Super wypoczynek.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Hotel udostępnia darmowe leżaki na plaży oraz dużo cienia pod drzewami. Plaża niemal prywatna, tylko dla gości hotelu, a ponieważ hotel ma chyba tylko 24 pokoje to jest super, bo zawsze jest mało ludzi. Cisza i spokój całą dobę. W pobliżu, w odległości spaceru sklep, kafeteria i restauracje. Dobrze działające hotelowe i bezpłatne wifi zarówno w pokoju jak i na plaży. Sprawna i cicha klimatyzacja w pokojach. Gospodarz umożliwia skorzystanie z pralki do ubrań za niewielką opłatą. Wyposażenie meblowe w kuchni prawe nowe. Inne meble mają już swoje lata ale w niczym to nie przeszkadza bo wszystko jest sprawne. Materace na łóżkach, pewnie w miarę nowe bo bardzo wygodne. Co drugi dzień sprzątanie pokoju, wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Duży bezpłatny parking.

W naszych dwóch apartamentach trochę brakowało chociaż 3 jednakowych kieliszków do wina ale to naprawdę mały problem :)

The location is absolutely incredible! It’s really calm and the scenery nearby is unbelievably beautiful! The apartment itself looks simple but very clean and you have everything you need.

Wonderful beach stay.

Beachfront, wonderful location to enjoy the beach. Fantastic view from rooms. Nice quiet beach. Large basic room with all necessities, we were able to prepare all our basic meals in the room. Short drive to Hora Sfakion for ferry or hiking trails to other beaches. Great value for money, would definitely return.

Slow WiFi, functional for basic needs but wouldn’t be able to work remotely. Short walk to Frangokastello, not a problem for us though.

The location was good next to a beach.

Kettle with mould. Curtains hanging off the hooks. Horrible looking mouldy grime around the taps in the bathroom handbasin. Made me heave when cleaning my teeth. Poorly done. Filthy Christmas mug which I cleaned as best as I could. Needed throwing out. The owner was clearly struggling. It could be fabulous but needs a lot of TLC. Definitely would not stay again. Very badly done Booking.com. Spoilt my stay in one of my favourite places.

Exceptional

Excellent location, very peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful time relaxing on the beach just 10 metres from our room. The owner was very nice: he helped us a lot when we got a flat tyre (we made it to the garage :) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location, right on the beach. Kitchen utilities are not good.

The location is perfect, right on the beach. It is a good base to explore. But you need a car.

The kitchen utilities are bad. There is no cutting board, only one big pot.

Great location! Relaxing stay

The hotel is right by the sea. Perfect view from each room. Very quiet and relaxing. You could find everything you needed. Lovely private beach but there are also beuatiful beaches close to the hotel if you don't wan't to use it. Alltogether it was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely do it again.

Super relaxing break in the charming village of Frangokastello.

Breakfast in the relaxed Sfakiot style, chatting with the host Aristotleas about his olive harvest. Spacious room and veranda. Great facilities. Good through draft. Beautiful garden with lawn edging onto the beach. Walk straight into the sea. Warm fresh water shower on the edge of the beach.

It was all good.

Great beach-side locastion in the wonderful hamlet of Frangkastello.

Frangokastello is a wonderful part of Sfakia always revealing new secrets. Stavris apartments are in a beautiful setting. While its quiet it has two tavernas on its doorstep. ( one is late night if that's your thing and a supermarket across the road. A 10 minute walk will open up a wider selection of tavernas many of which are not obvious from the road. The studios were spacious but the real selling point is that the accommodation is practically on the beach with beds available free of charge. Arosteteli and his crew are on hand to solve any problems. The air condityioner worked well which was important as temperatures hit 43 on our stay in August 2021. Wonderful night sky from the decent sized balcony.

Its not a modern apartment but that did not bother us as all conveniences are available.

The hotel in nice surroundings - with very poor breakfast

The accommodation was really on the beach, among green trees. The green makes the place very cozy!

The breakfast for the price: it was catastrophic! A single egg, a tiny butter, a tiny jam, orange juice! - and coffee or tea? All for 7 euros! I have spent all my holidays in Crete for 4 years, but I have never met such a poor breakfast anywhere else! - this is not the famous Greek hospitality! The owner is an older grumpy man!

Beautiful location

Sea view and breach right outside the room/balcony. Beautiful beach and quiet. Room big and with sofa.

Breakfast was bread and jam/honey with coffee/tea. We had much better value elsewhere, though bread was good. Kitchen has everything so better to use it if not too lazy.

Exceptional

This place was a dream! I stayed with 4 other girlfriends of mine for 4 nights and we did not want to leave. Very quiet, right on a beautiful private beach, you cannot ask for more if you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful island. The owner Aristoteles is the best - friendly and cool!

We had everything we needed in a perfect location.

The rooms were big, well-equipped and comfortable. Best of all, it was right on the beach so it was a real holiday for the kids and for us.

The ocean view was beautiful from the balcony. The room was just like it was in the photo. All is well, and clean and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was also very nice and helpful. It's close to the Fragocastelo castle.

Excellent place if you want relaxing holiday on the beach.

I was the best holiday on Crete we ever had. The sea was close, the beach and sea water clean. We had big tidy room with comfortable bed and nice kitchenette. We could watch the sunset from the big balcony and listen to the waves. It is dark at night, no street lights around, so we could watch the night sky. The host was kind and considerate. We will definitely come back. See you soon Aristoteles!

Superb

Easy to find. All rooms with a sea view. We booked a studio with kitchenette. Beds comfortable usual basic room. Very clean and great value. Was lovely to walk out of our room and just dip into the sea. Would recommend.
