OK for one night

Comfortable beds.

Room was prepared for 3 instead of 4 people (towels, water, coffee), but we arrived quite late, so were too tired to complain about that. But then started "fun" part.. idk, what was wrong with this neighborhood, but there was loud noises outside and we weren't able to sleep until 2AM.. drunk people playing music in street, random alarm siren (like those for emergency situations) at 1AM and after that some road maintenance vehicle just being loud. Of course, it was probably just unlucky coincidence, but still left some bad aftertaste.

Pleasant

The receptionist on the 16th of June was very professional. But the one on the 17th of June was not that good. She needs to learn how to treat the customers.

It was very far from downtown if you are taking bus.

Very good

The room is well-equipped and clean. There's a table for working, teakettle as well as tea and coffee. There's a bottle of water provided that is a great bonus.

Unfortunately, we were disappoined about breakfast. The cofee machine was not working, the choice of meals was rather poor, even the eggs were cold.

Its a good choice for short stay or if you want to have some solitude with nature.

Affordable and easy to book and check in. Quiet area in the middle of nature.

The breakfast seemed to not always be available. It's a bit far from shops and restaurants. So you will have to go to Janki mall the closest if you want to get some food and groceries.

no heating in this hotel

A well-kept and clean hotel, but the owner is cutting corners with some savings, which makes a bad impression

It was 14 degrees on the street and there was no heating in this hotel. We complained to the reception, they went up to the room, touched the radiator and did not take any measures. the hotel finally brought us an electric radiator in the room. But the heating of the hotel was never turned on until the morning even though there were other guests in the hotel. It's a shame that in such a well-made and clean hotel they are looking for such things. It makes a very bad impression .Breakfast and dinner which are offered in booking are not available.

No A/C in the room. It was very hot and hard to sleep.

Close to airport. Late check-in. Would only recommend for a short stay.

Spacious room, very clean, two bottles of water, small fridge. The interior of the hotel is nice and also very clean. There is a lake nearby. It will take you only 15 minutes to get to the Chopin airport.

Very late check-in after 16:00, very slow elevator - better use stairs. Loud music in the restaurant is also heard in the hotel. There was no fresh air in the room when I arrived. It was hot, but no remote control for air conditioning, so I couldn't switch it on, but was too tired to go to reception and ask. There is some room of improvement: soap dispensers work bad, the handles of the shower are swinging.
