非常一般

地理位置不错，出门就能看到东京塔，在赤羽桥地铁站附近，旁边也有松本清药妆店，人也很少，本地人去的多，房间无论预定几天都只提供1条浴巾/人，如果还想多要，需要额外付费4400日元，且无论预定几天，都不提供清洁服务，屋里有个吸尘器房东说可以自行使用，此外，只能使用visa、master等无法使用银联卡，在预定之后还要自己额外去相关网站登记入住信息，简单来说房东除了收钱基本其他啥服务也没有。所以入住超过两天的自行携带毛巾，自行打扫屋子卫生哈。

My neighbor Tokyo Tower

Amazing location, really close to the Tokyo Tower. Really easy access from a subway station. The place was nice and comfortable, no issues with noises from the highway or anything

The bed was a little loose which was not ideal since at night it would make a lot of noise. Other than that everything was good.

Great for the price

Great location, right next to Tokyo tower. Unfortunately the windows are oriented to the busy street, so few times during the night we were awake because of car sirens. Quite big for Tokyo hotels standards. Small balcony

Ugly view to the road. The curtain and rubbish were dirty. Washing machine wasn’t working.

Fantastic!

Great value for money. Nice to have a whole apartment to myself instead of a crampy ho(s)tel room. Would definitely book again.

The intercom system had a blue light flickering, which was annoying at night. I wasn’t able to turn it off.

No extra hand towels for bathroom/kitchen, no extra bath towels for us either. Very cheap toilet paper that falls apart. Very watery hand soap and body wash, feels like it was watered down to save money.

Nice!

The address is not so easy to find. All taxis stopped in the laneway rather than on the main road. It was quite confusing for non Japanese speaker. Im not sure the problem with Google or the street name. However, thank you very much. Thank you.

Not worth the money. You are better off staying at a hotel instead.

- The location is wonderful and prime. - The bed is nice and spacious.

- The cleanliness can be greatly improved. I found random plastics and hairs in the room. - No toothbrush is provided. At the bare minimum, providing a toothbrush would be good. - No luggage storage. - The space is much smaller than it looks in pictures. - The crockery provided is not entirely clean as well. - In general, it just seems like not much effort is put into providing a comfortable stay for guests, and everything is done hastily.

Great location. Clean & cozy. Easy to contact with the staff.

Stayed for 16 days and got only 1 set of towels per person. That was difficult.

It was comfortable and convenient; a pleasant stay!

It was very clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well!

While I enjoy cold showers in the summer, I didn’t see any way to make the shower warm at all. Maybe I didn’t understand how it worked.

Comfortable and cosy stay in the center of Tokyo.

Good location. Clean environment. Spacious bedroom with beautiful designs. Very worthy price.

We have an 1yr old who just starts to crawl. The design of 2-stored loft is fancy but not safe for her. So we’ve moved the futon to the ground floor to sleep.

Clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything a solo traveler could need for a short/long term stay

Only location was disappointing to me for two reasons: 1- The noise getting into the room from the adjacent bridge was too annoying for me personally 2- Not much options for cafes & restaurants nearby, but some could be found at 15 min walk or one station ride

Check in instruction is helpful. Room is clean.

Owner is hard to reach, not responsive when we need support on anything. We need the vacuum to pack our bags, took us 4 days with frustration for them to replace a broken vacuum cleaner in the room.

An hidden gem in Minato city

We had the duplex on the 8th floor - the loft room is particularly spacious by Tokyo standard. Loved the design of the whole apartment.. well thought to make use of every space. location is also almost perfect, close to FamilyMart, 1 min walk to Oedo line that connects to Shinjuku, Tsujiki etc. Definitely value for money.

Great management and service, clean, good location, good value for money would be great for solo traveler. We were 2 ppl and could use more space/larger bed, but during Tokyo New Year's time when everything was fully booked and hotels are 200%+ normal price really nothing to complain for the price we paid for this property

Good service but the noise remained a main problem for me.

Near subway，which is very much convenient for travelling.

Hotel located near major roads of center Tokyo，which means the noise from heavy traffic never stopped during the whole stay even in midnights. Earplug useless for me. Those who are sensitive to noise should consider the risk.

it’s near the station. 10 minute walk from azabujuban which is a hub for shopping and food and the place is nice. almost complete amenities and supplies.
