You get only one roll of toilet paper and if you want the other one, you have to go to reception, and it looks like problem from the receptionist. Sometimes they close exit and go upstairs cleanup room, you have not key and can not exit hotel, it is not so safety, if will be bulding fall in burn, you can not in emergency situation exit the bulding. And receptionist told you can call on number on the doors, but if will start any emergency situation, thats not good reputation. Everybody can be burned. They do not clean room during the stay here...thats not so good.

Big room with big bed

The toilent didnt work, and they are locking the hotel in the mornings. I was getting late for work cuz i had to wait for the receptionist to come downstairs to open the door

Big and quiet room. Late che check-in.

Bad smell. No blanket just a bed cover(winter). No wifi on the rooms floor.

We weren’t told it was smoking room. The widow ledge was broken and made noise when windy.

Very slow communication, they hardly replied to some if my emails/msg and had no reply after. Not very good customer service.

The room looked nothing like in the pictures. It was dirt and mess at the balcony. The bathroom looked miserable and on top of that there was noise in the morning and in the evenings.

it was smoked in a room, air conditioner didn’t work, shower was broken (door stood separately)

Bed size was ok, also A/C was functional and TV as well.

There were cockroaches everywhere, the wi-fi was not functional, the bed sheets were stained, there was barely any hot water and the furniture was in a bad condition.
