Walk through into the sun-filled living area with a large modular chaise lounge and a recliner that surrounds the decorative fireplace and wall mounted TV – the perfect place for a movie night together with plenty of popcorn.
The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped to handle a 3 course family dinner with a large freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a full size fridge with a filtered water dispenser, a built-in microwave and a dishwasher to take care of the cleaning up. Off the kitchen is the butler’s pantry with a wine fridge to keep your wine at the perfect temperature and a coffee station with a selection of coffee to get your day started right.
Eat together in the beautifully styled dining room with seating for ten guests along with a special kitchen and table for the little ones to cook up their own meals and a highchair so they can sit up at the table when they’re done.

The home was clean and was as the pictures and description stated. We enjoyed the toddler amenities.
However three of the four codes to get into the garage and the house did not work. Which left for an inconvenient check in process. Also, the TV upstairs Remote control did not work. We found no dish cloths and the bedroom door on the third floor would not close.

This was a last minute find for our extended family to be together and we could not be happier. It is centrally located and only requires a short drive to attractions and activities. Very kid friendly home indoors and out. Our grandkids had a blast in the 3rd floor play area. The home is roomy and beds plentiful and very comfortable. We were pleased with our stay and how quickly we received responses to messages. We had two large vehicles that fit securely in the garage. Street parking was easy to find also.

This very large vacation home had good indoor and outdoor space. It was great for families, and situated just minutes from great attractions.
We visited the City Museum, St. Louis Zoo, and the Union Station Aquarium/ attraction area.
The nice kitchen was convenient and made it easy to save money on food. This place was also fabulous for children.
The only issue was not being able to change the downstairs AC. We froze our bottoms off.The service did not have information on changing it.
Beds were comfortable and clean. There were plenty of plates, but could use more smaller spoons. If your planning on cooking,you should definitely bring a roll of paper towels, and dish cloths.
To the owner, your place is charming, but could use a quarterly deap cleaning.

I can’t say enough about all the extras they had for children! A great playroom with toys, tv and drawing area. Tons of sleeping space! In the Master they had a crib and play pen set up that worked great for our daughters! It was a great weekend away with our family of 7 to attend the Blues Game! The neighborhood felt safe, parking was convenient with the garage! If we come back we will stay here!!
The home is beautiful, I loved seeing some of the original character! The fenced backyard with a playground was a huge bonus however it was snowy while there! (I am kicking myself for not bringing snow gear for the kids to play) just up the road people were sledding at the park! Close to everything and plenty of options for food delivery!

Great house for a family, the playroom was a big hit with my three kids. Lots of room to spread out and many different sleeping options. Great location to the amenities we were taking advantage of in the city.

We really enjoyed this beautiful home. Lots of space. Kids enjoyed the 3rd floor play room. Loved that there was a crib, changing station and highchair. The huge dining table was perfect for our group. Kitchen was stocked well. House was beautiful with lots of charm. Lots of space in backyard too. Convenient to everything! Loved it!

This was a great location for our family to stay for a wedding and various events around St Louis. Spacious, clean, plenty of linens and a well-equipped kitchen, plus both indoor and outdoor play space for a little person!

We have been a long standing Vrbo customer. This was by far our worst experience. It was also our firsts experience using a third party” property manager”. On arrival I had to call a 5pm to see why cleaning person still there, I watched her leave at 5:02. It is said there is two parking spots in front and two I garage, it was not stated first come first serve! That got my blood pressure elevated right away until I asked neighbor rules of the block. It seems as if they should be blocked off if you say there are two otherwise change verbiage. Five hours after arrival we pulled a chair out to sit at the island in kitchen. “White power” with glassy looking chips in it was on the bar chair, it was after ten pm and other guests were arriving so I did not call cops, I have pictures for proof. We then cleaned all surfaces and became anxious of the arrival of infants and toddlers, re washed all sheets as one room had hair in them.again pictures! The master bed sounds like a wooden bridge if you move your toe, and for the amount $$$ nightly you might think beds would have mattress pads. The bathrooms and extra fans were a plus. As well as ice maker. Cabinets were full of crumbs and underneath coach needs a good cleaning. It is very spacious. Fire the cleaning group! Oh also all extra sheets were wadded up in laundry room on top of the shelving to the right in laundry room. I did like they had laundry soap and cleaning supplies sure needed after the discovery! Worst ever so far Vrbo

Great house for our crew of four adults and 5 kids under 6. The playroom on the 3rd floor was a hit with the little ones, and the house had plenty of space.
It would have been nice to be able to check in before 5pm - the delta between checkout and checkin (10am vs 5pm) seems very large. But it’s a great, large spot in a nice neighborhood Nd we’d stay again.

This house was a great gathering place for family who were in town for our son's wedding. Beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. The house does need a good overall deep cleaning and organizing of cabinets, especially in the kitchen. Not sure if dishwasher works - dishes did not seem to get clean. It was great to have the garage to park my car since there isn't much available street parking. Neighbors were friendly, as well.

The house is beautiful. It worked perfect for 16 adult women ranging in age from 20-81. The backyard space is wonderful on a warm sunny day! The location is great. The management company was helpful, very prompt in their communication and accommodating for our needs. We would highly recommend this property.

Honestly I wish we had a reason to stay longer. The location was ideal for a group of out of town soccer families to call “home” for the weekend. The house is beautiful and there has been a lot of care and attention given to making a guests stay comfortable. Our point of contact was prompt to respond and gave us fool proof instructions.
The home was incredibly clean and comfortable with space for everyone. We had four families with kids of varied ages, and the older kids loved the feel and privacy of the third floor “apartment.” The adults loved the huge dining room table to sit and chat into the late hours.
I would recommend this beautifully restored home to anyone looking for a classy place to stay.

Lovely house!
My group of 14 had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this property! The pictures appear as lovely as the house is. It was clean, smelled nice, had extra amenities like soaps, cleaning rags, laundry soap etc. The host was quick to respond with all of our questions and very helpful every step of the way!

We had an amazing stay at this home. From the cleanliness of the home, to the amenities in the bathrooms, we couldn’t be happier. The owner was incredibly responsive at all times and provided recommendations, and answered all questions. The location is wonderful. We felt incredibly safe and it’s incredibly close to the museums, arch, zoo, and a relatively short drive to even get to six flags. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this home. From the cleanliness of the home, to the amenities in the bathrooms, we couldn’t be happier. The owner was incredibly responsive at all times and provided recommendations, and answered all questions. The location is wonderful. We felt incredibly safe and it’s incredibly close to the museums, arch, zoo, and a relatively short drive to even get to six flags. Would absolutely stay here again!

We visited St.Louis with our family which included grandparents, adults, and two toddlers. The home was perfect. It was equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. If we ever visit St. Louis again, we’d like to stay here again!
