Charmosa casa em localização excelente!

Café da manha bastante completo e muito bem preparado. O itens chegam quentinhos e na qde ideal. A localização é bastante pratica para conhecer as inúmeras atrações do Caminho de Pedra, mas é tbm fácil de chegar ao Vale dos Vinhedos. O staff é muito gentil, e os mascotes do hotel são fofos (principalmente o Scooby). Quarto (#4 no meu caso) bastante silencioso, com vista bacana. A noite, sempre colocavam uma bandeja de chá pra gente, e minha esposa adorava

Dias relaxantes!

Quarto espaçoso e com vista incrível! Atendimento muito simpático. Banheiro espaçoso, com espelho de aumento e chuveiro bom. Café da manhã variado e saboroso. Paisagismo interessante e aconchegante.

O restaurante não estava funcionando com todas as opções do cardápio.

Jacuzzi em meio às videiras.

Cobraram pela booking. Chegando lá informaram que teria que pagar novamente, porém era em apenas 1x. Pela booking fiz em 4x. Não informaram a taxa de rolha. Cobraram cafés que não foram utilizados.

Impecável

A taça de vinho no Checkin já mostra o acolhimento do lugar! Eu café da manhã era excepcional,e o chazinho e poema da noite já embalava os melhores sonhos !

Não é tão perto das vinícolas,mas a paz e a natureza compensam !

Amazing place to be pampered

The room is super beautiful and cozy, with lot of amenities to make you feel pampered . They offer different experiences to help you enjoy nature ( ie. Fireplaces, stars watch moment at night, etc) The food at the restaurant is great, specially breakfast. Staff gave us great tips to enjoy our stay in Bento.

Hard to say, but they can improve their internal communication to avoid confusions . We got a present from my sister in law that should have been delivered at dinner that ended up delivered later creating some confusion. They can also consider adding a bath tub in the garden, to enjoy a hot bath looking at the beautiful sky

Cozy and beautiful hotel in the Serra Gaucha

Beautiful accommodation, with everything you need. The staff is very kind and detail-oriented. we felt at home! Breakfast is hearty and delicious. We loved feeding Bernardinho and Priscilla 😍

Maravilhoso !!!

The location is perfect. It's exactly what we were looking for. In the middle of a beautiful landscape, very peaceful, quiet. And close to restaurants and wines regions. Simply perfect The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are awesome, beautifully decorated and very comfortable But, what is really makes the difference is the superb attention from the personal. Thanks Patrick, Tainá, Jusara, and everyone in the house. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an unforgettable stay !!!

Incredible Sevice!

The check-in with Patrick was amazing. He helped us plan our three day itinerary and made some great recommendations! Fantastic attention to detail. All of the staff was very attentive. The staff was by far the highlight of our stay. We also liked the free mini bar and the nightly outdoor bonfires.

There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like, however, we found the room a bit noisy. We could hear the people in the room above us. We had to play white noise on our iPad to drown them out so we could sleep. The exterior of the hotel is a bit junky: random air conditioning units, pipes, and huge silver water tank all visible. There were also three bath tubs being stored by the side of the hotel.

Extremely welcoming Staff with superb facility! Definitely a "comeback" location

The Staff, specially Patrick was extremmely friendly and kind during our stay at Lote 20. A brand new facility, with excellent location, at Caminho das Pedras, embracing the guests with a positive and welcoming energy.

Travelling during Pandemic is always a challenge and there are things we would have done different, but if I were to complain about anything I´d be very unfair to the hotel and mostly to the staff. Not a thing to be changed.
