There were a couple of plumbing problems but these were attended to promptly.

Spacious, well-equipped, ample parking, enclosed rear garden, great for plane spotters. Very enjoyable.

Stressful

The property was a good size for an extended family stay with plenty of seating and 2 large fridge freezers

We had initially booked and paid for an additional night for just my husband and I before the family arrived but 5 days before our stay we were told that a new shower was being fitted and we could not stay there. I requested to stay as it as just my husband and I and there were 2 other full bathrooms. We did not have any further communication until I contacted the host 2 days later to be told we could not stay there. This left us in a very difficult position just before our daughter’s wedding with only 3 days to find alternative accommodation. We were offered a 7-8am check in on the Friday due to to the issues with the Thursday night booking. However 2 days before we were told we couldn’t enter until 9am and it was going to cost £140. I was very shocked and upset. The host did revoke the cost after I contacted her. However when we arrived at the property at 9am on day of check in the house was like a bomb site and had clearly been used by many guests the night before - so much for not being able to stay there due to one of the showers needing repairs. The house is in a gated community and the gates are shut at 9pm which was not explained. We struggled to get in late at night and my son had to stay up until almost 1am to let us in as the gates only open if you are driving out at night as we did not have a key fob to get in. If there was one in the property we were not told about it and it was not in the guest book. It would have been nice to know that prior to arrival - although it would not have been much use as my son and daughter in law left the wedding earlier than us as they have small children, if they had taken the “key fob” we would still not be able to get in!! Parking is not allowed on the road and although the owners state 15 parking spaces they leave 2 large cars parked there and you can only get smaller cars down one side of the gated drive way. The house was not very clean. The grill pan was left greasy and dirty. Some of the crockery was also dirty.

Really brilliant stay for family

The house was huge and so much space for the family. The beds were sooooo comfy. The hodt really made sure you had eveything you needed for a great stay! The garden was lovely. The private Road was just so lovely! The host was amazing, both personal and professional.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Great property with plenty of space inside and out for a multi-generational family get together!

There was some aircraft sound, but it's Luton, so we expected it. As we were all busy having fun it wasn't very noticeable 😁

Ideal for a weekend break with a group of friends

This house is perfect for a chilled weekend with friends. Plenty of space indoors and out, big garden, barbeque, hot tub and sauna, large dining room table - can easily sit 12. The hot tub is chargeable but this was made clear well in advance. The host was very helpful before, during and after the stay, particularly as I had issues booking via the App (not the host's fault) and helpful and understanding afterwards when we didn't reset the shower correctly (thank you Jae!). House was more than acceptably clean. Kitchen and food prep were very clean including two giant fridge freezers for party food prep. Our group had travelled from various locations so was ideally situated. Lots of private off-road parking in front of the house, 6 or 7 cars easily.

Exactly what we wanted for a large group!

Very large house with plenty of space for our group of 14, with a lovely garden, massive kitchen and the perfect living room/dining room for us all to sit together in. Plenty of glasses/kitchenware for everyone to use too. The beds were very comfy too! For our group coming from different parts of the country the house was really easy to get to transport wise- with two stations nearby and very close to M1

Nothing to not like! Only comment I have is that I couldn’t find oven gloves (used a tea towel instead to take hot stuff out the oven) so might be useful to have an oven glove in the kitchen

Would stay again!

Everything. The pictures don’t do it justice! It was absolutely perfect for the what we booked it for, and a great hosting space. Jae was also so so amazing and lovely - a great host.

The only thing anyone commented on was that when they got in the hot tub, it felt a bit slimy and smelt like old water.

great for a group

perfect property for a group trip away. we were 12 guests and there were 10 beds so most people had a bed to themselves. kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment/crockery and glasses. nice big garden to enjoy the sun. staff were very kind and posted back a swimsuit which we left behind. deposit was returned swiftly (we had paid via bank transfer a few days before the stay). 30 minutes walk from Luton train station

use of the hot tub costs £50 extra, this isn’t necessarily a problem but is something to budget for which wasn’t obvious from the listing

Our Luton family getaway!

Area was perfect, not to far from motorway and very easy to find. Felt secure and could relax due the gated security system and other video securities Communication with the propriet or and staff was exceptional very good rapour for understanding our needs; lots of space inside and outside, my boys enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi and a spa even though we did not use the spa as we were too busy with our own planned events to get into it we appreciate the fact that it was readily available but next time we will.

The planes were very low and busy but that comes with the area we chose.

Lovely place to spend a weekend chilling

A lovely big property close to Luton Airport and junction 10 of the M1. Very modern interior with plenty of space to chill. Big well-equipped kitchen, and a great selection of comfortable bedrooms. The hot tub and sauna were brilliant. Jae is a brilliant host, and always contactable to sort out any immediate issues.

