 meters from chairlifts, village & its many attractions & restaurants !!! Stylish 2 bedrooms condo renovated and updated (1 queen bed in 1st room and a double bed with a twin bunk bed in the 2nd room). Kitchen equipped with full stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave & dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. Large flat screen Smart TV and cosy electrical fireplace in the living room. Parking for 2 cars (rare at the mountain). A few steps from the slopes & all Tremblant has to offer !

The space
Location, location, location !!! Stylish yet comfortable decor...impeccably clean.

Our condo can host up to 7 guests, but for an ultimate comfort, ideally a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children, since there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

Other things to note
La Chouette is our mountain retreat, our home, and our neighbours are our community, our friends. Thank you for caring for it as much as we do and respecting its quietness. By doing so, you will allow us to continue sharing it with the Airbnb community !

All types of smoking, including electronic, is strictly prohibited inside our home and on the whole La Chouette community property, including the exterior.

Whenever possible, it is our pleasure to make special arrangements for early arrival or late check-outs. Nevertheless, as this is a busy time at the mountain, we ask that you vacate the unit and parking promptly by 11 am unless agreed otherwise in advance. Our housekeeping team will charge us a fee if they cannot acces our unit by 11:15 and might also have to come back at the end of the day, which would have a great impact on our arriving guests. Therefore late departures may incur fees up to 200$ if check out has not been completed by 11:15. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in offering our arriving guests a timely check-in.

If the garbage and recycling are not taken out, the dishes cleaned or dishwasher loaded and started upon departure, a minimal fee will also be deducted from the deposit.

As tempting as it might be, please do not feed the deer or wild turkeys. This is for your security as well as theirs.

ANIMAL:
Only one (1) SMALL dog is permitted inside the condo. The dog can not, at any time, be left alone inside the apartment. He must be accompanied by a person at all time during your stay. Also, an extra 25$, per stay, will be required for your dog. Sorry no cats. The La Chouette community requires that dogs be leashed at all times when on the property and that their litter is cleaned up immediately ( they must relieve themselves by the curb or deep into the woods). Extra charges may be incurred for unusual cleaning fees. Other penalities, which might include vacating without refund, may be applied which if rules are not followed or if dogs are brought without prior arrangements with the host.

This was the perfect rental for our time on the mountain! The location is walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, and the home was very clean, cozy, and well-setup. The hosts went above and beyond to help, and were very friendly and communicative. Thank you!

This is our second stay at André & Valérie’s cozy spot in Tremblant. They are great at keeping in touch and make sure we have everything we need for a great stay! The chalet is so adorable and cozy that we almost don’t want to venture out! But when we do it is so conveniently located to the slopes and the village it makes our stay so easy and relaxing! Hoping we can visit again next year!

Stayed for a skiing vacation. Very close to the lifts. Very clean and a good size for a group of 4 people, 5 is two are sharing a bed. The property had everything needed for a comfortable and fun stay. The ski lockers are great for storing wet equipment. The owners were very quick to respond to queries and provided lots of information.

The condo is at a great location, it's clean, well equiped, and you can tell owners thought about every detail, e.g. 2 hair dryers, big powerful exhaust fan in the bathroom (important!), 43" TV with a list of channels, 2 different coffee makers, dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove, large fridge with freezer. 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed, another with bunk bed. I think the sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed, but we haven't needed this. The parking spot is just perfect, steps away from the door. Ski storage is in the back, and path to it can be icy. Putting some salt on it resolved the issue. Communication with the owner is superb. Behind the condo is another bulding, and behind it a set of stairs that leads to a snowy path that goes down almost all the way to the cabriolet gondola. On the upper side that path goes to the top of the cabriolet gondola and telecabines express gondola. When going to ski, we would take skis down the stairs, ski down to the bottom of cabriolet, take the skis off, walk some 30 meters, take the cabriolet to the top, and then walk another 20 meters to telecabine express. When going back, we would walk 20 meters from the telecabine express to this path (you can ski this, as this is pavement with no snow, or snow with gravel), and then ski back to the bottom of the stairs that lead to the condo.

This was our 2nd time in Tremblant. The apartment is very well located to ski in/out but also to take a walk outside or go est at a restaurant. The unit itself is VERY clean and our kids loved the bunk-beds. We had a wondeful stay and the owners did their best to accomodate us and have the best Tremblant experience. They are very responsive and really take their role of host very seriously. My Family and I really want to thank them for welcoming us this way ! We will be coming back.

This condo was great for our 4 night ski trip to Mont Tremblant! It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen had all the basics to cook most of our meals at the house, but it was also nice to be so close to town to wander and eat out a few times. Ski in option was great to take a break during the day to have a warm meal at the house as it was very cold during our stay. Would definitely stay again on another trip to Tremblant.

We had an amazing stay on the mountain! André & Valérie we’re easy to communicate with and provided all the info we needed to get all settled in. They were so kind and the best hosts! The lodging was perfect! Clean, cozy, adorable decor, and all the amenities we could need! Located on the best spot on the mountain, adjacent to the village and just a short stroll/ski to the base of the mountain. We’re already planning to try to come back next year!

We are a family of four adults and one dog. We enjoyed our Labour Day long weekend stay at Andre and Valerie condo very much. The condo is conveniently located, clean, nice and cozy. The kitchen is newly renovated and well stocked. Andre and Valerie are excellent hosts, superb at communicating, friendly and quick to response to any inquiries. We look forward at staying here again on Fete de la musique Tremblant weekend next year.

We rented this condo for the May long weekend and had a great time. The location is just steps away from both the village and the biking and hiking trails. Owners were fantastic to deal with and provided top notch communication. We are a family of three with one little dog and we found it very comfortable. I highly recommend this property for your Tremblant getaway.

The unit is cozy and very convenient for skiing with the unit just a few steps and stairs from the ski trail. Andre has made the accommodations very clean and modern with new counter tops, stainless steel stove & refrigeration, modern washroom and cozy living room. It was ideal size for our family of 4 although snug. Will return to the unit when in Tremblant.

We had a wonderful vacation at Mont Tremblant in this fabulous chalet. Ideal location next to the village, easy access to everything! Very welcoming and comfortable accommodation with lots of extras. The owners are lovely, have thought of everything and make you feel at home and provided quick and clear communication. Gorgeous Fall colours, beautiful part of Canada, lots of wildlife, saw deer and a moose! We hope to book again and highly recommend this chalet!

Has everything you can fit

But doesn’t fit everything. Lol. It’s small but well laid out. Couch is super comfy. So were the beds. In general feels warm and cozy. Laundry comes in handy. The only quibbles are minor - no dresser for clothes so you have to live out of your bag. Kitchen had everything you need, except a juice pitcher, rolling pin and a larger frying pan. Again these are minor quibbles. Most people don’t need a rolling pin but I made a pizza (they have a pizza tin!). All in all a nice little spot with a quick walk to ski or village. We would stay again for sure. The messaging with the hosts was very polite and professional by the way.

This condo is just steps say from the from Mont Tremblant resort and has two car parking including. It was perfect for two couples to stay in for a few nights and had everything you needed to cook a meal. It was extremely clean and provided all toiletries needed as well. Andre quickly answered any questions we had.
