Nice and spacious, will recommend

It was my second time in Brazzaville, but the first time I heard of this hotel. It was super clean, the staff kind and responsive, they have a generator which helped with the constant power cuts, the Wi-Fi solid for the most part. The room was nice and spacious. It was also less than 10-mins drive from my job and a running distance from Les Corniches. I especially liked all the different bed arrangements the cleaning staff did each day to my bed.

The location wasn’t optimal as far as restaurants went so I ate quite a bit at the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, all of the meats and fish options were fried (except for some local dishes). That got tiring very quick. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants within walking distance, so that’s the bad part. The bed and pillows, as cute as the decorations by the maids were, were super uncomfortable. Super. Each day, there was a sewer odor coming from the bathroom. But really, the hotel was nice and clean, so these observations didn’t play a major role in my rating and satisfaction.

Very good

The breakfast was not included in the original quotation and I had to pay it separately. I found the breakfast to be fair but expensive and it was unusual to pay for any addition to breakfast that you eat, meaning there is no standard rate for breakfast. The price depends on what you have included and eaten.

The food was quite expensive and the menu was limited. The hotel fees were also expensive as compared to Lesotho where I come from.

Location.

Booked a room for 3 persons. It was written that there will be a sofe bed in the room in addition to a second bed. Once we arrive we were told that there is only a 1 place mattress with one cover. And that if we want a different room we will have to go a different hotel that is 3 times more expensive. This was at 11pm. Table and carpet was full of spots as well.

Nice clean spacious hotel, with good Internet and well located.

Illumination is excellent, room lights are a plus. General cleanliness of the room itself: zero bugs. Spacious, I loved the walking space in the room. Room Furniture: the office space is very comfortable and appropriate for work and mini meetings. Outside the room, there is a space on each floor with a dining table where you may also improvise meetings if needed. I loved the toothbrush+toothpaste detail and the shower gel and shampoo. Internet works well too. Daytime staff quite friendly and courteous.

Despite providing small shower gels, it is not changed systematically every day, I just do not recall having them changed during my stay. Other aspects were related to maintenance, I was busy and had no time to ask the hotel for a fix, they would have probably done so: -Would be nicer if toilet seat cover is replaced. It looks tired. -Plumber needs to check sink tap filters a bit more often. -Shower water was stagnant, needed repair too.

Quite, Comfortable Place to Rest in Brazza

The room was spacious, with an excellent shower head in the bathroom and good air conditioning. Bed was comfortable. Location is great for visiting the national lab for one's exit test. Restaurants, etc. are not nearby, but cabs are cheap (1.000cfa) and always available. And anything you need is a 5 minute ride away.

The breakfast was fine for continental fare, but there isn't much of a kitchen. Service is pretty quiet, too, though one morning there was one gal who took an interest in being helpful. I do appreciate, though, that you can always get a large bottle of water or other beverage and just have it credited to your room.