Spacepus property in convenient location but hidden costs and outdated

Big, spacious property with a large garden and many rooms for guests. We was very taken back by how big the property was! There is a hot tub and sauna on site which is a good perk of the property and it’s close to the motor way.

My main issue with the stay was the hidden costs that aren’t clearly labelled on the advertisement which were only told to us on the day we were arriving. You have to pay a £300 deposit as well as £50 extra for the hot tub which wasn’t stated anywhere. Early check in fees are £20 per hour. We booked the properly mainly for the hot tub and we’re disappointed to hear this news on the day. Thankfully she agreed to add the hot tub in after we had been going back and forth about the deposit already. This was in the form of both calls and texts whilst i was trying to get ready for my dinner party and didn’t have the time to talk as i wanted to attend the booking on time to make use of the 2 extra hours i had paid for. Which i resulted in being late to due to the morning discussions. The property wasn’t as clean as i expected it to be as there were cleaning charges as standard attached to the booking. The kitchen worktops hadn’t been wiped down and also the house was quite dusty, especially the top floor bedrooms. There also wasn’t any cleaning products for the counter tops for us to do it ourselves. Mainly just bleach for the floors. The decor was very mismatched, in one room there was striped wall paper, Dalmatian print and bright gold which looked a little different from the bright airy pictures. My friends and i were going for my birthday and wanted a wall to take pictures in-front of and struggled finding a nice one. The decor is quite outdated and whilst i understand different houses have different characters it could definitely do with some updating aswell as new furniture. Creaky chairs that wobbled that we had to put to the side incase they broke and it came out of our damage deposit and some of the mattresses were quite uncomfortable. The upstairs toilet roof started leaking as there was heavy rain over night. We only discovered this upon departure and i texted the host when i found out to let her know.

Did the job but don't expect too much

The space is good and for the price we paid it was fine. Couple of issues with the host pre-stay but they were nice when we met them and sorted out the issue of water coming through the ceiling promptly.

I arrived at 4.15pm and the host was still cleaning the house - they said they were checking the cleaner's work but if that was the case, I'd be very dissapointed as it would mean 2 people did a rubbish job: Not sure the beds had been changed as there were certainly bits in mine and the bins in the rooms had not been emptied. The hot tub was okay but getting stopping due to an error - probably could have called the host about this but didn't want to keep having to interrrupt our stay. It was very grimy in the bottom and filled with bits so again the cleaning was not great. The host told me gates would be open until 9pm - they actually closed about 8pm - not a massive issue but yet another niggle. Overall not terrible but the whole experience for me as the organiser felt a bit off - the person who contacted me was the person I met but they made out like there were other people involved (saying that the person I have been speaking with was their son and they have set up a divert so it will be them who deals with any issues - 100% not the case as the whatsapp pic was of them...and of course the whole "cleaner" situation). Possible that there is a reasonable explanation but I just felt wary.

Loved the sauna and hot tub, spacious kitchen and dining room and lots of room inside and out for a family reunion. Host was very responsive to any questions we had and provided detailed instructions for sauna etc. Had a wonderful weekend with family at this beautiful house.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The location is absolutely amazing, you can relax and have fun at the same time. The house is so huge and comfortable in the same time. Whole house is very clean and well looked after. I spent a weekend with a friends , and that time was something to remember. Definitely will visit again. It is perfect for all of the seasons. Enjoy and book your stay! Also the host is very helpful and friendly, and always there 24/7 if you need something!

Excellent facilities and good value for money

Booked this for some of our electricians who were working in the area. Step up from the usual accommodation we normally book but it came in on budget for us and provided a good base for our lads to work from.

Hired the property for a surprise 30th birthday gathering! My husband absolutely enjoyed it

Fantastic size bedrooms, very spacious house, great facilities offered and very friendly and lovely host who delivered me more wine glasses as extra :)

I had several family relatives stay and one of them stated there was too many mirrors when she showered! More self conscious thing for her body image though. We all had a great time

Beautiful, large house perfect for big families. Would stay again.

Very spacious property with huge garden. Located in gated community. Lots of rooms and large open living room-dining area. We were a group of 14 but it didn’t feel crowded. Has everything you need. Host Jae was great and let us check in early.

pefect!!!

The location is perfect its very nice area with lots of greenery and open space the garden is very big and spacious. The sauna was perfect and even though it was November and cold outside we still made use of the hot tub which is located in a secluded part of the garden, once in the hot tub we forgot about the cold! It is a beautiful house, the fires in the dinning and living room made it ever so cosy. The host was the best we could not fault them literally at our beck and call. An amazing weekend and will definately book again to stay there.
