Atrocious we could not stay , we left

Nothing, We walked into the apartment and left within 10 minutes of arriving due to the putrid state of the bedding and overall condition of the apartment

Numerous complaints - soiled bedding, mould up the lounge room wall, holes in the walls, major stained carpet, and the hideous damp smell in the place. We were told with photo evidence we would get a refund, rightfully so because we did not stay more than 10 minutes. The images were provided Friday night, the day of, and still to this day the manager will not return my calls. Even though we had nowhere to go, whilst it was raining. I would leave 10 more images on our review if it was an option.

We had a great time together!

The apartment was perfect for us, both in size and location!

1. A bit of confusion about the address of the property. It seems to be 47 Tweed Coast Way (as per the sign in the entry) or 47 Tweed Coast Road (as per the agent information - this lead some of us to a different location?). 2. We also assumed the key pickup was nearby which turned out to be 10kms away. 3. It's hard to operate with one set of keys for 6 adults.

Not worth the money. The location is stunning and it’s so close to everything. But the furniture needs updating.

Outdated, bathrooms were clean. Furniture was outdated. Couch was awful. We found blankets to cover the couch with to make it safe to sit on.

Clothes dryer didn’t work Balcony was covered in sand we had to sweep this on arrival. Floors were dirty. Not on battery in any of the controllers for tv, dvd player. Clock didn’t work.

There is now seal, so my baby could put them in his mouth No cupboard for food, all cupboards full of bowls, cooking stuff TVs don’t work correctly (press volume and the Chanel changes) Elevator not working (was not advised beforehand) 3 different keys Floors (carpets are disgusting, full of stains) Mould in showers (slimy) Filthy outside Smells like cat wee outside Foyer stinks of wee Tv in kids room doesn’t work correctly Outside stunk of cat wee, beyond disgusting. We had to clean it over with water. And still was gross

the location made up for what it lacked in details of cleaning and other services.

very little information was provided on handing over the keys, when we got to the apartment the keys did not have the apartment number on it. we had to call and wait for a callback. the lift key was for the wrong floor and we could not access our floor. even though we phoned and asked for a replacement key we were not provided with a lift key to access our floor and had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs from the car park in the basement.

the outside deck had not been swept, there was a lot of leaf little around. the fans were very dusty. the TV remote in the 2nd room wasn't working.

Good location and apartment but check in/key pick up needs a desperate revamp

Location was great. Apartment is nice.

Keys had to be picked up from Kingscliff which is ridiculous for 2023, especially given no mention of this when booking. Its called a lockbox. After some negotiation were able to drop the keys off at their other managed property in Cabarita Beach (walking distance) Not sure why keys can’t just be picked up from there too? The key to the lift doesn’t work so stairs have to be taken which is fine if you’re young but be warned if elderly or injured. No batteries in tv remotes which guests have mentioned months ago and nothing done about it.

We stayed there 11 years previously in 2011. A great location in a beautiful place. Recommended.

Excellent location. Directly opposite Pandanus Parade to the beautiful beach, so a bit of a beach view. Less than 100 metres to shops, supermarket, pub. Excellent provision of utensils for cooking, adequate dishwashing and laundry provisions. Great outside deck space. Very comfortable apartment.

Apartment is a little tired, could do with updated internals. Worn lounge, sliding doors to exterior a bit heavy to move, toilet seat in on-suite a bit detached, incorrect floor key for lift.

The size , view and location was fantastic.

This apartment could of done with a good clean, windows were filthy, ensuite toilet seat broken… no batteries in remotes. the out door area, was filthy and so was the bbq.

this property is a great location.

Unfortunately arrival instructions were not clear as didn’t receive instructions until 3 days into our stay. The locals were amazing in trying to help us find our accommodation. Had to go back to Kingscliff for keys. 2hrs of trying to contact real estate etc we gain access only to find we cannot get onto our level so we had to go up a level and walk down fire escape stairs. cleanliness was appalling. The carpets are so stained with goodness knows what. When the realestate finally contacted us we had to organise cleaners to come in.

Great location, had potential. Once issues addressed would be a great place to stay.

Location was fabulous. Linen provided was very clean and of quality.

Key pick up some kilometres away from property. Lift not working properly, would not access apartment floor, so had to walk either up stairs from below or down from above. Balcony filthy including bottles and caps from previous tenants, table not cleaned, floors not even swept. Ensuite toilet seat broken, not affixed properly, fan not working, light needed replacing, shower tiles dirty. Kitchen cupboards dirty. Carpets badly stained in all bedrooms. Toilet brush and bin in main toilet dirty, stained and rusted.

Nice place but annoying that it is not advertised as only accessible by 2 flights of steps.

Location

Property Management. Booking allowed check in from 2pm-9pm. Received a text message on the day of arrival demanding I text my credit card number and a copy of my drivers license if we were to arrive after 4pm. Turns out they were there and open when we arrived at 4.20pm. No key provided to get to our floor in the lift. Told it was an ongoing body corporate issue and to use the fire escape. Not suitable with a sprained ankle or for an elderly mother-in -law to visit! Do not book if you can’t do stairs. Lovely otherwise.

Great location with three big bedrooms

The Keys were ready for us at a location distant from our apartment, but was easy to find. They rang me to check on arrival time. The apartment was well located and had everything you could need. Things are a little dated but the couch and beds were comfortable. The location is close to shops, the beach and has a small beach view. The deck is amazing and would be great for a BBQ. The hosts were pleasant and tried to help when asked.

One set of keys for three bedroom apartment was poor. A key was needed for the lift floor entry but it was the wrong floor. The key pick up was 10km down the road. Eventually a second set arrived on day three with the correct key for the lift access on our floor. The apartment was a little run down and the BBQ was in a poor unusable state. I expect this was a one off and had we been staying a week or more we would have requested the BBQ be cleaned and fixed.

Location, very roomy, great balcony.

The apartment needed a lot of maintenance. Broken toilet seat in ensuite, broken light in ensuite, no coat hangers, no batteries in the TV remote, mould on the soap dish in bathroom, only one house key and a filthy barbecue!

The property is in the most perfect location! You could not find a place in a better spot!!

After arriving late at Gold Coast airport we realised that no Uber services cross the NSW/QLD border at night time which proved very difficult (and expensive) to get to both the keys location and then the apartment. Once we got the keys, the property itself was beautiful and suited us perfectly! It was in the most ideal location! Highly recommend!

the location is excellent and the apartment was roomy and well appointed

The king bed didn't have a top sheet meaning direct contact with a blanket that was unlikely to have been laundered. On request a top sheet was delivered the following say which was appreciated but should not have been necessary to have to request. When putting the top sheet on became aware of the stained Doona. Sheets in my daughter's room also stained. Cockroaches also very active the last few nights of the stay.

Location was great!

The furniture was old and falling apart, and seriously in need of replacing. BBQ was unusable. The shower screens need a good clean and the mould needs to be addressed. only had one set of keys which made it very difficult to enter the building when there are multiple guests. And there was only 2 wine glasses.

Stunning balcony in the centre of Cabarita

Wonderful huge balcony in the centre of Cabarita, spacious apartment, well equipped - great value for money. And the traffic noise was slightly blocked by the awning (unlike apartments at 49)

Key pickup was painful - 15 minutes drive & reception had no idea about the property. Furniture & carpets were a bit stained, most items in cupboards had to be washed before use.
