Calme propre
Pas d’équipement
Petit déjeuner basique
2.5
4.5
Perfect for skiing or snowboarding; only a few minutes walk to the slopes and modern lockers for your equipment. The rooms and other facilities are exactly as shown in the pictures. Breakfast was basic, but with enough choice and freshly baked eggs and bacon which is perfect for a days skiing. And to top it off, all of the personnel is real friendly!
You have to look real good to find the place when you arrive there. And as mentioned by others, there is some noise from the streets and bars, however this is inherent to Pas de la Casa.

Diego at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a very ideal location and very central.

The wifi was inexistant in our room - a minor inconvenience

We didn't eat at the hotel

The room:
Was small, but super comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel and the showers have excellent pressure
The facilities:
The staff were lovely and very accommodating and breakfast provided was tasty and good value for money. The locker room also had exactly what we needed for storing our kit.
The location:
Is PERFECT for the slopes. Literally a 2 minute walk from the locker room to the chair lifts. There are also great bars and supermarkets within a 1 minute walk.
There is no kettle or anything in the room so no options for your own tea, coffee or anything and the breakfast could have more variation. Our room was also the smallest of the three groups staying which added some complications but overall very little to complain about

The receptionist was so kind from the second we arrived, she also helped us out so much when we realised we had booked the wrong bus to the airport - we would have missed out flight home without her (Thank you!!). The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, it really was great value for money.

Close (120m) to the slopes, 350m from the main bus stop and in the heart of the town. It is very modern inside with a small dining room and a communal lounge with TVs and vending machines. The rooms are very clean with a comfortable bed, small desk & chair, flat screen TV, wardrobe with free electronic safe and a bathroom with bath and shower, toiletries and plenty of towels. There was always hot water and the rooms were cleaned every day. There was free wifi in the room that was fine for voice or video calls on my phone but seemed a little slow on my laptop.
A pleasant temperature so there was no need to leave the windows open all night. This was especially fortunate as there were some very noisy bars nearby that went on until 4am most nights but the excellent double glazing dulled this to a very acceptable low level. I didn't experience any noise from other residents and my room was right by the lift which just occasionally quietly hummed so wasn't a problem.
The optional Breakfast (€5/day) was very good value running from 8-10am. It was a buffet with cereals, assorted bread with toasters available, ham & cheese, various spreads, hot bacon & scrambled eggs, coffee & tea, juice, pastries, yoghurts & assorted fruit. Stocks were frequently replenished. There was never any problem getting a table. There are 2 TVs in the dining room with one showing the web cams and weather and conditions for ALL the Andorra ski areas.
There is a free locker room for skis and boots near reception but the keys have to be kept in a key rack in the locker room so it does seem rather pointless having them locked as anybody can access them. If this worries you then bring a ski lock. The locker room is overlooked by reception as well as CCTV.
Note when you first arrive you should enter via the entrance on Carrer del Maia which is where reception is and also the entrance you need to use with skis or boards.
Small points but the ski locker keys should be able to be taken away or made secure while in use with a combination lock or card key lock. The toilet paper was poor quality needing an excessive amount each visit. The pillows were huge and not to my personal liking.

Rooms cleaned everyday, nicely heated, close to the slopes and secure storage for all our equipment.

nightclub and pub just down the street… impossible to sleep before 3AM

Perfect location for skiing and shopping. The room was super clean and we had an excellent nights sleep. Breakfast next morning was an unexpected bonus

Very kind staff. Very close to skiing runs. Area to left skiing equipment safe and comfortable.
The entrance by main street looks exit door. I found little difficult to find receptionist. A Kind of very visible sign could be very useful.

Staff spoke multiple languages, english, spanish, french 10/10
Staff were very accomodating and super helpful and friendly 10/10
The bed were super comfortable
Rooms were always cleaned and given new sheets
The room was warm
Hot water on the showers all the time
Location was very centralised to shops and the lifts to the pistes
Leisure room with couches and a smart tv and vending machines was cool
The heater was turned down during the day which was understandable because most of the time skiers are on the slopes.. but there were days me and my friends stayed in the room, couldve been warmer .
The door to the toilet was broken and couldnt be locked. I dont really care too much but some people might..
Vending machine could use a card option. I dont carry coins
The equipement lockers could barely fit 2 snowboards and you only get 1 per room there were 3 of us... could probabaly fit 3 pairs of skis, if you have boots its like playing tetris
The room we had was a little cramped but I dont care much because I only use the room to sleep

Close to all amenities and very clean room.
Noisy lobby at night. Walls very thin. Room very small but big enough for 1.

The location was fantastic! Couldn't have asked for a better location. Less than 5 minutes walk to the ski lifts and gondolas, and right in the centre of town. Amazing! The price was excellent too.
The breakfast wasn't so good. Plus, there was some water damage to the wall in our room which meant the paint had bubbled and flaked off.
