Top Hotel in Villars-sur-Ollon

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant und das Frühstück waren sehr fein. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel. Die Zimmergrösse war top.

- not enough parking place, you have to park for own cost at the center parkhaus, for that room price it is dissapointing - staff cannot speak english… answering in french most of the cases, hard to talk to them

Bien dans l’ensemble, pas certain d’y revenir lors de mon prochain séjour du mois de mars à Villars

L’emplacement idéalement placé

Le garage ressemblait plus à un dépôt de matériel que d’un garage. La nourriture du restaurant chinois est bonne mais pas exceptionnelle, le service n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur, tout arrive en même temps ( entrée, potage et plats) et il n’y a pas de chauffe plat, donc le menu est froid

Un superbe séjour de plaisir et de détente.

Le personnel est chaleureux et tres sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et propres. Le spa est vraiment un point fort! Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux.

Beautiful property and facilities, centrally located with a great Chinese restaurant

Location and Facility

Requested the reception to give a bigger room as the hotel had lot of availability of rooms but they asked for an extra charge that I felt was not fair.

Excellent hotel right across the road from the Gare where families with inexperienced skiers or small children can take the short train ride to the Col de Bretaye. The staff and management in the hotel can’t do enough for customers. Special mention for the front desk night manager “Flor”. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Love it.

Nice comfortable place. Like that the soap and shampoos are available in big sustainable bottles. And love that there’s also body lotion provided in a big bottle. Consumer and environment friendly.

Valley view rooms beautiful, avoid town view especially on first floor

Beautiful and stylish room (allocated after complaining about original room) was very comfortable and had great view over the valley and mountains beyond. Impressive spa facility!

Initially allocated first floor town view room was hot and airless, perhaps because of location above kitchen, also a little small and dark - avoid

Beautiful rooms and convenient location

We were there for an offsite and it was a very convenient hotel for big groups (has a few good meeting rooms as well). I came one night earlier and enjoyed their Asian restaurant in the evening. The breakfast is continental buffet style and was very correct. Rooms are really big with nice balconies and good views (they looked very new vs the rest of the hotel). I arrived by bus, which is walking distance from the hotel.

The restaurant has really good food but keep in mind only Asian cuisine (just in case you were expecting more Alpine). They have a common/game room which is a bit outdated.

Great location, amazing view from the room. Parking available. Staff very friendly.

Unfortunately no alternative milk available for coffee or cereals at breakfast. Would be a great addition.

Perfect with a beautiful view

Lovely rooms, perfect bathrooms, lovely personal touches. Small rooms but we’ll arranged. Staff are great. Bed could have been more comfortable and more pillows available! Beautiful view. Breakfast was great. The restaurant Downstairs had amazing food!

Mattress. More pillows needed The restaurants staff were awfully slow and none of them spoke French or English. Wasn’t ideal. We waited over an hour for our starters and they ignored us when we wanted to order. Not ideal when travelling with small children .
