Make your way inside this glamorous, mid-century modern home via the keyless smart lock and be greeted with a beautiful entry complete with bench seating and ornate leadlight windows leading up the stairs.

Walk through into the sun-filled living area with a large modular chaise lounge and a recliner that surrounds the decorative fireplace and wall mounted TV – the perfect place for a movie night together with plenty of popcorn.

The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped to handle a 3 course family dinner with a large freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a full size fridge with a filtered water dispenser, a built-in microwave and a dishwasher to take care of the cleaning up. Off the kitchen is the butler’s pantry with a wine fridge to keep your wine at the perfect temperature and a coffee station with a selection of coffee to get your day started right.

Eat together in the beautifully styled dining room with seating for ten guests along with a special kitchen and table for the little ones to cook up their own meals and a highchair so they can sit up at the table when they’re done.

Take the stairs up to the second floor and into the elegant master suite with a luxuriously large king bed, a day bed by the big bay windows that converts into two twin beds, a smart TV and a crib for the smallest in the family located in the large walk-in closet.

Off the master is the spa-worthy ensuite with a his and hers vanity, a dressing seat and a large walk in shower.
The lovely second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a plush daybed with two twin beds and a make-up table in the corner with a mirror.

Also on the second floor is bedroom three with a queen bed and an inviting reading chair as well as a sparkling central bathroom where you can take a relaxing bubble bath and a handy laundry with complimentary washing powder.

Up on the third floor you will find an additional two bedrooms. Bedroom four features a cathedral ceiling and two extra large twin beds while bedroom five is the ideal kids’ hangout space with two twin beds, a sofa bed and plenty to keep kids of all ages entertained with toys, games, books and a big screen TV.


The upstairs bedrooms share the full bath that comes stocked with all the essentials and soft fluffy towels.

Outside is the large, secured yard with plenty of space to chill out and relax while the kids enjoy running around on the grass and playing on the playground. There is also a garage with parking for up to two cars and off street parking at the front of the house for any extra vehicles.

Shaw is one of the oldest and most intact neighborhoods among St. Louis City’s historic districts and is centrally located just minutes from Downtown, the historic Soulard District, Forest Park, The Hill, Tower Grove Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden, and the South Grand business district.

Flora Place, in the heart of the Shaw neighborhood, hosts the annual Historic Shaw Art Fair, which showcases juried artists from around the country, entertainment, and local cuisine.

Close by you will find the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants and shops with miles of tree lined paths, playgrounds, fountains and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum.

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

The home was clean and was as the pictures and description stated. We enjoyed the toddler amenities. However three of the four codes to get into the garage and the house did not work. Which left for an inconvenient check in process. Also, the TV upstairs Remote control did not work. We found no dish cloths and the bedroom door on the third floor would not close.

This was a last minute find for our extended family to be together and we could not be happier. It is centrally located and only requires a short drive to attractions and activities. Very kid friendly home indoors and out. Our grandkids had a blast in the 3rd floor play area. The home is roomy and beds plentiful and very comfortable. We were pleased with our stay and how quickly we received responses to messages. We had two large vehicles that fit securely in the garage. Street parking was easy to find also.

This very large vacation home had good indoor and outdoor space. It was great for families, and situated just minutes from great attractions. We visited the City Museum, St. Louis Zoo, and the Union Station Aquarium/ attraction area. The nice kitchen was convenient and made it easy to save money on food. This place was also fabulous for children. The only issue was not being able to change the downstairs AC. We froze our bottoms off.The service did not have information on changing it. Beds were comfortable and clean. There were plenty of plates, but could use more smaller spoons. If your planning on cooking,you should definitely bring a roll of paper towels, and dish cloths. To the owner, your place is charming, but could use a quarterly deap cleaning.

I can’t say enough about all the extras they had for children! A great playroom with toys, tv and drawing area. Tons of sleeping space! In the Master they had a crib and play pen set up that worked great for our daughters! It was a great weekend away with our family of 7 to attend the Blues Game! The neighborhood felt safe, parking was convenient with the garage! If we come back we will stay here!! The home is beautiful, I loved seeing some of the original character! The fenced backyard with a playground was a huge bonus however it was snowy while there! (I am kicking myself for not bringing snow gear for the kids to play) just up the road people were sledding at the park! Close to everything and plenty of options for food delivery!

It was the perfect size and layout for our group. House number is very hard to see in dark and parking is challenging for our 3 car group. Overall great experience!
