It was value for money.

The rooms were nicer than in the pictures. The rooms were spacious. There was a small kitchen.

There should be more basic dishes at the kitchen and kitchen towels and sponge.

Видимо, в день приезда я настолько устала, что не заметила шум от автоматики, которая расположена этажом ниже. На вторые сутки не могла уснуть. По мой просьбе мне любезно предложили другой номер без доплат. В отеле работает приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Очень мне помогли. Оплата за проживание возможна по приезду наличными, что для россиян сейчас очень актуально. Удобные матрасы. Бельё чистое. Уборка по просьбе. Вообще понравилось, что хоть всё и не новое, но чистое. Уборщицы отлично делают свою работу. Вайфай в номере слабоватый, в лобби хорошо ловит.

Ihan hyvä hinta/laatusuhde ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Yllättävän hiljainen vaikka vieressä rakennusprojekti. Huoneisto oli siisti. Viestintä toimi hyvin ennen matkaa. Vastasivat nopeasti kysymyksiini.

Makuuhuoneessa vain kattovalo, kaipasin lukuvaloja/yövalvoja ja parvekkeella ei ollut kalusteita. Ruuanlaittovälineet puutteelliset mut pärjättiin kun ostettiin sinne esim. kattila ja mukit.

Бюджетный светлый номер с некоторыми нюансами

Очень приятный персонал, отличное расположение, просторный номер с большим количеством окон и света. В отеле есть стиральные машины, 10 лир стирка со своим стиральным средством. Рядом шикарная кофейня с одним из самыми вкусными кофе в Алании. Территория отеля тоже приятная, есть качеля и столики за которыми можно работать или кушать) К сожалению, чуть не проспали на самолёт и оставили в номере бардак.. за что глубоко извиняемся перед персоналом отеля..

Ездили на месяц в конце января, в номере холодно, кондиционер практически не обогревает комнату, пришлось купить пледы. Номеру требуется косметический ремонт, щели возле окон, окна плохо закрываются, балконы не закрываются на замок (можно открыть снаружи). В ванной комнате всё более-менее, на кухне слабенькая электроплита, не было досточки, кастрюли. За уборку в номере нужно отдельно спрашивать, как и за свежие полотенца и постельное. Рядом шла стройка, видели как разрушили целый отель, было шумно и пыльно (несколько дней)

Локация хорошая, центр города близко, море через дорогу, супермаркет рядом, рестораны, обмен валюты. Пляж песчаный. Есть кухня с электрическим чайником, холодильник. Большой балкон.

За 10 дней уборки не было ни разу, постель и полотенца не меняли. В качестве одеял жесткие "вафельные" покрывала (это во многих отелях, к сожалению). Номер на троих, но посуды мало, чашки просила на рецепции, не хотелось пить кофе из стаканов, да и кипяток наливать в стекло небезопасно. Персонал понимает только турецкий. Управляющие на рецепции говорят по-английски, но не слишком любезны. И, что больше всего раздражает, - везде норовят обсчитать, в том числе и в отеле. Может, при их инфляции 40-60 лир деньгами не считаются, но ведь не в этом дело, верно?

-The apartment is comfortable,similar to the photos posted. -located in a quiet area but at the same time 1 minute walking to main road -staff at reception were very kind and helpful -1 minute walking to the beach where you can find several restaurants and caffes

-no Air Condition in the living room -the A C in the bedroom was badly- located facing the bed. -10 minutes equivalent to 1.5 km to Alanya centrum where you can find most shops and lively nightlife

Good for the money we paid. There was construction work around the hotel, but that wasn't an issue.

The location was nice, close to the beach and the addition of the pool, and the set-up of the hotel reception hall was very cozy & welcoming.

If they had checked the AC before renting out a room would have made our visit much better. We hade to spend two nights with no AC. Which in that heat, was honeslty not the best experience.

Excellent value for money

We booked a room for 2 people and it was VERY big. It had 2 balconies and 2 rooms. The location was also nice. It is 15 minutes walking to the main city attractions and 5 minutes to the sea.

The only problem in the room was smell. Somebody was smoking nearby and the smell were coming into our room through the hood in the bathroom.

That’s amazing and very comfortable. Staff speaks English and overall are very nice and pleasant. My room was super big and cozy, you have everything like in apartment. It’s definitely worth to visit

The shower's water was so cold. There was no blanket and when we asked the reception, he just had one! The Wifi is not reliable at all. Every few minutes it get disconnected. We were lucky because we just booked for one night!

i liked the A/C in the bedroom cooled and the place is for one night and then we went to another hotel cus i booked this one for one night only good value for the place note its small room

Stay if you like rude misogynistic lazy rude staff and disgusting accommodation

EVERYTHING. I’m not a fussy person and have stayed in hostels etc and this is gross. The evening staff were trying to keep my passport and cards for the duration of the stay and as I refused to leave my id and bank cards with strangers for my entire duration of the stay, I was then treated appallingly as pay back it seems. I requested the room to be cleaned 4 times and nothing happened. They have painted the walls white and put new curtains up. Apart from that everything is falling apart. Doors are moldy. The floors leave all your feet and socks black as have never been cleaned. loud parties and staff who just sit around smoking and drinking in the hut in the garden, where these men sit looking at girls in and out the pool all day and hog all the WiFi bandwidth downstairs streaming movies than working

Very poor

Room facilities did not correspond those listed on booking. There were no stove, electric kettle, tableware in the room. Room furniture was different from that shown on photos. The table was very small. No shelves in the bath and in the wardrobe. Noisy. Strong hookah smell from the yard. Bad Wi-Fi. Staff didn’t want to solve anything. No room cleaning for a whole week.
